Product Usage Instructions
- Start by identifying the two upper cushions of the product that need to be modified.
- Using a measuring tape or ruler, measure a small piece from each cushion that needs to be trimmed out. The dimensions of the trimmed piece should be 1/4 inch by 2-1/4 inches.
- Carefully trim out the measured pieces from the two upper cushions using appropriate tools.
- Ensure that the lower cushions remain untouched and do not require any modification.
- Once the trimming is complete, insert the new thicker core into the modified upper cushions.
- Align the modified upper cushions with the lower cushions to ensure a proper fit.
- If provided, follow the additional instructions on installing spacer bars at the designated location.
In order to install the new thicker core, a small piece (1/4” x 2-1/4”) of the
two upper cushions must be trimmed out as shown. The lower cushions do not
need any modification.
