Turning on
- The earphones will automatically turn on when you take them out of the charging case. You can also turn on the earphones by pressing and holding button for 3 seconds
Pairing
- Ensure that Bluetooth is activated on your phone, tablet or other device.
- With the earphones out of the charging case, the LED lights will flash red and blue alternately, the earphones are now in pairing mode.
- On your device, select “Promo Audio” or Custom Device Name to pair.
- The LED light will flash blue once successfully paired.
- The earphones will then automatically connect to your preferred device when turned on again.
Unpairing
You can unpair the earphones from your device via any of the below options:
- Put the earphones back in the charging case
- Disconnect via your device’s Bluetooth ® settings menu.
- Selecting ‘Forget Device’ via your device’s Bluetooth ® settings menu.
Play / Pause
- Press button on either earphone to play and pause music.
Skip Songs
- When playing music, press button three times on either earphone to skip the song.
Volume Control
- Press button twice on the left earphone to increase the volume. Press button twice on the right earphone to decrease the volume.
Activate Siri for iPhone users
- Hold button on either earphone for 2 seconds to activate Siri.
Call answering and Call hang up
- Press button on either earphone to answer a call. You can then press button again to hang up.
Reject a Call
- Press and hold button fA or 2 seconds on either earphone to reject an incoming call.
Low battery prompt
- When the battery is running low, a ‘low battery tone’ will be played every 30 seconds until the earphones are powered off or placed in the charging case.
Turning off
- The earphones will automatically turn off when you place them into the charging case. You can also turn off the earphones by pressing and holding butto An on either earphone for 5 seconds.
Charging the case
- Connect the USB-C cable to a power source and then plug the USB-C cable into the USB-C port on the side of the charging case. The max input voltage and current should not exceed 5V and 200mA respectively.
- The charging case will take approximately 2 hours to be fully charged.
- The battery indicator light on the case flashes red while charging and stops flashing when fully charged.
Charging the earphones
- Place the earphones into the charging case, ensuring that the connection points are in contact.
- The LED on the earphones will show a static red light whilst the earphones are charging.
- The red LED light will turn off once the earphones are fully charged.
- The earphones will take approximately 1 hour to fully charge.
- The battery indicator blue light will be on when charging the earphones and will turn off when the battery is empty.
- The charging case battery status will be indicated as below

3% Blue light on
- <3% Blue light flashing
- 0% Blue light off and stop charging earphones.

- Do not attempt to disassemble the product or insert items into the product as this may cause short circuits resulting in electrical shock or fire.
- The product contains no user replaceable parts. Only authorised service engineers may open the product.
- This product is not waterproof or water resistant. Exposing the product to rain, moisture or other liquids may damage the product and may result in injury to the user. Do not touch or use with wet hands.
- Do not use in areas where there is the risk of explosion.
- The product package contains small items and packaging that may be hazardous to children and may pose a choking or strangulation hazard. Keep the product, accessories and packaging out of reach of children at all times.
- This product is not a toy If the product is damaged in any way, pierced, dropped, exposed to liquid, if the product overheats or if the charging cable is damaged discontinue use immediately.
- Do not connect to any input power supply other than stated at the top of this page. Always keep the product between 0°C and 45°C. Operation outside this range may damage the product or cause harm to the user.
- CAUTION: The battery used in this product may present a risk of fire, explosion, electrical shock or chemical burn if mistreated.
- The battery in this product is not user replaceable and should only be handled by authorised service engineers.
- Only use the charging cables provided with the Earphones and the charging device, do not charge with other cables.
- Do not dispose of the product in household waste as this may result in fire, explosion, electrical shock or chemical burn.
- Under certain conditions, exposing the device to a strong electrostatic discharge may cause the device to stop operating. Resulting in the need to reset.

These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful

Absorption Rate (SAR) found during testing for Duet are 0.034W/kg

Note:The FCC ID: 2ALRV-DT2201 is only for the earphone(not charging
case).
And because the Bluetooth® Earphones are too small, the FCC ID number can only
