INDICATOR LIGHT DESCRIPTION
SMART
Green light on: Interrupted welling up of water.
(Specific parameters can be set up in the App by yourself)
NORMAL
Blue light on: Uninterrupted welling up of water.
FILTER INDICATOR LIGHT
Flashing green light: The filter needs to be replaced.
WATER SHORTAGE INDICATOR
Flashing blue light: indicates water shortage and the device is in standby.
The device can resume normal operation after refilling
DEVICE POWER FAILURE
Alternate flashing of blue and green light: indicates power failure. Please
plug the USB power cord to restart the device, or contact customer services
HOW TO USE THE WATERPROOF PLUG

When cleaning the main unit, remove the waterproof plug from the power cord and plug it into the power connection plug. (confirm that the waterproof plug has been fully inserted).

Unplug the waterproof plug and reinstall it on the power cord after cleaning.

- Please install and use product exactly as instructed in the User’s Manual.
- Pets under the age of 3 months should not use this product.
- For indoor use only.
- Even though this product uses low current, pets can still damage the power cord if they chew on it, preventing the product from getting power. Please ensure pets use product as intended.
- Please make sure the device is placed on a level surface. Do not overturn the device, otherwise it may not function properly or spill water.
- The ceramic main unit is fragile, please handle with care, do not press or fall.
- If the device is not used for a long period of time or is moved, please unplug the power cord.
- Children should only be allowed to operate this device under the supervision of an adult.
- Repairs should be done under the guidance of a professional to avoid safety hazards.
- Please check the remaining water in the drinking fountain before taking your vacation.
