Thank you for selecting our company’s heart rate monitor. This product can be used for real-time heart rate monitoring and the data can be uploaded to a heart rate receiver or fitness App via Blutooth. The heart rate monitor is designed with a smart LED indicator and it greatly helps you to manage your training intensity. This user manual can guide you on how to operate the product, please hold it carefully for future reference.

LED Smart Indicator Introduction

  1. The White light means: The Heart Rate Monitor does not detect heart rate.
  2. The Blue light means: The Heart Rate Monitor detects heart rate.
  3. The Red flicker means: The Heart Rate Monitor has low power.
  4. Redlight: Under Charging
  5. Greenlight: Fully Charged
  6. Low power to shut off: Red flicker and 3-second delay to shut off.

Buzzer

  • The buzzer will let out “beeping” alarm for 3 times once activated.
  • If no human body is detected , the device will shut down automatically with a long “beeping” sound.

Wear chest strap

  • Wet the conductive pads on the rear of the chest strapwith a few drops of water or conductive gel to ensure solid contact.
  • Strap the heart rate chest belt across your chest.To ensure an accurate heart rate signal, adjust the strap until it fits snugly below your (chest) pectoral muscles.
  • Attach the sensor to the strap, marked ‘L’ towards left.

Warning
If the installation direction is not right, the detect data will not be accurate.

App connection

  • Turn on Bluetooth

  • Download APP

  • Activate heart rate monitor

  • Wear your heart rate monitor correctly

  • Connect sensor with APP

  • Start to work

Warning

  • Cleaning of sensor and strap in a washing machine or dryer is strongly prohibited.
  • Before hand washing the device, detach the sensor of Heart Rate Monitor where electrodes are located. This part is not washable.
  • While washing the straps, make sure water is no higher than 30°C.
  • Ironing, bleaching or heating is prohibited.

Charging

  • Plug the capital of the heart rate monitor into the fixed hole in the charging base;
  • Plug the USB interface into the computer or adapter.

Attention

  1. Non-rechargeable and rechargeable batteries must be disposed of properly. For this purpose, special containers are provided for battery disposal at communal collection centers.
  2. Batteries are extremely dangerous when swallowed! Therefore, keep batteries and small articles away from children.
  3. The batteries supplied must not be recharged, reactivated by any other means, dismantled, put into fire, or short-circuited.

Data transmission
BLE Sports System is supported to achieve reliable data transmission by this HRM.
