Important Information
Before using your new REYHEE Superlite foldable electric wheelchair, please read and comprehend ALL warnings, safety instructions, and operational instructions as labeled on the product packaging box, on the product itself, and in this user manual.

Packaging contents
When opening the packaging box, turn the box on its side and gradually pull out the contents. (If you anticipate having difficulty with this step, please DO NOT ATTEMPT to unpack – to prevent potential injury to yourself & potential damage to the product – and seek assistance.)
The Superlite comes with the following items in the packaging box.
Please identify and locate all of the following prior to assembly:

Superlite foldable electric wheelchair
a) Pre-assembled frame, seat, and wheels (motors integrated in rear wheels)
b) Pre-installed power cables (x 2)
c) Pre-installed storage bag beneath the seat, with the following components inside:
• Pre-installed control box
• Pre-installed lithium-ion battery pack
• Pre-installed battery cable (must be connected by user – see assembly
instructions)
d) Pre-installed side storage bag (non-removable) -
Charger with charging cable

a) Integrated joystick and control buttons
b) Integrated charging port, USB port, and headlight (all located underneath)

Assembly
IMPORTANT: Your Superlite comes folded and mostly pre-assembled. Please read, comprehend, and follow ALL warnings and instructions below PRIOR to operating your Superlite.
WARNINGS:
- If you observe damage to any part of the product upon unpacking, please DO NOT ATTEMPT to assemble it and contact customer support for further instructions.
- Assembly MUST be conducted by an adult, who is able to demonstrate the physical and mental faculties required to understand the instructions and execute proper assembly.
- DO NOT ALLOW children or persons with limited physical and/or mental faculties to conduct assembly, as there may be small parts, sharp edges / sharp points, and packaging material that can present as hazardous.
- Ensure proper disposal (and/or recycling, per local laws) of all interior packaging material, so that they are OUT OF REACH from children, pets, and any persons with limited physical/mental faculties.
- It is recommended that you KEEP the original packaging box, in the event that the product needs to be stored away.
If you are not certain that you are capable of fully understanding and safely executing the assembly steps below, please do not attempt assembly and seek assistance.
Step one: Unfolding the Superlite
a) Ensure the Superlite is upright and resting on all four wheels on a flat,
even, and dry indoor floor surface.
**The dual rear levers (on the rear wheels) should both be in “D” (“Drive”)
position, to prevent accidental movement during unfolding.
Also ensure there is ample room for unfolding the Superlite.
b) On the back of the Superlite, there is a folding latch. To enable the
Superlite to unfold, lift the folding latch until it is fully unlocked.
Ensure your fingers and other body parts are safely out of the way of any
parts that may be moving as the folding latch is being unlocked.
c) Grasp one of the armrests firmly with one hand.
d) At the same time, use the other hand to push down on the opposite edge
of the seat cushion.
Ensure your hands and feet are safely out of the way of any parts that may be
moving as the Superlite is being unfolded.
e)** Ensure the Superlite seat is fully unfolded, before proceeding to step
two of assembly.
Step two: Installing the main controller
Instructions for installing the main controller in the right-side armrest:
a) Follow these instructions if you intend to operate the Superlite with
your RIGHT hand.
**Do NOT press the power button on the main controller, to prevent turning
on the product and potentially causing accidental product movement during
assembly.
b) Identify the installation point (open hole) in front of the right-side
armrest.
c) Ensure the controller installation knob (located beneath the armrest)
is partially loosened. (Turn left to loosen, if needed.)
d) Install the main controller (with the joystick and control buttons
facing upward) by sliding the metal tube into the installation point, all the
way to the end.
**Do NOT yank or pull the controller in such a way that its connection to
the power cable may become damaged, loosened, or otherwise compromised.
e) Secure the main controller into the armrest by continuously turning
the controller installation knob to the right until it is fully tightened.
Instructions for installing the main controller in the left-side armrest:
a) Follow these instructions if you intend to operate the Superlite with
your LEFT hand.
b) Identify the left-side armrest cap, and remove it to reveal the
installation point. (Then install the cap onto the installation point of the
right-side armrest, to prevent dust or debris from going inside.)
c) Fully remove the controller installation knob (located beneath the
right-side armrest) by continuously turning it to the left. Install it into
the left-side armrest by turning it to the right, into the knob hole beneath
the armrest.
d) Undo the velcro strap that attaches the power cable to the right-side
armrest.
e) Move the power cable behind the seat until it reaches the left-side
armrest, and safely secure the cable with the velcro strap.
**Ensure that the power cable is NOT in the way of sitting down, or in the
way of any parts that may move while the Superlite is in motion. Otherwise,
there will be risk of damage to the power cable.
f) Install the main controller (with the joystick and control buttons
facing upward) by sliding the metal tube into the installation point, all the
way to the end.
g)** Secure the main controller by continuously turning the controller
installation knob continuously to the right until it is fully tightened.
Step three: Connect the main controller cable to the power cable
a) Ensure that your hands are completely DRY.
Wet hands may cause an electrical shock or fire hazard.
b) Locate the main controller.
Ensure the controller cable attached to it has no damage or exposed
wiring.
c) There are two power cables: one for the main controller, and the other
for the rear handle controller.
Locate the power cable for the main controller (which has a rubber cover and
is attached by velcro strap to the right-side armrest). Push back the cable
head’s rubber cover.
**Ensure the power cable has no damage or exposed wiring.
d) Using the arrow indicators on each cable, line up the main controller
cable’s inner prongs with the power cable’s inner socket. Firmly push until
the two cables are FULLY connected.
**If the main controller cable’s inner prongs are not properly aligned with
the power cable’s inner socket, forcing the connection may result in damage to
both.
e) Lock the connection in place by spinning the metal locking ring
clockwise until it is fully tightened.
f) Pull the power cable’s rubber cover over the connection.
g) Push the main controller cable’s rubber cover until it touches the
other rubber cover.
Step four: Installing the rear handle controller
a) Ensure that your hands are completely DRY.
**Wet hands may cause an electrical shock or fire hazard.
b) Locate the rear handle controller.
**Ensure the controller cable attached to it has no damage or exposed
wiring.
c) Locate the screwdriver (included in packaging box). Using the
screwdriver, remove the 2 pre-installed screws on the back of the rear handle
controller.
d) Locate the metal controller base on the right rear handle of the
Superlite.
e) Place the rear handle controller on top of the base, with the power
button towards the upper end.
f) Ensure the controller’s screw holes align with the base’s holes.
g) Using the screwdriver, secure the rear handle controller to the base
by installing each screw from the bottom of the base. Ensure each screw is
fully tightened. Gently shake the rear handle controller – there should be no
looseness.
h) Locate the remaining unattached power cable.
**Ensure the power cable has no damage or exposed wiring.
i) Using the arrow indicators on each cable, line up the rear handle
controller cable’s inner prongs with the power cable’s inner socket. Firmly
push until the two cables are FULLY connected.
**If the controller cable’s inner prongs are not properly aligned with the
power cable’s inner socket, forcing the connection may result in damage to
both.
j) Lock the connection in place by spinning the metal locking ring
clockwise until it is fully tightened.
Step five: Connecting the battery cable in the storage bag
a) Locate the storage bag beneath the seat, and unzip until the bag is
fully open.
b) Inside the storage bag, lift the inner flap until the battery cable is
visible (the cable’s connecting ends are yellow).
Before attempting any cable connection, first ensure there is no damage or
exposed wiring on any cables. If any damage or wire exposure is found,
**DO NOT proceed with assembly and contact customer support for assistance.
c) Align both ends (yellow) of the battery cable. Firmly push until they
are FULLY connected.
**If the battery cable ends are not properly aligned, forcing the
connection may result in injury and/or product damage.
d) Replace the inner flap back to its original position, ensuring that
all cables are fully covered and bundled towards the back of the storage bag.
****To prevent product damage and risk of fire:
If placing personal items inside the storage bag, ensure they are NOT placed
against or on top of the cables, battery pack, control box, or any other
electronic parts that may be inside the storage bag.
(See “Important warnings and safety instructions” section for more details.)
****But wait! BEFORE you begin operating your Superlite, please read and comprehend ALL warnings and instructions outlined hereafter.
****If you are NOT certain that you are capable of fully understanding and following ALL warnings and instructions, please DO NOT ATTEMPT to operate the product and seek assistance.
WARNINGS FOR LITHIUM-ION BATTERY PACK & CHARGER:
- If there is evidence of DAMAGE, BREAKAGE, OR LEAKAGE on either the battery pack (inside the storage bag) or charger, DO NOT USE OR ATTEMPT TO FIX and contact customer support immediately.
- TO AVOID FIRE OR EXPLOSION, DO NOT PLACE OR LEAVE battery pack or charger near any heat or water sources (such as generators, gas / electric heaters, water boilers, large appliances, lit cigarettes), or anything labeled flammable, explosive, caustic, or volatile (such as gasoline, kerosene, propane).
- TO AVOID ELECTRIC SHOCK OR POISONING, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO OPEN the battery pack. It is sealed for your safety. Attempting to open it will also void your warranty.
- TO AVOID ELECTRIC SHOCK OR FIRE, DO NOT TOUCH the battery pack or charger with wet hands or uninsulated metal.
- TO AVOID ELECTRIC SHOCK, DO NOT submerge, soak, or wash the battery pack or charger. THESE ACTIONS MAY CAUSE SHORT CIRCUITING OR PERMANENT DAMAGE.
- The product has a built-in overcurrent protection system, which will trigger an AUTOMATIC SHUT-DOWN of the battery and motor if the current exceeds the programmed limit. This helps to protect the components from potential damage.
Charging Instructions
****If you observe any damage, bulging, or wire exposure on the charger or charging cable, DO NOT USE or ATTEMPT TO FIX. Contact customer support for assistance.
Ensure that your hands are completely DRY.
****Wet hands may cause an electrical shock or fire hazard.

To charge the product:
a. First ensure the product is powered OFF. (If either controller is on, press the power button on the -
controller to turn the product off.)
b. Locate the charger and charging cable.
c. Connect the charging cable to the charger.
d. Locate the charging port (beneath the main controller).
e. Plug the metal end of the charger into the charging port beneath the main controller.
**If you observe any damage, bulging, or exposure on the charger, controller, or battery pack, DO NOT CHARGE the product and contact customer support.
f. Then plug the two-pronged end of the charging cable into an appropriate & functional electrical wall outlet.
**To prevent fire risk and suboptimal charging, DO NOT plug the charging cable into an extension cord or any other indirect power sources.
g. Check the charging progress by observing the LED light on the charger.

Charge the battery to 100% PRIOR to first use of the product.
a. Please leave it charging for about 12 hours (even when the charger light turns green prior), to ensure optimal battery performance going forward.
b. All future charging cycles will only take up to 8 hours each, until the battery has reached end of life (approximately after 500 charging cycles, depending on frequency of use, speed levels, environmental conditions, proper charging of the product, etc). -
Charge the battery immediately after each use of the product.

How to determine charging progress:
a. Each full battery charging cycle (from 0% to 100%) will take approximately 6 – 8 hours.
b. While the battery is charging, the orange charger light will remain on.
c. When the battery is fully charged (100%), the green charger light will turn on. -
Whenever the battery is NOT being charged:
a. Ensure the charger is fully unplugged from the electrical wall outlet.
b. Ensure the charger is fully disconnected from the charging port.
c. Ensure the charger is safely placed out of reach from children, pets, and persons with limited physical and/or mental faculties. -
To prevent battery degradation:
a. Charge the battery to at least 30% before storing away the product.
b. Charge every 30 days if product is not being regularly used.
CHARGING SAFETY WARNINGS

Always charge the product in a SAFE, DRY, AND ENCLOSED location.
-
DO NOT leave children, pets, or persons with limited physical/mental capacities unsupervised near the product while it’s charging.
-
DO NOT STORE OR CHARGE the product in any place that is exposed to the outdoors or potentially adverse environmental elements.
-
DO NOT STORE OR CHARGE the product in an environment that is below 32°F/0°C or above 113°F/45°C.
-
To keep the battery in optimal condition, DO NOT LEAVE THE PRODUCT CHARGING for over 12 hours per charging cycle.
-
Prior to charging, ensure that the product is NOT placed on an elevated or uneven surface.
-
DO NOT STRETCH the charging cord between the charging port and the electrical wall outlet in such a way that it creates a tripping hazard.
-
When charging is complete, BEFORE using the product:
• First ensure charger is properly DISCONNECTED from the product and UNPLUGGED from the electrical wall outlet.
• Ensure charger is safely set aside, so that it does not present any hazard in the intended pathway of use. -
BEFORE performing any maintenance on the product:
• First ensure the product is powered OFF.
• Ensure charger is properly DISCONNECTED from the product and UNPLUGGED from the electrical wall outlet. -
Charge ONLY with the provided battery pack, charger, and charging cable.
• Using a battery pack or charger other than those provided by Reyhee VOIDS the manufacturer’s warranty.
• The provided battery pack and charger are intended for use ONLY with the Reyhee Superlite.
But wait! BEFORE you begin operating your Superlite, please read and comprehend ALL warnings and instructions outlined hereafter. IMPORTANT WARNINGS & SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
FAILURE TO FOLLOW ALL WARNINGS & INSTRUCTIONS WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY.

- THIS PRODUCT IS NOT INTENDED TO BE RIDDEN OR OPERATED BY CHILDREN OR PERSONS WITH LIMITED PHYSICAL AND/OR MENTAL FACULTIES.
- PERSONS WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE CAUTIONED NOT TOOPERATE THIS PRODUCT:
- PERSONS WITH CONDITION(S) THAT PREVENT THEM FROM SAFELY AND STEADILY OPERATING THE PRODUCT’S CONTROLLER(S).

This product is NOT INTENDED to offer pressure relief or any other form of
medical/physical treatment, carry or haul any loads, be used for stunts or tricks, or be used in any capacity other than described in this manual. -
DO NOT OPERATE this product in traffic; on or near steps or stairs; on surfaces that are uneven, carpeted, elevated, have sharp bumps, and/or include steep ascents and descents; on wet, frozen, icy, oily, muddy, or unpaved surfaces; on any surfaces with sudden surface changes; on damaged surfaces such as those with potholes or cracks; on or near drainage grates; or near areas that are undergoing maintenance such as power lines, fuse boxes, or road construction.

DO NOT OPERATE this product during adverse or extreme weather conditions, including rain, hail, snow, thunder, and lightning.

AVOID streets and surfaces with water, sand, gravel, dirt, leaves, and other debris. Wet weather impairs traction, braking, and visibility.

DO NOT OPERATE this product at times or in areas of low to no visibility, including fog, mist, areas with obstructions or blind spots, and dusk / nighttime.

DO NOT OPERATE this product while under the influence of medication, drugs, alcohol, or any other substance that impairs physical or mental competency in any way.

DO NOT OPERATE this product while using headphones, mobile phones, or any other device that prevents total focus and total control of all physical & mental faculties.

TO AVOID ELECTRIC SHOCK, DO NOT submerge, soak, or wash any part of the product. THESE ACTIONS MAY CAUSE SHORT CIRCUITING OR PERMANENT DAMAGE.

When not in use, the product must be POWERED OFF and dual rear levers set to “D” (“Drive”) mode, to prevent unintentional starts or movement of the product.
-
DO NOT PLACE personal items in the storage bag (beneath the seat) against or on top of the battery pack, control box, cables, or any other electronic items that may be inside the storage bag, to help prevent risk of injury, product damage, and/or fire. Ensure the inner flap of the storage bag is NOT removed, and that it securely keeps the cables towards the back of the storage bag.

NEVER place inside the storage bag (or side storage bag) any items that are potentially hot, heat-generating, flammable, acidic, caustic, volatile, cold, freezing, liquid, gaseous, pressurized, or in any other way potentially hazardous when in close proximity to lithium-ion batteries or electronic components. NEVER place any medical devices (such as defibrillator or oxygen tank) inside the storage bag (or side storage bag), as it is NOT designed to properly store them. ALWAYS fully zip closed both storage bags prior to using the product.

DO NOT EXCEED the storage bag maximum weight capacity for personal items (11 lbs or 5 kg, not including the battery pack, control box, or cables), or the side storage bag maximum weight capacity (2.2 lbs or 1 kg), to prevent potential damage to the product and/or personal items placed inside either storage bag.

If transporting the product by air, first check airline regulations and federal aviation laws on proper transport procedure regarding an electric product that includes a lithium-ion battery pack.
-
If transporting the product by ground vehicle, first ensure that it is POWERED OFF, fully disconnected from the charger, and safely stowed and properly secured. (See “How to Transport the Superlite” for full safety instructions.)

Electric-powered wheelchairs such as this product may be susceptible to electromagnetic interference, which is interfering electromagnetic energy emitted from sources such as radio stations, TV stations, amateur radio transmitters, twoway radios, and cellular phones. The interference (from radio wave sources) CAN cause this product to release its brakes, move by itself, or move in unintended directions.
**** SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check the presence, condition, and functionality of ALL PARTS before each use, including frame, folding latch, wheels, battery pack, controllers, and all other electric parts. If you have any doubts about the condition or functionality of a part, DO NOT USE the product and call customer support immediately.
- When the product is in use, the user (and any accompanying persons) must exercise CAUTION and situational awareness.
- Maximum weight capacity is 300 lbs (136 kg), which includes the user and any personal items that the user may be wearing or carrying.
- This product is intended for ONLY ONE USER at a time, within the specified weight limit. Attempts to exceed this limitation may result in bodily injury and/or permanent damage to the product.
- When the product is in use, the user must always ensure that they are wearing SECURE FOOTWEAR and NOT wearing anything long – including hair, wigs, or loose articles of clothing such as a scarf or loose shoelaces or anything else – that may get caught in the seat, wheels, cables, frame, footplates, or any other part of the product. (NEVER use the Superlite when wearing open or loose footwear (e.g. flip flops), or only socks, or barefoot.)
- Keep hands, face, feet, hair, limbs, clothing, and jewelry AWAY from all moving parts while product is in use (or immediately after use), including motor & wheels.
- As electric wheelchairs may operate more quietly than other motorized products, the user must exercise SAFE CONDUCT while the product is in use, including conspicuous visual warnings (e.g. safety flag – not included) and audible warnings (e.g. the horn alert on the main controller) when appropriate in the vicinity of others who may have difficulty seeing or hearing the user’s approach.
- This product should ALWAYS be operated, maintained, and kept in serviceable condition on a regular basis in accordance with the warnings & instructions in this manual.
- Any attempts at modification or other forms of tampering with the original specifications of the product are NOT permitted and will automatically VOID the warranty.
As an electric wheelchair, the Superlite can and is intended to move. Even when taking all necessary precautions, and heeding all warnings and instructions provided, the user and any accompanying persons may still encounter dangerous situations in which serious injury or death may occur.
Reyhee is not responsible for any injuries, damage, or legal disputes that may result from improper usage, the user’s and/or any accompanying persons’ inexperience, extenuating circumstances, and/or failure to follow all warnings and instructions provided.
READ & COMPREHEND ALL WARNING LABELS ON YOUR SUPERLITE:
- Warning card (for lithium-ion battery pack) inside storage bag.
- Warning hangtags on storage bag and side storage bag.
- Warning labels on footplates.
- Any other warning labels that may be on the product itself or its packaging box.
(Note that the presence / design / format / text / location of these labels are subject to change at any time without prior notice.)
How to Operate Your Superlite
Pre-ride checklist
Before each use of the product, the user must follow the pre-ride checklist below.
****If there is any doubt or observation of damage/wear/tear on any of the checklist items, moisture detected on any electronic parts, any unusual noise/vibration/change in ease of use, DO NOT USE the product and contact customer support for assistance.
- Check the presence, condition, and functionality of ALL PARTS before each use, including wheels, frame, folding latch, controllers, battery box, cables, and all other electric parts.
- All parts should be completely DRY.
- Make sure that any exposed joints, screws, and bolts are fully tightened. (Tools not included with the product.)
- Check to make sure the battery is sufficiently charged.
- Ensure that there are no obstacles or obstructions ahead in the intended pathway.

How to unfold the Superlite
-
Ensure the Superlite is upright and resting on all four wheels on a flat, even, and dry indoor floor surface.
****The dual rear levers (on the rear wheels) should both be in DRIVE mode, to prevent accidental product movement during unfolding.
Also ensure there is ample room for unfolding the Superlite.

On the back of the Superlite, there is a folding latch. To enable the Superlite to unfold, lift the folding latch until it is fully unlocked.
****Ensure your fingers and other body parts are safely out of the way of any moving parts as the folding latch is being unlocked.

Grasp one of the armrests firmly with one hand.
-
At the same time, use the other hand to push down on the opposite edge of the seat cushion.
****Ensure your hands and feet are safely out of the way of any parts that may be moving as the Superlite is being unfolded.

Ensure the Superlite seat is fully unfolded, before proceeding with unfolding the footplates.
-
To unfold the footplates:
a) With one hand braced on the seat, simultaneously use the other hand to grasp the top of the footplate handle and pull it directly upwards.
Ensure your hands and feet are safely out of the way of any moving parts as the footplate is being unfolded.
If the footplate handle is overly loose or otherwise unstable, DO NOT PROCEED with using the Superlite. Contact customer support for assistance.
b) Swing the footplate all the way forward until the footplate locks back in place.
c) Use one hand to fold down the footplate until it is fully unfolded.
Ensure your hands and feet are safely out of the way of any moving parts as the footplate is being unfolded. Do NOT place your full weight on the footplate as it’s being unfolded, to prevent injury and/or accidental product movement.
If the footplate is overly loose or otherwise unstable, DO NOT PROCEED with using the Superlite. Contact customer support for assistance.
How to lift and lower the armrests
Warnings:
- Always keep fingers, hands, and any other body parts safely OUT OF THE WAY of the armrest folding mechanism, to prevent potential injury when lifting or lowering the armrest.
- Ensure power is OFF prior to lifting or lowering an armrest.
- If intending to get in or out of the Superlite after lifting an armrest, ensure the armrest is lifted ALL THE WAY UP before safely getting in or out of the Superlite.
- DO NOT use excessive force or pressure on the armrest (e.g. yanking it violently up and down), as it may cause irreversible product damage.
- It is NOT recommended to operate the Superlite with any armrest unlocked or lifted up, as it may present a safety issue.
- Ensure both armrests are lowered and locked in place PRIOR to using, folding, transporting, storing, or charging the Superlite, to prevent accidental armrest movement which may cause injury and/or product damage.

To lower and lock an armrest:
a) Ensure the armrest is lowered down all the way until it is completely horizontal, and the armrest lock (on the back of the armrest) clicks into place.
b) To ensure the lock is functioning properly, gently push upward on the armrest and check that the armrest does NOT move. -
To unlock and lift an armrest:
BEFORE you unlock an armrest:
- Ensure the Superlite has come to a safe and complete stop.
- Ensure the power is OFF.
- Ensure that there are NO obstructions that may prevent the armrest from being safely lifted up (e.g. loose hair or articles of clothing/jewelry that are caught on any part of the armrest).
a) Locate the armrest lock (located on the back of the armrest).
b) Press on the armrest lock, and at the same time gradually push the armrest until it is fully lifted. When fully lifted, the armrest should stay lifted on its own. If it does not due to a potential defect, DO NOT USE the Superlite and contact customer support for assistance.
While lifting the armrest, if position of the power cables is preventing it from being lifted all the way up, DO NOT force the armrest to be lifted. First lower the armrest all the way down until it is locked in place. Then shift the position of the cables until they are no longer obstructing the armrest (and safely out of the way of any other moving parts). Then you may resume lifting the armrest.
How to use the dual rear levers
Warnings
- DO NOT attempt to operate the dual rear levers while seated in the Superlite, as this may cause strain or injury. Ensure that you move both levers to the desired mode PRIOR to sitting in the Superlite, or – if already seated – seek assistance to operate the levers.
- DO NOT use excessive force or pressure on (e.g. standing on top of) the dual rear levers, as this may cause irreversible damage to the product.
- BOTH dual rear levers must be simultaneously switched to the same mode. Otherwise, an error will occur and the product may not operate as intended.

Location of the dual rear levers
• The dual rear levers are red, and attached to the enclosed motors on the rear wheels. -
D = Drive mode
• Press down on BOTH dual rear levers to engage Drive mode.
• Drive mode must be used whenever the user is operating the Superlite using either the main controller or rear handle controller.
• Drive mode ensures that the Superlite will be able to automatically brake whenever the user releases the joystick on the controller. -
N = Neutral (freewheel) mode
• Press upwards on BOTH dual rear levers to engage Neutral mode.
• Neutral mode must be used whenever the Superlite is being operated as a manual rollator (i.e. manual walker).
• Neutral mode ensures that the Superlite’s wheels will be able to spin freely without the use of the motors or controllers.
****While the dual rear levers are in neutral mode, be aware that the Superlite does NOT automatically brake, so it must be operated at the highest level of caution (NO steep ascents or descents).

Battery level indicator
The battery level indicator shows the amount of battery life remaining.- Green lights = 70 – 100% battery life remaining
- Yellow lights = 30 – 70% battery life remaining
- Red light = 0 – 30% battery life remaining
- It is recommended to always charge the Superlite back to 100% battery life after each use, in order to prevent the risk of battery level going to 0% during usage.
- Note that while the Superlite is charging, the battery level indicator will NOT turn on to show charging progress. (Charging progress is indicated by the light on the charger itself.)

Horn alert button
• Press button once to have the Superlite emit an alert sound.
• This button should be used to alert other people in the vicinity of the user’s approach.
• Power must be ON in order for the button to work.
• There is currently no volume adjustment available for the alert sound. -
Headlight button
• Press button once to turn on the headlight (located beneath the controller).
• Press button again to turn off the headlight.
• Power must be ON in order for the button to work.
The headlight is NOT intended for nighttime usage (or usage in any other environment or any other time with limited to no visibility). It should ONLY be used as accessory lighting. -
Speed level indicator
• The speed level indicator shows the current speed level.
• The greater the number of lights on the indicator, the greater the speed.
• Maximum built-in speed is 3.7 mph (6 km/h). -
Speed increase button
• Press button once to increase the speed by one increment.
• Press button again to increase the speed by one more increment.
• The greater the number of lights on the speed level indicator, the greater the speed. Maximum speed has been reached when all lights on the indicator are on.
• Maximum built-in speed is 3.7 mph (6 km/h).
• Power must be ON for the button to work.
The maximum built-in speed will NOT be exceeded, even if the button is pressed after the maximum speed has been reached.
It is strongly recommended that the user first PRACTICE gradually and incrementally increasing the speed in a safe environment, so that the user can become familiar with the various speed levels. -
Speed decrease button
• Press once to decrease the speed by one increment.
• Press again to decrease the speed by one more increment.
• The lower the number of lights on the speed level indicator, the lower the speed. The lowest speed has been reached when only one indicator light is on.
• Power must be ON for the button to work.
The speed decrease button does NOT act as a brake or stopping mechanism. -
Joystick
• BEFORE using the joystick:
Ensure the power is ON, and that both dual rear levers are in Drive mode.
Ensure the user is properly seated, and has a steady and firm grip on the joystick.
• Moving the Superlite forward
Push the joystick away from you, in the forward direction.
• Moving the Superlite to the left
Push the joystick to the left.
Note that the Superlite has a turning radius, so movement to the left will NOT be a sudden 90 degree turn.
• Moving the Superlite to the right
Push the joystick to the right.
Note that the Superlite has a turning radius, so movement to the right will NOT be a sudden 90 degree turn.
• Moving the Superlite in reverse
Pull the joystick towards you, in the backwards direction.
• Stopping / braking
Releasing the joystick will automatically engage the brake.
Warnings
- ALWAYS first check behind the Superlite for any obstacles or potential hazards BEFORE the Superlite is moved in reverse.
- ALWAYS be aware of the presence of others when operating the Superlite in a confined environment (e.g. an elevator). In such environments, move the joystick with a LIGHT, INCREMENTAL touch, in order to prevent potential injury to yourself and others.
- When the joystick is released and the brake is engaged, the Superlite will NOT immediately stop, but instead will ROLL to a stop. BEFORE releasing the joystick, the user must ensure that there is sufficient distance for the Superlite to safely come to a stop.
- DO NOT use excessive force or pressure on the joystick (e.g. yanking it violently back and forth), as it may cause irreversible product damage.
- It is strongly recommended that the user first PRACTICE using the joystick a safe environment, so as to prevent any unwanted movement that may result from misuse of the joystick.

USB port
• The USB port can be used to connect with and charge any small portable electronic device that utilizes a USB cable (e.g. mobile phone, tablet). (USB cables/adapters are NOT provided with this product.)
• Locate the USB port beneath the controller.
• Plug the USB cable into the USB port until it is securely connected.
Warnings
- Ensure any portable electronic device and its USB cable/adapter are completely DRY and FUNCTIONING prior to connecting to the USB port.
- Ensure that the power is ON while charging any portable electronic device. (It cannot be charged while the power is off.)
- Ensure that any connected portable electronic device and its USB cable are safely OUT OF THE WAY of any moving parts while the Superlite is in use.
- Ensure that ANY portable electronic device and its USB cable are fully disconnected and safely set aside BEFORE getting out of the Superlite and folding it up.
How to adjust the height of the rear handles
Warnings
- Always keep fingers, hands, and any other body parts safely OUT OF THE WAY of the moving parts of the rear handles, to prevent potential injury.
- Ensure power is OFF prior to adjusting the height of the rear handles.
- DO NOT use excessive force or pressure on the rear handles (e.g. yanking it violently up and down), as it may cause irreversible product damage.
- Ensure both rear handles are locked in place PRIOR to using, folding, transporting, storing, or charging the Superlite, to prevent accidental rear handle movement which may cause injury and/or product damage.
- DO NOT attempt to adjust the rear handles while seated in the Superlite, as this may cause strain or injury. Ensure the rear handles are adjusted to the desired height PRIOR to sitting in the Superlite, or – if already seated – seek assistance to adjust the rear handles
- Locate the height adjustment lock at the base of each rear handle.
- There are total four height positions, denoted by the four holes on the back of each rear handle.
• The positions are also marked by corresponding numbers, with position 1 being the lowest, and position 4 being the highest.
To ensure safety and stability, DO NOT attempt to modify the product’s rear handles to exceed the maximum height position (position 4).
Press down on the round end of the height adjustment lock, and simultaneously pull up (or push down) the handle until the desired height position is reached. Then release the height adjustment lock.
There should be a click sound when the rear handle is locked into the desired height position. Gently pull on the rear handle to ensure there is no looseness. If rear handle is unable to lock in, DO NOT use the Superlite and contact customer support for assistance.
BOTH rear handles must be at the SAME height position, in order for the Superlite to be safely used.
How to use the rear handle controller

Thumb joystick
The thumb joystick on the rear handle controller acts as a power-assist when the Superlite is being used as either a power rollator (i.e. power walker), or power wheelchair.

Getting in and sitting in the Superlite
- After properly unfolding the Superlite, ensure that it is stable and on even ground.
- Ensure that NO objects or obstructions are on the seat.
- Ensure the dual rear levers are both in DRIVE mode.
- To ensure a safe sitting position:
a) Stand with both feet firmly on the ground in front of the Superlite, with your back facing the seat.
**Mind the footplates, so that they do not create a tripping hazard. Do NOT stand on the footplates, as this could cause risk for falls/injuries and damage to the product.
b) Reach behind to grasp the armrest(s), so that you are supported as you gradually lower yourself until you are safely seated in the Superlite.
Alternatively, you can unlock an armrest and lift it, then gradually lower yourself until you are safely seated in the Superlite.
c) Ensure you are fully seated all the way, with your back fully resting against the seat-back.
d) Feet must both be placed flat on top of the footplates.
**If any part of your foot/feet is touching the ground, you risk potential injury when the Superlite is in motion. Also ensure that no part of the user’s footwear (e.g. shoelaces) is dangling or touching the ground.
e) If any armrest is lifted, fully lower it and ensure it’s locked in place.
Standing up and getting out of the Superlite

- BEFORE standing up:
• Ensure that the Superlite has come to a COMPLETE stop in a safe location on a flat even ground-level surface, where the Superlite will not create any obstruction or hazard for others.
• Ensure that the power is OFF on both controllers, and that both dual rear levers are still in Drive mode. (Otherwise, if in Neutral mode, the Superlite may move unexpectedly while the user is in the process of standing up.)
• Ensure that your footwear is secure (e.g. tighten any loose shoelaces), and that no hair or loose articles of clothing/jewelry/etc are caught on any part of the Superlite.
• Ensure both armrests are fully folded down and locked in, if intending to use the armrests as support while standing up from a seated position.
- BEFORE standing up:

Remain seated, as you gradually move your feet off the footplates until both feet are firmly flat on the ground.
****Mind the footplates, so that they do not create a tripping hazard. Do NOT stand on the footplates, as this could cause risk for falls/injuries and damage to the product. -
Firmly grasp the armrests, so that you are supported as you gradually raise yourself until you are in a safe standing position.
****If you require the use of a walking aid (e.g. a cane), DO NOT attempt to stand BEFORE ensuring the walking aid is safely within your reach. Otherwise, seek assistance for this step to prevent potential injury. -
Gradually release the armrests and ensure the intended pathway is clear before walking.
****If you are leaving the Superlite (where it’s out of sight), ensure that it is in a safe and secure location where NO children, pets, or persons with limited physical/mental faculties have access to it. Otherwise, there misuse and/or theft. may be risk of
How to fold the Superlite

BEFORE folding the Superlite:
• Ensure the power is OFF on both controllers.
• Ensure dual rear levers are in DRIVE mode.
• Ensure both armrests are fully folded down and LOCKED in position.
• Ensure no-one is seated in the Superlite, no objects are on it, and that noone else is touching it.
• Ensure all personal items are REMOVED from the storage bag beneath the seat. -
Folding the footplates:
a) Use a hand to fold up each footplate until it is fully folded.
Ensure your hands and feet are safely out of the way of any moving parts as the footplate is being folded. Do NOT place your full weight on the footplate as it’s being folded, to prevent injury and/or accidental product movement.
If the footplate is overly loose or otherwise unstable, DO NOT PROCEED with using the Superlite. Contact customer support for assistance.
b) With one hand braced on the seat, simultaneously use the other hand to grasp the top of the footplate handle and pull it directly upwards.
Ensure your hands and feet are safely out of the way of any moving parts as the footplate is being folded.
If the footplate handle is overly loose or otherwise unstable, DO NOT PROCEED with using the Superlite. Contact customer support for assistance.
c) Swing the footplate all the way back until the footplate locks back in place.
d) Repeat steps b) – c) for the other footplate handle. -
Folding the seat and frame:
a) Stand beside the Superlite, and locate the front and back edges of the seat.
b) Use each hand to grasp each seat edge, and pull upwards until the Superlite begins to fold.
**Ensure your hands, fingers, feet and other body parts are safely out of the way of all wheels and any other moving parts.
c) Use both hands to push both sides of the frame together until the Superlite is fully folded.
d) On the back of the Superlite, ensure the folding latch is fully and securely locked onto the latch bolt.
**Ensure your fingers and other body parts are safely out of the way of any moving parts as the folding latch is being locked in.
****IMPORTANT: This step MUST be conducted to help prevent accidental unfolding or product movement when the Superlite is not in use.
How to transport the Superlite
**Warnings** :
- Transporting the Superlite MUST be done by an adult, who is able to demonstrate the physical and mental faculties required to understand the instructions.
- Confirm that power is OFF on both controllers, and that both dual rear levers are in DRIVE mode, to help prevent accidental product movement during transport.
- At NO time while transporting the Superlite should any person/child/pet/object(s) be seated or placed in it.
- DO NOT wheel the Superlite after it’s folded (as the wheels are locked in Drive mode), to help prevent injury and/or product damage.

If transporting by ground vehicle
a) PRIOR to folding and lifting the Superlite into the trunk of a stationary ground
vehicle, confirm the following to help prevent accidental product movement:
• Power is OFF on both controllers, and battery cable is DISCONNECTED.
• Both dual rear levers are in DRIVE mode.
• Folding latch is securely LOCKED in.
• There is sufficient space inside the trunk for the Superlite to be lying flat and properly secured, with NO other objects placed on top or beneath it.
b) With both hands gripping the frame, gradually lift the Superlite until it is fully off the ground and load it safely into the trunk.
Ensure the weight of the Superlite does not cause any risk of muscle strain or any other bodily injury. If you are having difficulty lifting the Superlite, DO NOT make any further attempts and seek assistance.
Do NOT lift the Superlite by the armrests, wheels, controllers, or any parts other than the aluminum frame, to help prevent injury and/or product damage.
****Warnings for transport by ground vehicle:
DO NOT place the Superlite in either the driver’s seat or any passenger seat.
When laid flat and properly secured inside the trunk, with NO other objects placed on top or beneath it, the Superlite should NOT be positioned in such a way that places pressure on top of (or otherwise risk damage to) the controllers.
DO NOT strap or hitch the Superlite to the exterior (e.g. roof, door, undercarriage) of any vehicle.
Ensure NO PART of the Superlite is exposed (e.g. hanging out of a window or open trunk).
The Superlite is NOT approved to be used with any tie-down system, which is generally used to transport a seated user in an electric-powered wheelchair in a motor vehicle. -
If transporting the Superlite by plane:
a) First check the current airline regulations and federal aviation laws on proper transport procedure regarding an electric product that includes a lithium-ion battery pack.
b) Follow all proper transport procedure steps, and any additional airlinerecommended steps to protect the Superlite from potential damage in transit.

d. Check to make sure the battery is sufficiently charged.

Cosmetic maintenance:
a. Before each use of the Superlite, check that all parts are CLEAR of debris, dirt, dust, and anything else that may cause obstruction or potential deterioration over time. Use a soft, dry cloth if needed.
Ensure the power is OFF and exercise caution (e.g. wear protective gloves) when removing any debris, dirt, dust, etc.
DO NOT USE any cleaning solvents/solutions/liquids or spraying devices (e.g. a hose) to clean any part of the Superlite, as this may result in irreversible product damage and will VOID your warranty.
b. In case of any liquid spill, power OFF immediately and follow the instructions below:
On the seat or seat-back:
▪ Use a clean cloth or any other clean absorbent material to thoroughly soak up as much liquid as possible. Then allow the seat / seat-back to dry completely before resuming use of the Superlite. o On the frame:
▪ Use a clean cloth or any other clean absorbent material to thoroughly dry the frame before resuming use of the Superlite.
On any electronic part or component (including battery pack, rear wheels/motors, controllers, and charging port):
▪ Use a clean cloth or any other clean absorbent material to thoroughly soak up as much liquid as possible.
▪ DO NOT ATTEMPT to power on and use the Superlite, as this may result in electric shock and/or exacerbate any damage that may already be caused by the liquid.
▪ Contact customer support to locate the nearest authorized service dealer for inspection. -

To activate the warranty, please register your Superlite as soon as possible.

Unless a different warranty period is expressly provided with your Reyhee product, Reyhee warrants that this product – when the product is delivered to you in new condition, in original packaging, from a Reyhee authorized reseller and used in normal conditions and as described in the user manual – is free from any defects in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship.

This warranty gives you specific rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Reyhee provides a limited warranty on all eligible Reyhee products purchased in the United States.
The limited warranty covers failures due to defects in material or workmanship on the product.
Wheels, seat, seat-back, storage bags, and other parts subject to normal wear & tear are not covered under the limited warranty
The limited warranty starts from the original date of purchase and is only applicable to the original purchaser of the product.
Proof of purchase is required to receive any services guaranteed as part of the limited warranty.
The limited warranty does not apply to refurbished products or products that were resold by unauthorized resellers.
The limited warranty does not cover defects found to result from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance of the product; accidents caused by the user (including but not limited to liquid spills, scratches, and tears/rips); failure to read, comprehend, and follow all warnings & instructions; or unauthorized alterations or modifications to the original product.
The limited warranty does not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges under most conditions. Product replaced under the limited warranty may be replaced with a brand new or factory refurbished product. If the defective product is discontinued, end of life, or out of stock, Reyhee will issue a replacement product of equivalent value or features. Product warranty periods do not renew with replacement products.
Note that in the event of accidents, injuries, property damage, or death while using a Reyhee product, insurance coverage is not guaranteed. Check with your insurance provider for more details.
