Product Usage Instructions

Installation Modes

RACK INSTALLATION:

  1. Install the bracket equipped with the machine to the corresponding position.
  2. Rotate the bracket to secure it.
  3. Push the bracket in the direction of the arrow.

DESKTOP INSTALLATION:

  1. Install the bracket equipped with the machine to the corresponding position.
  2. Rotate the bracket to secure it.

WALL MOUNTED INSTALLATION:

  1. All wall mounting hole positions of products supporting wall mounting mode are in accordance with the national standard VESA wall mounting hole size: 75 mm x 75 mm or 100 mm x 100 mm.
  2. Customized personalized bracket for diversified installation: desktop/arm mounted / upright.

Installation Precautions:

  1. Do not put the all-in-one machine near the radiator or heat source.
  2. Do not let any object oppress or entangle the power cord and other cables.
  3. Please do not put the all-in-one machine near the water source and humidity temperature.
  4. Do not block the ventilation hole. The ventilation hole on the rear shell of the all-in-one machine can dissipate the heat generated inside and prevent the components from being damaged.

Common Faults and Maintenance:

  1. NO RESPONSE
  2. Check if the USB data cable is loose and ensure proper connection.
  3. Reinstall the touchscreen driver.
  4. Install the correct touchscreen driver if the current one is incompatible.
  5. RESPONSE TIME IS TOO LONG
  6. Close unused programs or tasks to free up CPU resources.
  7. Clean the screen to remove impurities that may affect touchscreen responsiveness.
  8. THE TOUCH IS NOT ACCURATE
  9. Readjust and correct the touch screen after prolonged use.
  10. Remove any impurities on the surface of the touch screen.
  11. INACCURATE POSITIONING OF TOUCH SCREEN
  12. COMMON FAULTS OF CAPACITIVE TOUCHSCREEN
  13. No response and too long response time: same solution as a resistive touch screen.
  14. Check grounding, and ensure it is close to a strong current.

 COMMON FAULTS AND MAINTENANCE

NO RESPONSE

  1. The USB data cable is loose, please check the connection.
  2. The touchscreen driver is not installed. You need to reinstall the touchscreen driver.
  3. The touchscreen driver is incompatible. Please install the correct touchscreen driver.

RESPONSE TIME IS TOO LONG

  1. CPU is occupied by the program or too many processes, please close the unused program or task manager and end the unused process.
  2. There are impurities on the screen. The touch screen responds to the dryness of the impurities and tries to clear the surface of the touch screen.

THE TOUCH IS NOT ACCURATE

  1. After the touch screen is used for a long time, the gas inside will leak out, resulting in a change of its own environment, which needs readjustment and correction.
  2. There are impurities on the surface of the touch screen. Try to remove them.

INACCURATE POSITIONING OF TOUCH SCREEN
The touch screen is set by using a master chip and e-touch software. Long press and hold the screen is the right key, adjust the long time, long time, and turn off the buzzer sound, which can be set with Le Galaxy touch.

Solution:
start a whole program EGA | a touch, and double-click the e-Galaxy Touch software as shown in the figure. You can set 4-point positioning (normal situation can verify the accuracy), 9-point positioning, and 25-point positioning (for regional drift, accurate positioning on four sides, and inaccurate positioning in the middle of the positioning surface).

COMMON FAULTS OF CAPACITIVE TOUCHSCREEN
No response and too long response time: same solution as resistive touchscreen

  1. The touch is not accurate

COMMON FAULTS OF A DISPLAY SCREEN

  1. The screen is not bright, but you can see the display, which is very fuzzy. The following three cases can be returned to the factory for solution:

  2. The light of the liquid product connected to the main board is loose

  3. The constant current plate in the liquid product is broken

  4. The LED in the liquid is broken

  5. Water ripple appears on the display, please follow the steps below:
    If the power supply voltage is unstable (higher or lower than the conventional power supply), adjust the refresh frequency of the display. Right-click on the desktop > Properties > Settings > Advanced > monitor > Screen drama frequency from low to high. If the adjustment can not be improved, only add a DC12V power adapter to supply power to the display screen.

  6. Display black screen
    The black screen does not respond when the machine is turned on. It may be that the CPU is affected by the overload electromagnetic interference of the equipment in the industrial environment, which causes the mainboard to stop running. In this case, please contact the manufacturer in time.

PRECAUTIONS

  1. Don’t put it in an unstable and easy-falling position.
  2. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight and other heat sources.
  3. In thunderstorm weather (especially in case of lightning), please pull out the power plug.
  4. The working power supply of this product is ac00-240v to dc1v. When installing, please make sure that it is well grounded. Avoid connecting the same power plug with high-power electrical equipment.
  5. Do not step on or press the power cord, and do not make the power cord entangle with other power lines.
  6. Do not overload the external connection socket to avoid fire or electric shock.
  7. Please use a dry, soft cloth (without volatile substances) to wipe the product.
  8. Avoid contact with improper temperature, solvent acid-base water immersion, or humid environment.
  9. Prevent the products or components (such as the shell screen, interface, components wiring, etc.) from cracking, rusting, and damage caused by insects rats, or foreign bodies.
  10. Please do not install, repair, add, or disassemble by personnel other than our company or authorized organization.
