Sioux Chief 865-F 865 Series Trench Drain Grate Frame
Product Specification
The Sioux Chief 865 Series ductile iron grate frame is designed to be used with FastTrack trench drain channels. It is specifically designed to protect the channel edge from heavy-duty loads, impact, abrasion, and general wear. The grate frame can be used with any FastTrack grate style/material, but it is mandatory to use it with slotted ductile iron grates for Class D load applications.

Installation
- Install the grate frame before pouring concrete.
- Place the grate frame over the top edge of the channel.
- Fasten the grate frame to the top of the channel using screws.
- Using the grate frame will increase the height by 1.0 inch above the channel edge.

SPECIFICATION
Sioux Chief 865 Series ductile iron grate frame shall be used where necessary with FastTrack trench drain channels. The gate frame shall be installed to the top of the trench drain channel, and provide protection of the channel edge from heavy-duty loads, impact, abrasion, and general wear. The grate frame shall work with any FastTrack grate style/material and MUST be used with slotted ductile iron grates for Class D load applications.

INSTALLATION
A grate frame must be installed before concrete is poured. Grate frames are installed over the top edge of the channel. Fasten to the top of the channel with screws. Using grate frames will increase height by 1.0″ above the channel edge
