When the charging temperature exceeds the temperature range, it can’t be charged after flashing for 3 times matters need attention

1. Using a charging cable that is not approved by the manufacturer may cause fire, explosion or other dangers.
2. Do not dismantle or repair or modify this product for any reason, otherwise it may lead to fire electronic breakdown or even complete damage to this product.
3. Please use this equipment in the temperature range of 0 C — 35 C, and store the equipment and its accessories in the range of-10oC 45 C. When the ambient temperature is too low or too high, it may cause equipment failure.
4. If charging is finished, please disconnect the charger from this product, and the continuous charging time should not exceed 12 hours.
5. Please don’t wet the product with liquid or soak it in liquid.
6. This product is built-in with a non-removable lithium battery. It is forbidden to disassemble, impact, squeeze or throw the battery into the fire. If there is serious expansion, please do not use it intermittently.
7. Do not put the magnetic charging cable or the magnetic charging port of the earphone near the metal object. The magnet is attracted to the metal object, which may cause the contact to be shorted and lead to danger, so as to avoid personal injury such as scald and bum caused by overheating of the battery.
8. Do not put this product or battery into fire, otherwise it will cause fire or explosion.
9. Don’t expose the earphone to the sun for a long time, otherwise it will be easily deformed, aged and broken.

Warranty policy

Thank you for purchasing our products. When you are using the products, In case of any non-man-made performance failure, we shall enjoy our service promise of “guaranteed repair, guaranteed return and guaranteed replacement” (hereinafter referred to as “three guarantees”). In order to protect your rights and interests, please keep the three-guarantee certificate and the invoice properly after purchasing our products. The validity period of the three guarantees of the product will be calculated from the date when you receive the product (hereinafter referred to as “receipt”), and the validity period of the three guarantees of the product is 12 months.
Three guarantees service content

1. Within 7 days from the date of receipt, to ensure that the received goods are in good condition, the product packaging and accessories are complete, and there is no man-made performance failure, the payment can be refunded at the invoice price in one lump sum, or the products of the same model and specification can be replaced or repaired free of charge.
2. Within 8 to 15 days from the date of receiving the goods, the product has a performance failure caused by no man-made damage, and the product of the same model and specification can be replaced. Product replacement is the responsibility of the seller.
3. Within the validity period of the Three Guarantees, if the product cannot be used normally after two product replacements, you can choose to repair or replace the product of the same model and specification with the certificate of Three Guarantees and the effective replacement record provided by the seller after testing and confirmation by our company. Product replacement is the responsibility of the seller.
4. Customized products are not within the scope of the Three Guarantees policy.

How to get three guarantees service
In order to protect your legitimate rights and interests, you need to go to the seller of our company to enjoy the three guarantees service. When you make a three-guarantee service request, you must provide:

1. Original products purchased;
2. the original invoice when purchasing the product or the proof of the purchase record of the seller; Valid three-guarantee certificate.

Paid service guarantee
If the product does not meet the warranty conditions and needs to be charged, our company will calculate the appropriate maintenance cost according to the spare parts and labor costs, and make a maintenance quotation to you, and provide maintenance services for your product after obtaining your consent and paying the fees. This policy is formulated in strict accordance with the Consumer Protection Law of People’s Republic of China (PRC) and the Product Quality Law of People’s Republic of China (PRC). 1. The product exceeds the validity period of three guarantees;
