Product Usage
To use the DCS Grill, 48, Rotisserie, follow these steps:
- Decide whether you want to install the grill as a built-in unit or use it on a cart. If using a cart, purchase the DCS cart separately.
- Ensure that the grill is connected to a suitable gas supply.
- Make sure the grill is placed in a well-ventilated outdoor area.
- Before lighting the grill, check that the grease management system is clean and free from debris.
- Open the grill hood and inspect the cooking surface for any leftover food or grease. Clean if necessary.
- If using the rotisserie feature, attach the stainless steel hexagonal rod and adjustable forks to the heavy-duty motor.
- Load the meats onto the rotisserie forks, ensuring not to exceed the maximum weight limit of 25kg.
- If desired, turn on the Smart BeamTM grill light for better visibility at night.
- Light the grill by following the instructions provided in the user manual.
- Adjust the burners to your desired temperature using the designer metal control knobs.
- Monitor the cooking process using the hood temperature gauge.
- After cooking, turn off the burners and allow the grill to cool down before cleaning.
- Clean the grill grates, drip tray, and other removable parts with warm soapy water or a suitable grill cleaner.

GREASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM™
The patented Grease Management System™ reduces flare-ups by channelling grease
and oils away from the burner flames during grilling.
FULL SURFACE SEARING
Double-sided cast stainless steel grilling grates deliver perfect sear lines
while at the same time, conveniently channelling away oil to an easily
removable capture tray.

HEAVY-DUTY ROTISSERIE
An infrared rotisserie burner provides controlled searing heat, and its heavy
duty motor with stainless steel hexagonal rod and adjustable forks can
accommodate a 25kg load.
TOTAL VISIBILITY
The Smart Beam™ grill light illuminates the entire cooking surface for better
visibility at night. A 40 watt halogen light is integrated into the patented
weather proof rotisserie motor, making it easily accessible and ergonomic.
STAINLESS STEEL BURNERS
The precision ported u-shaped stainless steel burners are rated at a
significant 27 MJ/h each – designed for premium quality and performance.
