GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Please read the instruction manual carefully and follow the following safety precautions. Keep the manual for future roforonco and availchlo to overv user of the dovice.

• In case you give the device to another person, it must be accompanied by the instruction manual.
• No proper use of the device might cause harm or malfunction.
• Do not use tools or accessories for a job not designed/recommended by the manufacturer.
• This appliance is for household use only.
• Ensure that the voltage indicated on the device matches the mains voltage before plugging in the appliance. If not, do not use the device.
• Disconnect the device from the mains supply: shortly after use when not using the device before undertaking any cleaning task

• If the device does get wet, immediately remove the power cord from the wall outlet and do not put your hands in the water. Never run the wet appliance.

USE INSTRUCTIONS

Warning

• If the blade is deformed or damaged, please do not use it again, or it may cause skin irritation.
• The blade has fixed life. In order to obtain best result, we recommend you replace the blade regularly.
• Please do not charge at the place with temperature lower than 0°C (104 °F), direct sunlight or near heat or humid source.
• Please use the matching power cord in the package.
• Please dry the hair trimmer before charging.
• Keep the hair trimmer far away from water source, keep your hands dry during the course of charging.
• When you unplug the power cord from AC power supply, pulling too hard may damage the appliance.
• Store the power cord to dry place as to avoid damage.
• Do not pull, twist or bend the power cord.
• Please do not remove the shell, or it may result in damage for improper operation
• Do not trim in the shower.
• Do not use water or other liquids to clean the hair trimmer, this product is not waterproof.
• This product is not suitable for animal hair or other purposes.
• Put it to the place out of reach of children.
• Keep the instruction to safe place.
• Children shall not play with product.
• Children shall not clean and repair this product without supervision.
• Keep the equipment dry when you no longer use.
• The discarded battery shall be removed from the hair trimmer.
• Before removing the battery, you must unplug the power cord, make sure the product has been disconnected, otherwise it will likely cause electric shock.
• Safely dispose of the battery.

Explanation on charge

• Stop to use the hair trimmer if it lost power. Charge it for 8 hours, the shaver could be used for about 50 minutes after fully charged.
• Recommendation: the hair trimmer can continue to use about 60 minutes after fully charged, but we recommend you charge the hair trimmer when continuous use for 45 minutes or you feel about power down, you may not wait to be completely discharged when charging, it helps to extend the life of the hair trimmer.

Attention during the charging course

• Never use this hair trimmer in the bathroom or shower room.
• Charge the appliance in a location where it will not be exposed to direct sunlight or other heat sources, at temperature of 5°C to 35°C.
• Plug the power cord into a household main socket where there is no moisture and handle it with dry hands.

CAUTION BATTERY

1. Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged
2. The rechargeable batteries should be charged under adult supervision
3. Do not charge the batteries while they are hot. Let them cool down first.
4. The storage battery should be kept with full power and recharged every month
5. Over charge, lack of charge or over discharge are forbidden to avoid damaging the storage battery
6. Never mix different types of batteries
7. Used and empty batteries are to be removed from the item. Do not mix then with the new ones.
8. Never short-circuit the contacts. Follow the battery polarity indications.
9. Change the batteries if they do not work properly or they have leak.
10. If you don’t use the item for a long period of time then take out the batteries.
11. Never put the batteries near the fire or heat sources, nor throw them into the fire.
12. Please wash immediately if the skin or clothes touched the liquid from the battery.

Charging the appliance

• Push the switch to “OFF” to turn off the hair trimmer (fig 1).
• Plug the power cord into household main socket (fig 2).
• Plug the power cord into the power port of the hair trimmer (fig 3).
• When the charge connection is normal, the hair trimmer indicating light turns on, the charge indicating light must turn on during the course of charge. If the light fails to turn on, please try again and make sure normal charge.
• Please disconnect the power cord after 8 hours charge Attention when you make first charge or the hair trimmer is out of use over 3 month, please charge for 16 hours, or the product cannot be started or used normally.

How to use

• Please read the safe instruction carefully before using our hair trimmer.
• Push the switch to “OFF” to turn off the hair trimmer.
• Please check and make sure the blade is not damaged or with other foreign matters.
• Please apply the oil at the blade before each use (fig 4).
• Please attach the position comb to the hair trimmer(fig 5).
• Adjust the comb to the desired position (fig 6, fig 7).
• Push the switch to on to turn on the hair trimmer (fig 8, fig 9).
• Please turn off the hair trimmer after using (fig 10).
  Important: Please do not use the hair trimmer in an inverted position, this can cut hair too deeply. Trimming your hair without an attachment will trim hair length to approx. 0.5 mm, You have to first remove the attachment combs(fig 11).
  Important: Do not press firmly while trimming, you may injure your scalp.

How to clean

• Pay attention to following points before cleaning.
• Ensure the hair trimmer is turned off and the power cord is cut off.
• Please clean the hair trimmer surface with wet cloth, do not use cleaner or chemical substance.
• Wipe the hair trimmer surface with dry cloth; do not use blower or other dry heat exchange.
• The hair trimmer should not be cleaned by immersing into water.

Explanation on cleaning

• Push the switch to “off to turn off the hair trimmer (fig 1).
• Take off the position comb (fig 11).
• Hold the main body, place your thumb against the blades and then push them away from the main body (fig 12).
• Brush off any hair trimmings from the hair storeroom (fig 13).
• Brush off any hair trimmings from the blade (fig 14).
• Take the blade back in place after cleaning. (fig 15).

Attention

• If you feel the blade become dull during the course of trimming, (obvious pulling feel), you need to replace the blade.
• We recommend you clean the mustache bit in the blade with brush, or it may cause service life reduce of the blade or bad effect.
• Whether you use the hair trimmer all the time or not please charge at least once every 6 month, ensure the battery activation, as to prolong the service life of battery.
  Important: please remove the battery when you discard the product (fig 16).

WARRANTY

1. The «JUMBO SA TRADING COMPANY” (head office: Moshato Attiki, 9 Cyprus & Hydra) (hereinafter “The Company”) makes every effort to ensure its products meet the standards of suitability and safety of domestic and Community legislation.
2. On the new appliances sold through the stores of the Company, is provided warranty period of two (2) years from the date of purchase of the product, resulting from the purchase document (receipt or invoice).
3. In case of manufacturing fault, found on inspection by the authorised department of the Company during the scheduled procedures, the product will be replaced with the same or with another of the same specifications or refunded.
4. In any case, the consumer has all the rights provided by the regulations in force and more specifically the regulations of sale agreements.
5. The above warranty does not cover damage caused by:
   • In incorrect, inappropriate or contrary to the product instructions, installation, use, maintenance or storage of the product.
   • Voltage power drop, or in conditions of incorrect operation or product exposure to inappropriate and unsuitable environmental conditions.
   • In natural events, accidental or force majeure events, external influences and interventions of all kinds of the buyer or a third part and / or non-specialized and authorized person.
   • In normal use of the product due to intended use.
6. The Company has no responsibility for any injury and / or property damage (direct or consequential) that may occur from damage or fault of the product caused by any of the above mentioned events.
