Description
This safety helmet meets the requirements of European standard EN 397,
providing protection from falling objects striking the top to the safety
helmet.
Size: 55 – 66 cm

Assembly/Adjustment
Assemble the safety helmets as the following instruction
- Push the two clips into the slots on each side.
- Push the other four clips into the slots.
- Assemble chin strap as the instruction.
Warning
Check the safety helmet before use each time. Damaged safety helmet must be
replaced immediately.
For adequate protection this helmet must fit or be adjusted to the size of the
user’s head. The helmet is made to absorb the energy of a blow by partial
destruction or damage to the shell and the harness and even through such
damage may not be readily apparent, any helmet subjected to severe impact
should be replaced.
The attention of users is also drawn to the danger of modifying or removing
any of the original component parts of the helmet, other than as recommended
by the helmet manufacturer. Helmet should not be adapted for the purpose of
fitting attachments in any way not recommended by the helmet manufacturer.
Do not apply paint, solvents, adhesives or self‐adhesive labels, except in
accordance with instructions from the helmet manufacturer.
No part of the safety helmet is known to cause any innocuousness for the user
nor are they known to cause any skin irritation. Nevertheless, it may happen
that materials which come into contact with the wearer’s skin could cause
allergic reactions to susceptible individuals.
Inspection
Shell and suspension should be visually inspected before each use for signs of dents, cracks, penetration and damage due to impact, rough treatment or wear that might reduce the degree of protection originally provided. A cap with cracks, defective parts, or which has received a severe impact, should be removed from service.
Cleaning/Maintenance
The cap should be cleaned by wiping with a cloth moistened with warm water, and then the cap should be allowed to air dry. No strong or abrasive chemicals should be used. If the cap cannot be cleaned by this method it should be replaced.
Packing/Transportation
Wrap the helmet with soft material and packed in cartons when transporting the helmets.
Storage
Store the safety cap in a dry place, sheltered from sun light.
Manufacturing Date
Manufacturing date is on the helmet shell.
Service Life
The period of obsolescence of this product is 5 years.
