Product Information

The V7 FHD 1920×1080 Height-adjustable IPS LED Monitor is available in two models: L270IPS-HAS and L238IPS-HAS. The package includes the monitor, power cord, AC/DC power adapter, HDMI cable,  VESA adapter, 2 x M4x12 screws, 2 x M4x30 screws, quick installation guide, and warranty card.

The L238IPS-HAS-E model has a panel size of 23.8 inches, while the L270IPS- HAS-E model has a panel size of 27 inches. Both models feature an IPS panel type and a maximum resolution of 1920 x 1080. The monitors have a matte screen coating and offer a contrast ratio of 1200:1. They support 16.7 million colours and have a brightness of 220 nits.

Connecting the Monitor:

1. Plug one end of the power cord into the AC/DC power adapter and the other end into a power outlet.
2. Connect the AC/DC power adapter to the monitor’s power input port.
3. If using an HDMI cable, connect one end to the HDMI input port on the monitor and the other end to your device (e.g., computer, gaming console).
4. If using a DisplayPort or VGA cable, connect one end to the respective input port on the monitor and the other end to your device.

Adjusting Monitor Settings:

• To access the main menu, press the “MENU” button on the control panel.
• Use the “+” and “-” buttons to navigate through the menu options.
• To enter a menu or select an option, press the “ENTER”  button.
• Adjust various settings such as picture (brightness, contrast), colour (gamma, colour temperature), audio (volume), OSD (language, timeout, transparency), system (input source, wide mode), and information.

Mounting the Monitor:

Note: Wall mount sold separately.

1. Ensure the monitor is turned off and disconnected from power.
2. Attach the VESA adapter to the back of the monitor using the provided screws.
3. Securely mount the monitor to a compatible VESA wall mount using appropriate screws.

Care

• Avoid exposing your monitor directly to sunlight or other heat source. Place your monitor away from the sun to reduce glare.
• Put your monitor in a well-ventilated area.
• Do not place any heavy things on top of your monitor
• Make certain your monitor is installed in a clean and moisture-free area.
• Keep your monitor away from magnets, motors, transformers, speakers, and TV sets.

Safety Tips

• If smoke, abnormal noise or odor comes out from your monitor, caution you should remove the power cord immediately and call your service centre.
• Never remove the rear cover of your monitor cabinet. The display unit inside contains high-voltage parts and may cause electric shock to human bodies.
• Never try to repair your monitor yourself. Always call your service centre or a qualified technician to fix it.

TROUBLESHOOTING

No Power

• Make sure A/C power cord is securely inserted to both the AC-INLET socket on the monitor and wall outlet.
• Plug another electrical device into the power outlet to verify that the outlet is supplying proper voltage.
• Make sure all signal cables are installed.

Power on but no screen image

• Make sure the video cable supplied with the monitor is tightly secured to the video output port on the back of the computer. If not, tightly secure it.
• Adjust brightness

Wrong or abnormal colours

• If any colours (red, green, blue) are missing, check the video cable to make sure it is securely connected. Loose or broken pins in the cable connector could cause an improper connection
• Connect the monitor to another computer

• Due to safety concerns, if the VESA mounting kit is purchased separately, please make sure the mounting kit is Ul-listed, and replaceable only by service personnel
