Preface
Please read this document carefully in order to understand the ZOLAR® Blade 60C (hereinafter collectively referred to as “this Product”) and use it reasonably. Refer to the official website (www.z-cam.com/zolar) for the latest version of this document and updated product information.
Please contact Shenzhen Imagine Vision Technology Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Imagine Vision”) or its authorized distributors/resellers, in case of any product queries about installation or operation.

Before You Begin

Please read and follow this Safety Guideline and all the terms associated to this Product carefully, to know your legal rights, responsibilities, and safety instructions, otherwise, it may  result in product damages, safety accidents and personal injuries. By using this Product, you hereby signify that you have read, understood, acknowledged and accepted this Safety Guideline and all the terms and conditions associated with this Product, and assume responsibility for any behaviors or consequences. You undertake to use this Product on normal and reasonable purpose, and agree to this Guideline and all the terms and conditions associated with this Product, as added, reduced, amended, modified made by Imagine Vision from time to time.
Imagine Vision provides no expressed or implied guarantee in relation to this Product, assumes no loss or legal responsibility raised from misuse of this Product contrary to this Safety  Guideline and the terms associated to this Product, accepts no indirect, consequent, punitive, occasional, special, criminal-punitive loss or legal responsibility. Under any circumstances,  the total liability of Imagine Vision shall NOT exceed the price paid by you to Imagine Vision for the product.

Safety Guidelines

This Product is not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. Keep out of reach of children.

  1. Keep children away when operating the product.
  2. Do not stare at the light source as it may cause permanent eye damage.
  3. Wear gloves before touching heated surfaces of the product to prevent burns.
  4. Wear gloves when touching sharp edges and corners of the product to prevent cuts.
  5. Position the power cables so that it will not be tripped over, or accidentally pulled out causing the product to shut down.
  6. If an extension power cable is required, the minimum amperage rating should not be less than that of the product’s own power cable.
  7. When using the device with AC DC Power Adapter, connect it to a grounded power outlet.
  8. Do not place the product near any flammable and/or volatile liquid to prevent potential damages.
  9. ZOLAR® Blade 60C is rated IP65. ZOLAR® Blade 60C must NOT be submerged in water.
  10. If using the ZOLAR® Blade 60C near water or in the rain, it is recommended to use an earth leakage circuit breaker (RCD or GFI) to protect the user and the device.

Installation

  1. Install the ZOLAR® Goose-Neck Rear Mount Plate [24] onto the Quick Mount Plate Base [03] of the LED panel;
  2. Mount the LED panel onto light stand through the ZOLAR® Goose-Neck Rear Mount Plate [24], tighten the light stand clamp until the LED panel is firmly secured;
  3. Use the Adjustable Lock Clamping Lever [25] on the ZOLAR® Goose-Neck Rear Mount Plate [24] to adjust to desired position.

Power Supply

Using AC DC Power Adapter 36V

  1. Connect ZOLAR® Controller Cable 8M [29] to Receptor Cable [01] of the LED panel;
  2. Connect ZOLAR® Controller Cable 8M [29] to Controller Cable Port [12] of the Controller Unit [04];
  3. Slide AC DC Power Adapter 36V [26] to the V-Mount Battery Plate [06] from the top, Push gently downwards until lock into position;
  4. Connect output power plug of the AC DC Power Adapter 36V [26] to DC Power Input [11] of the Controller Unit [04];
  5. Connect AC Power Cable [28] to AC DC Power Adapter 36V [26];
  6. Connect AC power plug to AC power outlet (110~240V, 50/60Hz);
  7. To disconnect, make sure the Power Switch [09] is in OFF position, unplug AC Power Cable [28] from power outlet, press and hold the safety lock of the AC DC Power Adapter 36V  [26] to pull it out from the Controller Unit [04], rotate and hold the safety lock of ZOLAR® Controller Cable 8M [29] to pull it out from the Controller Unit [04], repeat at the other end to pull it out from the Controller Cable Port [01] of the LED panel.

**Using Battery***

  1. Slide the V-Mount battery to the V-Mount Battery Plate** [06] from the top of the Controller Unit [04];
  2. Push gently downwards until lock into position;
  3. To unmount the battery, press and hold Quick Release Button [11], then lift the battery upward.
  • Only 14.4V~28.8V V-Mount batteries can be used. Not included in the standard package.
    **Controller Unit has V-mount and Gold-mount Battery options. The Gold-mount Battery option to be followed.

Power On/Off

  1. Verify power supply connection;
  2. Turn Power Switch [09] to “ | ” position;
  3. To power off, simply turn Power Switch [09] to “O” position;
  1. Press Menu Button [19] on the Controller [07] to enter the menu;
  2. Rotate Rotary Encoder [17] clockwise to move cursor downward, anti-clockwise to move cursor upward. Press to confirm selection. Press Menu Button [19] to return to the upper level menu.

Correlated Color Temperature Adjustment

  1. Press Mode Button [18] on the Controller [07] during standby mode, rotate Rotary Encoder [17] to select CCT, press to enter CCT menu;
  2. Press F1 Button [23] to enter CCT adjustment mode;
  3. Rotate Rotary Encoder [17] clockwise to increase color temperature. Each click increases 50K, highest value is 20,000K;
  4. Rotate Rotary Encoder [17] anti-clockwise to decrease color temperature. Each click decreases 50K, lowest value is 2,000K;
  5. Press F1 Button [23] again to lock the current color temperature, and quit the CCT adjustment mode.

G/M Color Balance Adjustment

  1. Press F2 Button [22] on the Controller [07] during standby mode to enter G/M adjustment menu;
  2. Rotate Rotary Encoder [17] clockwise to increase green tones and decrease magenta tones. Each click increases 0.01, highest value is 1.00;
  3. Rotate Rotary Encoder [17] anti-clockwise to decrease green tones and increase magenta tones. Each click decreases 0.01, lowest value is -1.00;
  4. Press F2 Button [22] again to lock the current value, and quit the G/M adjustment mode.

Intensity Adjustment

  1. Press F3 Button [21] on the Controller [07] during standby mode to enter intensity adjustment menu;
  2. Rotate Rotary Encoder [17] clockwise to increase intensity. Each click increases 0.1%, highest value is 100%;
  3. Rotate Rotary Encoder [17] anti-clockwise to decrease intensity. Each click decreases 0.1%, lowest value is 0%;
  4. Press F3 Button [21] again to lock the current intensity, and quit the intensity adjustment mode.

HSI Mode

  1. Press Mode Button [18] to enter Mode menu;
  2. Rotate Rotary Encoder [17] to choose HSI mode and press to confirm selection;
  3. Press F1 Button [23] to enter Hue adjustment menu, rotate Rotary Encoder [17] to adjust Hue value (range 1°~ 360°);
  4. Press F2 Button [22] to enter Saturation adjustment menu, rotate Rotary Encoder [17] to adjust Saturation value (range 1% ~ 100%);
  5. Press F3 Button [21] to enter Intensity adjustment menu, rotate Rotary Encoder [17] to adjust Intensity value (range 1.0% ~ 100.0%).

Warranty Policy

Warranty Scope
Warranty Service covers defects in material and workmanship of ZOLAR® Blade 60C product and its accessories and annexes contained therein (hereinafter collectively referred to as “this Product”).
Warranty Period
Warranty Period is 12 months from the date of original purchase. Warranty period will start 90 days from date of shipment according to internal record of Shenzhen Imagine Vision  Technology Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Imagine Vision”), whichever is later, in case of failure to provide valid purchase invoice or other valid proof showing date of original purchase.
Serviced or replacement product will continue to be covered under the original warranty period of the product.
Warranty Arrangement
In case the product is found defective either due to material or workmanship issues by Imagine Vision or its designated/approved service partners within the warranty period, Imagine Vision or its designated/approved service
partners will carry out repair service or product replacement at no cost. Note that all costs and risks associated with
the transportation and delivery of the defective product to Imagine Vison or its designated/approved service partners shall be borne by the customer.
Limited Warranty
This warranty is non-transferable and non-assignable, and only applicable to the original purchase customer.
This warranty does not cover any misused, abused, accidentally or intentionally damaged, altered/deleted serial number product.
This warranty does not cover repaired or replacement products serviced by non Imagine Vision authorized service center or personnel.

Transmission

Setting transmission frequency on the ZOLAR® Blade 60C is made from 2400 to 2483.5MHz and rated output power is less than 100 mW. Hereby, Shenzhen Imagine Vision Technology  Limited, declares ZOLAR® Blade 60C is compliance with the essential requirement and other relevant provisions of Directive 2014/53/EU. The EU declaration conformity can be  obtained through your local distributor. Please refer to address in packing.

Caution

  1. The light source contained in this luminaire shall only be replaced by the manufacturer or his service agent or a similar qualified person.
