Failure to follow the safety guidelines outlined below may result in device malfunction or other unexpected accidents.

• Please install and use the product exactly as instructed in the User’s Manual.
• Pets under the age of 3 months should not use this product.
• For indoor use only.
• Even though this product uses low current, pets can still damage the power cord if they chew on it, preventing the product from getting power. Please ensure pets use products as intended.
• Please make sure the device is placed on a level surface. Do not overturn the device, otherwise, it may not function properly or spill water.
• Do not immerse or soak the main body base in water.
• Please clean the stainless steel part of the product before use.
• If the device is not used for a long period of time or is moved, please unplug the power cord.
• Children should only be allowed to operate this device under the supervision of an adult.
• Repairs should be done under the guidance of a professional to avoid safety hazards.
• Please check the remaining water in the drinking fountain before taking your vacation.
• If you encounter any problems while using this product, please contact us immediately.
