Product Information

The PETKIT Eversweet Solo SE (Wireless Pump) is a pet drinking fountain designed for cats and small-breed dogs. It features a drinking tray, filter, filter tray, outlet pipe, wireless pump, USB plug, main body, main body base, and an indicator light. The product is made of ABS and silica gel materials and weigh approximately 0.75kg (adapter not included). It operates on a rated voltage of 5V with a rated power of 2W and has a capacity of 1.8L.

Product Usage Instructions

Before using the product, carefully read the user manual provided.
Set up the product by following the instructions in the user manual.
Ensure that the product is used indoors only.
Do not allow pets under the age of 3 months to use this product.
Connect the wireless pump to the USB plug.
Fill the main body with water up to the desired level (maximum capacity is 1.8L).
Place the filter in the filter tray and insert it into the main body.
Attach the drinking tray to the main body.
Plug in the power cord and turn on the product.
Observe the indicator light to ensure proper functioning.

Indicator Light

WORK MODE – No light on Uninterrupted welling up of water. (Water flows out by default after power on: the green light will flash 3 times after the power is turned on)
WATER SHORTAGE INDICATOR – A flashing blue light: indicates water shortage and the device is in standby. The device can resume normal operation after refilling.
DEVICE POWER FAILURE – Alternate flashing of blue and green lights: indicates power failure. Please plug the UPS power cord to restart the device or contact customer service.

Pets under the age of 3 months should not use this product.
For indoor use only.
Even though this product uses low current, pets can still damage the power cord if they chew on it, preventing the product from getting power. Please ensure pets use the product as intended.
Please make sure the device is placed on a level surface. Do not overturn the device, otherwise, it may not function properly or spill water.
Do not immerse or soak the main body base in water.
If the device is not used for a long period of time or is moved, please unplug the power cord.
Children should only be allowed to operate this device the supervision of an adult.
Repairs should be done under the guidance of a professional to avoid safety hazards.
Please check the remaining water in the drinking fountain before taking your vacation.

Warranty Conditions

A new product purchased in the Alza.cz sales network is guaranteed for 2 years. If you need repair or other services during the warranty period, contact the product seller directly, you must provide the original proof of purchase with the date of purchase.
