GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The HUSB305_A01XX is a highly integrated USB PD Source chip that enables USB Type-C 5V3A DFP control. It offers a built-in load switch and replaces the need for LD8200S and an external PMOS. The chip features an ultra-low conduction resistance N-channel MOSFETwith a resistance of 15mΩ. It is available in a compact 3mm x 3mm DFNFC-9L package.
