AH WiFi Extender

  • A. There are two modules for the AH WiFi Extender Set, One is called“AH Transmitter”(with network port) , another is called “AH Extender”
  • B. Connect AH Transmitter to the router (through LAN port) and connect it to the USB Power Adapter with the network cable. Once the AH Transmitter is power on, the POW light and RX/TX light will flash for self checking, After the self check is completed, the POW light and RX/TX light will remain on continuously
  • C. Put the AH Extender in a place where it needs to be connected to the Internet, Power on it when it was connected to the Power adapter with USB cable, and POW light and SYNC light will be on (if the SYNC light is not on, please adjust the position of AH Extender), in the same time SYNC light of  the AH Transmitter will be on, indicating that the connection between the AH Transmitter and AH Extender has been established successfully.
  • D. Find the router(SSID) that named “AH-WiFi**” in your router listing, using the default password “12345678”, then  you can go online whether it’s a phone, tablet, or WiFi 2.4g enabled computer. At the same time the LINK light of the AH- Extender is always on.

Step 1:Search SSID named “AH-WiFi*****” in WLAN settings of your phone Figure 1)

Step 2:Enter the password: “12345678”, click on Connect, at the same time the LINK light is on, and then you can go online Figure 2)

Step 3:If you need to modify the default SSID name and password, please follow the following steps: Click on “Modify Network” to start modifying the parameters first(Figure 3)

Step 4:Change the way the phone obtains IP from DHCP to static mode and use the static IP address 192.168.123.200; set tha Router as 192.168.123.1;set the Subnet Mask as255.255.255.0;set the DNS Server as 192.168.123.1, and then click Save( Figure 4)

Step 5:Enter the address “192.168.123.1” in the web browser from your mobile phone, then you will enter into the management web page, You can view all pages by pressing the menu button in the upper left corner of the interface
If you couldn‘t access the management web page, Please check if the phone is connected to the AH Extender(Only the LINK light of the AH Extender is on that indicate the phone is connected successfully)(Figure

Step 6:The wireless settings page allows you to set and modify the WiFi SSID name, encryption  method, and password. Click the save button to  apply the settings, click the restore button to clear the content filled in on the webpage. After the modification is completed, the IP will be statically changed back to DHCP, so that you can access the internet normally Figure 6)
