Step-by-step installation
Choose a location for the connected acoumeter in the electrical panel
The ecometer is connected on Wi-Fi or via an Ethernet cable (RJ 45 cable).
Wi-Fi connection
If the home has a router, use a smartphone to check that the Wi-Fi signal is
strong enough. If not, try and put the router closer to the electrical panel,
add a Wi-Fi repeater or connect the acoumeter to your router with an Ethernet
cable.
Imperative security precaution
The instructions for installation and use must be strictly observed in order to avoid the risk of electric shock or fire.

Protecting the device
The connected ecometer must be protected by a circuit breaker or a fuse rated
2 A.
Pay attention to the current direction
An arrow on the coil indicates the correct current direction.
Installation without CIS connection
If the CIS (Customer Information System) is not connected (default scenario):
the total consumption measurement will come from the coil connected to the
“Total (5)” input.
If the CIS (Customer Information System) is connected and working: the total
consumption measurement will come from the CIS (to be connected). The coil
connected to the “Total (5)” input can then feed back consumption data from a
separate circuit.
NB : Each input can easily be assigned to a personalised consumer source in the Home + Control app.
Complete installation in the Home + Control app
Download the Home + Control app.
Create an account and follow the instructions.
NB : If you already have a “with Netatmo” connected installation, simply go to Settings in your Home + Control app, “Add device” section.
