Product Usage Instructions

  1. Do not place the product under direct sunlight or near heat sources such as heaters and stoves. Avoid using the machine in unstable places.
  2. Keep the frozen ice bucket out of reach of children to prevent frostbite.
  3. Use gloves or cloth to handle the frozen ice bucket to avoid cold injury. Do not touch it with bare or wet hands.
  4. If coolant spills out, do not touch it with bare skin to avoid cold injury.
  5. Do not move the grinder while it is turned on.
  6. The single operating duration of the Ice Cream Maker should not exceed 20 minutes. If it exceeds 20 minutes, pause for at least 30minutes before the next operation.
  7. This product is intended for personal use only. Commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Manual for Ice Bucket

  1. When freezing the ice bucket, ensure that the opening is upward and vertically placed in the refrigerator freezer. Do not tilt or invert the ice bucket for freezing.
  2. Make sure there is no extra water left in the ice bucket before freezing, as it may prevent the mixing rod from rotating.
  3. Wait until all coolant has melted before the next operation to avoid uneven distribution. Shake the ice bucket to freeze again if needed.
  4. Handle the ice bucket carefully to avoid damage or coolant overflow.
  5. Use a plastic spoon or wooden spoon to take out content from the ice bucket. Avoid using sharp tableware or metal spoons to prevent damage.
  6. Keep the ice bucket away from heat sources such as microwave ovens or ovens, as heating can cause damage.

Instructions for Making Ice Cream

  1. Freeze the ice cream bowl at the required temperature.
  2. Prepare your ingredients and crush them using a blender if necessary.
  3. Place the ice cream bowl into the bowl container and install the operating window on top of the bowl.
  4. Attach the mixing rod to the motor part.
  5. Pour the crushed ingredients into the bowl, making sure not to exceed the 210ml Max line.
  6. Place the mixer (with the motor head) into the bowl by aligning the slots of the operating window.
  7. Press the Start button for 1.5 seconds to start churning the ice cream.
  8. When the ice cream is done, the machine will indicate it with a 3-second flashlight and buzzing sound. Remove the mixer component and the operational window to enjoy the ice cream.

Indicator Light Description

  • Working Light:
    • Green light on: 100%-50%
    • Orange light on: 25%-49%
    • Red light on: 6%-24%
    • Red light flashing: 0-5% (light always on white when working)
  • Type-C Charger:
    • When Charging:
    • Power less than 24%: red light on to prompt charging
    • 100% power: Green light always on
    • 50%-99% power: Green light breathing
    • 25%-49% power: Orange light breathing
    • 6%-24% power: Red light breathing
    • 0-5% power: Red light flashing
    • Product charging: cannot start working

Use Instructions

Manual for Ice Bucket:

  1. Ice Bucket must off power unit before frozen.
  2. When freezing the ice bucket, please make sure that the ice bucket opening is upward and vertically placed in the refrigerator freezer. Do not tilt the ice bucket or invert it for freezing.
  3. When freezing the ice bucket, please be sure no extra water left, otherwise mixing rod cannot rotate.
  4. Please wait until all coolant melt before next operation, to avoid uneven distribution. (shake ice bucket so we can freeze again.)
  5. Please do not damage or drop the ice bucket to avoid coolant overflow.
  6. Please use plastic spoon or wooden spoon to take out content from the ice bucket. Do not use sharp tableware and metal spoon to avoid damage on the ice bucket.
  7. Please keep ice bucket stay away from any kind of heat source such as microwave oven, oven etc. Heating will cause damage to the ice bucket.

Make Ice Cream

  1. Freeze the ice cream bowl at -18°C/-0.4°F for12 hours before use.
  2. repare your ingredients. You may use a blender to crush the ingredients.
  3. Place the ice cream bowl into the bowl container and install the operating window on top of the bowl.
  4. Attach the mixing rod to the motor part.
  5. Pour the crushed ingredients into the bowl. Do not exceed 210ml Max line.
  6. Having the ingredients ready in the bowl, place the mixer (with the motor head) into the bowl by aligning the slots of the operating window.
  7. Press the Start button for 1.5 seconds and it will start churning.
  8. When the ice cream is done, the machine will shut off automatically after 20 minutes with 3-second flashlight and buzzing sound. To enjoy the ice cream, simply take out the mixer component and the operational window.

Indicator light Description

NOTE:

  1. During operation, if the main unit is moving up and down or turning left and right, please turn off the power, take out the main unit and stirring rod, use a spoon to break up the iced ingredients in the ice bucket and mix them, then put back the main unit and stirring rod again to continue operation.
  2. The red light flashes for 6 seconds when the motor is idle; when it is blocked (food is iced), the red light flashes for 6 seconds when the current is 1.5A.
  3. If the texture of the ice cream is soft, if you want to get a harder texture, you can put the blended ingredients together with the ice bucket into the freezer for 15-25 minutes.
  4. Do not freeze the ice bucket with the ingredients for a long time to avoid damaging the bucket.

Tips & Tricks For Users

  1. Before putting the bowl into the freezer, please wipe the bowl dry from inside out, so to avoid water freezing which will cause the churning mixer stop working.
  2. Please place the bowl in the right vertical direction in the freezer with the opening facing upwards. Do not tilt or place upside down.
    • ( NOTE: The motor part can not be placed in the refrigerator)
  3. The bowl should be placed in the freezer at -0.4 F(-18°C) to – 4F(-20°C), (switch to ‘th gear or more in the mechanical refrigerator) to ensure the freezing effect.
  4. The freezing time needs to be 10-12 hours, less than 10 hours may lead to poor effect or unsuccessful making of ice cream.
  5. Please refer to the recipe accompanying KRUSH to prepare the ingredients, the total amount of ingredients should not exceed 210ML;
  6. The ingredients need to be prepared in advance, use a blender or other tools to break up the ingredients and mix well.
  7. In order to get a better taste, it is recommended that the prepared ingredients are freezed for 1-2 hours before production.
  8. The Start button won’t work when the device is being recharged.it cannot be charged and used simultaneously.
  9. After pouring the ingredients into the ice bucket, please start the power immediately to start blending, so that the ingredients do not freeze, resulting in failure to blend.
  10. Use water or diluted kitchen cleaner to clean the freezer bowl. After rinsing andcleaning, wipe well with a dry cloth. The freezer bowl and the churning mixer can not be cleaned in the dishwasher, nor in the disinfection cabinet. To avoid heat damage, do not clean with liquid which is above 50°C/122°F
  11. If the ice cream reaches your desired result quicker than 20 minutes. press the Start button for 3 seconds to turn off the operation, no need to wait for the 20-minute auto shut down program.
