The following instructions are provided to ensure the safe and proper use
of your Android TV:
- Read and keep the instruction manual for future reference.
- Follow all warnings and instructions provided in the manual.
- Avoid using the TV near water.
- Clean the TV only with a dry cloth.
- Ensure proper ventilation by not blocking any ventilation openings.
- Install the TV according to the manufacturer’s instructions and keep it away from heat sources.
- Protect the power cord from being damaged or pinched.
- Use only attachments and accessories specified by the manufacturer.

Take note of the following warnings while using your Android TV:
- Avoid installing the TV near overhead power lines or other electric circuits.
- When installing an outside antenna system, be cautious of touching power lines or circuits.

SAFETY
PROPER TELEVISION PLACEMENT MATTERS
- We are commied to making home entertainment safe and enjoyable.
- As you enjoy your television, please note that all televisions – new and old – must be supported on proper stands or installed according to the manufacturer’s recommenda ons.
- Televisions that are inappropriately placed on dressers, bookcases, shelves, desks, speakers, chests, carts, etc., may fall over, resul ng in injury.
TUNE IN TO SAFETY
- ALWAYS follow the manufacturer’s recommenda ons for the safe installa on of your television.
- ALWAYS read and follow all instruc ons for proper use of your television.
- NEVER allow children to climb on or play on the television or the furniture on which the television is placed.
- NEVER place the television on furniture that can easily be used as steps, such as a chest of drawers.
- ALWAYS install the television where it cannot be pushed, pulled over or knocked down.
- ALWAYS route cords and cables connected to the television so that they cannot be tripped over, pulled or grabbed
WALL OR CEILING MOUNT YOUR TELEVISION.
- ALWAYS contact your retailer about professional installa on if you have any doubts about your ability to safely mount your television.
- ALWAYS use a mount that has been recommended by the television manufacturer and has a safety cer fica on by an independent laboratory (such as VESA).
- ALWAYS follow all instruc ons supplied by the television and mount manufacturers.
- ALWAYS make sure that the wall or ceiling where you are moun ng the television is appropriate. Some mounts are not designed to be mounted to walls and ceilings with steel studs or cinder block construc on. If you are unsure, contact a professional installer.
- Televisions can be heavy. A minimum of two people are required for a wall or ceiling mount installa on.
MOVING AN OLDER TELEVISION TO A NEW PLACE IN YOUR HOME
- After purchase of flat panel television, many new television buyers move their older televisions into a secondary room. Special care should be made in the placement of older televisions.
- ALWAYS place your older television on furniture that is sturdy and appropriate for its size and weight.
- NEVER place your older television on a dresser where children may be tempted to use the drawers to climb.
- ALWAYS make sure your older television does not hang over the edge of your furniture.

- Remote control batteries should not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire, or the like.
- The apparatus should not be exposed to dripping or splashing, and no objects filled with liquids, such as vases, should be placed on the apparatus.
- Your TV has four VESA mounting holes on the back. If you attach a wall mount bracket to the back of your TV, the bracket must be securely attached using all four holes. If you do not use all four mounting holes, your TV may fall and cause property damage or personal injury. See the Documentation that came with your wall mount for complete mounting instructions.
Warning Electric shock hazard
- To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not remove any cover or expose the device to rain or moisture.
- No User-serviceable parts are inside. Refer servicing to qualified service technicians. Lightning For added protection for your TV during a Lightning storm, or when it is left unattended and Un-used for long periods of time, unplug it from the Power outlet and disconnect any antenna or cable System. This helps prevent property damage and Personal injury from lightning and power line surges.
Power lines
- An outside antenna system should not be located in the Vicinity of overhead power lines or other electric light or Power circuits or where it can fall into such power lines or circuits. When installing an outside antenna system, take extreme care to keep from touching such powerlines or circuits as contact with them might be fatal.
Handling the LCD panel
- Your TV’s screen is made of glass. Do not drop your TVor hit, jolt, or press hard against the LCD panel. If the screen breaks, be careful of broken glass.
- If the LCD panel is broken, make absolutely sure that you do not touch the liguid in the panel. This may cause skin inflammation
- If the liquid gets in your mouth, immediately gargle, rinse, and consult with your doctor. Also, if the liquid gets in your eyes or touches your skin, consult with your doctor after rinsing for at least 15 minutes or longer in clean water
Replacement parts
- When replacement parts are required, make sure that the service technician uses replacement parts specified by the manufacturer that have the same characteristics as the original part. Unauthorized substitutions may result in fire, electric shock, personal injury, or other Hazards.

- After completing any service or repair to this device, ask the service technician to perform routine safety checks to determine that your TV is in correct operating condition.
Power source
- Operate your TV only from the type of power source indicated on the marking label. If you are not sure of the type of power supplied to your home, consult an electrician or your local power company.
Servicing
- These servicing instructions are for use by qualified service personnel only. To reduce the risk of electric Shock, do not perform any servicing other than that contained in the operating instructions unless you are qualified to do so.

- If an outside antenna or cable system is connected to your TV, make sure that the antenna or cable system is grounded to provide same protection against voltage surges and built up static charges Condensation
- Moisture Will form on the TV if the TV is brought from cool surroundings into a warm room or if the Temperature of the room rises suddenly. When this hoppers, the TVs performance may be impaired, To prevent this, let the TV stand in its new surroundings for about an hour before switching it on, or make sure that the room temperature rises gradually. Condensation may also form during the summer if the TV is exposed to the breeze from an air conditioner. In such cases, change the location of the TV.

Installing Batteries
- Push to open the back cover as illustrated.
- insert two AA or AAA batteries (as per remote conrol type) according to tne polarities marked on the remote control battery case
- Replace the back cover as illustrated.
- CAUTION: Risk of fire or explosion if the battery is replaced by an incorrect type.
- For better reliability and longevity use “ALKALINE BATTERIES”

Remote Control Funcons
Most of your television’s funcons are available via the menus that appear on
the screen. The remote control supplied with your set can be used to navigate
through the menus and to configure all the general sengs.
Note: Figures and illustraons in this operaon manual are provided for
reference only and may differ from actual product appearance. Certain funcon
may not be available for some models, e.g.
POWER (On/Off button) Turns the TV on or off.
To Mute and Un-mute the sound
Goes to the smart TV homepage.
To access the options Menu
(up, down, left and right direction buttons) Highlights different items in the
menu system and adjusts the menu controls.
OK Confirms your selection.
Exit the menu and return to the previous menu.
To enter source selection interface
(Mic) Click to interact with Google Assistant of the TV
Google Assistant (Available only when the network connection is normal.)
To enter SMART function interface.
**** Increases or decreases the TV’s volume.
To pop up the virtual remote control keyboard when available.

How to Pair Remote Control with the TV
This is a Bluetooth remote control, and before using it, please pair it with the TV firstly.
The following steps are for your reference:
- Step 1: Press button to enter the home page.
- Step 2: Press button to enter the “RC pairing”
- Step 3: Follow the “Settings tips page”, Press OK and together.
- Step 4: The screen will display “Pairing.., Pair finished the screen will display “Success!”.
NOTE:If you wait more than 2 minutes and it can’t pair, please repeat the
above steps for pairing again.
If you want to unpair the Bluetooth remote, As follow:
- Step 1: Press bu? on to enter the home page.
- Step 2: Press to choose and then press OK to enter.
- Step 3: Press to select “Remotes & Accessories” and then to chooe the Bluetooth remote name to enter next steps.
- Step 4: Press unpair and then choose OK bu? on.
- Remote type may be different in some LED TV
INPUT/OUTPUT SOURCE DESCRIPTION
- Note: The locaon and names of the sockets on the TV may vary according to TV model, and not all sockets available on all models.
CAUTIONS:
- Check the jacks for Posion and type before making any connecons.
- Loose connecons can cause poor audio or video quality. Make sure that all connecons are ght and secure
- The external audio/video equipment shown may be different from your equipment. If you have quesons, refer to the documentaon that came along with your equipment.
- Always unplug the power cord when connecng external equipment.

INSTALLATION
- Install the stand as described below, or if you want to mount it to a wall, please contact a professional installer.
- Please ensure the TV is not plugged into the wall socket and furthermore we recommend to get another person to assist in the following task.
Attaching the stand
Step 1
- Place a soft cushioned material on top of a flat surface to prevent damaging the screen panel. Then place the TV screen flat on top, with the screen side facing down, as illustrated on the right.
Step 2
- Align the stand leg to the installation point, as illustrated below
Step 3
- Tighten the screws (supplied with a screwdriver to affix the stand to the panel, as illustrated on the right.

Source Connection
Connecng a Cable or set Top box or DTH.
Many cable or STB TV boxes have more than one connecon type. To get the best video, you should use the best connecon type available. You can connect a cable or STB /DTH using (in order of preference)
- Make sure that your TV’s power cord is unplugged and all connected equipment is turned Off.
- Connect a coaxial cable (not provided) to the cable wall jack and to the cable -in jack on the cable or STB.
- Connect an HDMI cable (not provided) to one of the HDMI jacks on your TV and to the HDMI out jack on the cable or STB/DTH box
- On the HOME screen, navigate to the INPUTS row, then select HDMI 1 ,HDMI 2 or HDMI 3
Note: An HDMI cable carries both audio and video. You do not need to use separate audio cables
- Connecng An Antenna :1.) Make sure that your TV’s power cord is unplugged and all connected equipment is turned off.
- Connect a coaxial cable (not provided) to the antenna/ cable jack on your TV and to the antenna or cable connecon.
- Plug your TV’s power cord into a power outlet, then turn on your TV.
- On the HOME screen, navigate to the INPUTS row, then select Antenna.
Note:
- use a coaxial cable to eliminate interference and noise from radio waves.
- If the antenna is not installed correctly, contact qualified service personnel to correct the problem.
- If the signal level for a channel is weak, the picture may be distorted. Adjust the antenna or use a highly direconal outdoor or set top Antenna with a built in amplifier.
- If the picture quality is good on some channels and poor on others, the problem may be caused by a poor or weak signal from the Broadcaster or cable TV provider.
- If you connect to cable TV without a set top box and experience poor picture quality, you may need to install a set top box to improve Signal recepon and picture quality. Contact your cable TV provider about upgrading to a set top box.
AV/COMPOSITE :
Note: Cables are oen color-coded to match color-coded jacks
- Make sure that your TV’s power cord is unplugged and all connected equipment is turned Off.
- Connect a coaxial cable (not provided) to the cable wall jack and to the cable-in jack on the cable or STB box
- Connect an AV cable (not provided) to the AV/Composite jacks on your TV and to the AV out jacks on the cable or STB box.
- IMPORTANT: When you connect the audio using the AV jacks, the signals are analog
- PIug your TV’s power cord into a power outlet, turn on your TV, then turn on the cable or STB/DTH box
- 0n the HOME screen, navigate to the INPUTS row, then select Composite
Connecng a DVD or Blue ray player.
- Many DVD or Blue-ray players have more than one connecon type. To get the best video, you should use the best connecontype available.
You can connect a DVD or Blue-ray player using. HDMI AV/Composite
- Make sure that your TV’s power cord is unplugged and the DVD or Blue ray player is turned off.
- Connect an HDMI cable (not provided) to one of the HDMI jacks on your TV and to the HDMI out jack on the DVD or Blue-ray player.
- plug your TV’s power cord into a power Outlet, then turn on your TV and DVD or Blue-ray player.
- On the HOME screen, navigate to the INPUTS row, then select HDMI I,HDMI 2 or HDMI 3 (opnal)
Note: An HDMI cable carries both audio and video. You do not need to use any separate audio cables
AV/Composite :
Note: Cables are oen color-coded to match color-coded jacks
- Make sure that your TV’s power cord is unplugged and the DVD or Blue-ray player is.
- Connect an AV cable (not provided) to the AV jacks on your TV and to the AV out jacks on the DVD or Blue ray player.
- IMPORTANT : When you connect the audio using the AV jacks, the signals are analog
- Plug your TV’s power cord into a power outlet, then turn on your TV and DVD or Blu-ray player.
- If needed, set the player to the correct output mode. See the documentaon that came along with the player.
- 0n the HOME screen, navigate to the INPUTS row, then select Composite.
Connecng to Ethernet / Rj45 :
- To access the Internet, you can connect to a LAN (Ethernet) network If you do not want to connect to Wi-Fi.
- Connect an Ethernet cable (not provided) to the LAN jack on your TV and to your Ethernet
Connecng a Computer:
- Make Sure that your TV’s power cord is unplugged and the computer is turned Off.
- Connect an HDMI cable (not provided) to one of the HDMI jacks on your TV and to the HDMI out jack on the computer.
- plug your TV’s power cord into a power outlet, then turn on your TV and the computer.
- On the HOME screen, navigate to the INPUTS row, then select HDMI 1, HDMI 2, HDMI 3(OPTINAL)
Connecng External Speaker or a Sound bar :
You can connect external speakers or a sound bar using: Digital audio
Analog audio
- Make sure that your TV power cord is unplugged & the digital speaker system or sound bar is turned off.
- Connect a SPDIF audio cable (not provided) to the SPDIF output jack on your TV and to the audio in jack on the digital speaker system or sound bar.
- Plug your TV’s power cord into a power outlet, then turn on your TV.
- Turn on the digital speaker system or sound bar, then set it to the correct source. See the documentaon that came along with the digital speaker system or sound bar
- Note: Depending on the audio device you are connecng, you may need to change the digital audio format for your TV. The default seng is Auto
- If you need to change the digital audio format, go to the Home menu, select Sengs, then select Display & Sounds, then Select Audio Output, then select Digital Audio Format and change the seng to PCM or Dolby Digital.
- If you want to turn off your TV speakers, go the Home menu, select Sengs, then select Display & Sounds. Select Audio Output, then select TV Speakers and change the seng to OFF.
Connecng a USB flash drive
Plug a USB flash drive into the USB port on your TV. It takes few seconds for detecng flash drive.” Content loading” message will be seen on TV screen, aer detecng flash drive, on TV you will see four opons.

- Video: only compable Video content play
- Image: only compable image file format play
- Audio: only compable Audio format play
To safely remove USB storage, you need to “eject” it from your Amazon Fire TV first:
Digital audio using the HDMI/ARC: (Oponal)
- Your TV can send sound to an ARC device, like an AV receiver, to create a home theater that uses two or more speakers.
- When you connect external speakers or a sound bar, sound plays through your TV speakers and the external speakers or sound bar.
- Make sure that your TV’s power cord is unplugged and the digital speaker system or sound bar is turned off.
- Connect an HDMI cable (not provided) to the HDMI 1/Arc jack on your TV and to the audio in jack on the digital speaker system or sound bar.
- Plug your TV’s power cord into a power outlet, then turn on your TV.
- Turn on the digital speaker system or sound bar, then set it to the correct source. See the documentaon that came along with the digital speaker system or sound bar.
- Note: Depending on the audio device you are connecng, you may need to change the digital audio format for your TV. The default seng is Auto.
- lf you need to change the digital audio format, go to the Home menu, select Sengs, then select Display & Sounds, then Select Audio Output, then select Digital Audio Format and change the seng to PCM or Dolby Digital.
- f you want to turn off your TV speakers, go the Home menu, select Sengs, then select Display & Sounds. Select Audio Output, then select TV Speakers and change the seng to OFF.
CAUTION:
- Your TV should only be operated from the power source indicated on the label.
- Always unplug the power cord from the power outlet when you will not be using your TV for an extended period of me.
General Operaon
Switching On
Follow the instrucons on this page on how to switch on your TV set and the remote control before going on to following pages describing how to use the channel set-up procedure.
- Insert two baeries in the remote control.
- Precauons on using baeries:
- Only use the baery types specified.
- Make sure you use the correct polarity.
- Do not mix new and used baeries.
- Do not use rechargeable baeries.
- Do not expose baeries to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire or the like, throw them in a fire, recharge them or try to open them, as this could cause them to leak or explode.
- Remove the baeries from the remote control if you are not using it for a long period of me.
- Connect the power cable FIRST to the television, THEN to a mains socket.
- (Note: If the power cable is connected to the television, please only connect the power cable to the mains socket.)
If your TV is connected to an AC supply
- Your TV set should only be connected to an AC supply. It must not be connected to a DC supply. If the plug is detached from the cable, do not, under any circumstances, connect it to a mains socket, as there is a risk of electric shock.
If your TV is connected to a DC supply
- Your TV set should only be connected to a DC supply. It must not be connected to a AC supply. If the plug is detached from the cable, do not, under any circumstances, connect It to a mains socket, as there is a risk of electric shock.
- Connect an outside aerial to the ANTENNA IN socket at the back of the TV set.
- When powered on, the TV will be turned on directly or be in standby.
- Note: For some models, switch the TV on by pressing the power buon.
- If the power indicator lights up, the TV set is in standby mode. Press the buon on the remote control or on the TV set to turn on the TV.
Switching off
- To put the TV set into standby mode, press the ( buon on the remote control or on the TV, the TV set remains powered up, but with low energy consumpon.
- To switch off the TV set, unplug the mains socket from the mains outlet.
- Note: For some models, press the power buon to switch off the TV set .
- Your TV will require an internet connecon to operate all funcons. Data usage charges may apply.
- Please refer to your Internet Service Provider (ISP) for addional informaon.
- TO access the internet, you must subscribe high speed broadband internet service from your internet service provider.
- Your TV can be connected to your home network in two ways:
- Wired, using the RJ45 (LAN) connector on the back panel.
- Wireless, using the internal wireless or external wireless USB adapter and your home wireless network.
- Note: The following instrucons are just the usual ways to connect your TV to the wired or wireless network
- The connecon method may be different depending on your actual network configuraon. If you have any quesons about your home network, please refer to your ISP(lnternet Service Provider).
Connecng to a wired network
To connect to a wired network:
- Ensure you have.
- An Ethernet cable long enough to reach your TV
- A router or modem with an available Ethernet port
- A high-speed internet connecon
- An Ethernet (LAN) port on the back of the TV
- Connect your Ethernet cable to the router and to the Ethernet port on the back of the TV.
- Use the Network Sengs to configure the TV
Connecng to a wireless network
To connect to a wireless network
- Ensure you have:
- A router broadcasng a high-speed wireless signal
- A high-speed internet connecon
- Use the Network Sengs to configure the TV
Note: Some models may have no internal wireless module, you can use wireless network by inserng external wireless adapter into USB socket of the TV. Some external wireless adapters can’t be compable with the TV.

Follow the on-screen instrucons to finish the inial setup process such as
selecng the language ,connecng to the network, scanning channels, and more.
During each step, either make a choice or skip the step. If you skip a step,
you can perform the setup later from the sengs menu.
Note: If the channel search retrieved only the analogue channels it could
be caused by poor broadcasng and therefore is not covered by manufacturer
warranty. Manufacturers cannot be held responsible for lack of or poor
broadcasng in some areas.
- For the first inial setup, on screen setup wizard will guide you through seng up your TV. Please follow according to onscreen guide to setup your TV correctly.
- Be sure to follow the below prompts to pair your Bluetooth remote control. Aer the pairing is successful, you can now operate the TV.
- When you switch on the TV for the first me, the First Time Setup menu will be displayed on the screen, as illustrated below.
- To set up your new TV, first, select your preferred Language.
- You can then proceed with standard setup or choose to set up with your phone/tablet depending on your preference.
Seng up the TV with a Android phone
- If you would like to set up your device using a tablet or phone, locate the Google App on your handset or tablet. Alternately, you can skip to WiFi Connecon.
- Follow the prompts to locate your device.
- WiFi Connecon and Google account.
- If you would like to set up the unit using your remote rather than a tablet or phone, you will be prompted to connect to a WiFi network. Navigate to the name of your Wireless Network from the opons:
- Input the user name and password for your Wireless Network, and if the credenals are correct, aer a few seconds your TV will be connected.
- Next, link the TV to your Google account to get the most out of your TV.
- You can add your account using a phone or computer, or your remote.
- If you choose to use an external device to connect, you will be prompted to use a code on an external devi
- If you do not wish to use a tablet or computer, you can certainly set up the unit using the remote directly:

- Open Google Assitant to start a voice search.

- NOTIFICATION: here will display all noficaons relang to anything on your ANDROID TV.
- INPUTS: Select this if you want to adjust your TV Input, Example: DTV, HDMI 1, HDMI 2.
- NETWORK: This will display what network connecvity, Wi-Fi or ETHERNET.

- Each row past this point will display recommended content from the apps you already have installed.
How to Operate your Android TV
Google Assistant
You can access Google Assistant from the home screen. Google provides some
ideas about how you can get the most out of your Assistant here. You can also
access the Google Assistant by pressing the Google Assistant buon on your
remote.
Apps
The apps screen shows the current Apps on the device and allows you to
download more Apps by using the Google Play store.
Please note: the below photo is an example showing some apps that
have been downloaded from the App store, and your device will not have all of
the apps below upon inial set up.
Noficaons
- Your noficaons for your TV will show up here. For example, if the device is not connected to WiFi, you will receive a noficaon prompng you to connect to your network. In this menu, you can read, acon, and close noficaons as necessary.
Inputs
- The inputs secon provides access to all of the connected accessories and the inbuilt TV tuner. You can also access this menu by pressing the Source buon on your remote.
NETWORK & INTERNET
- To access NETWORK menu, select WIFI icon via the HOME screen or go into Sengs menu and go down and select Network & Internet
TIME
- To access ABOUT menu, select SETTING icon via the HOME screen. Then go down and select “ABOUT”.To access DATE & TIME menu, select SETTING icon via the HOME screen. Then go down and select “DATE & TIME”.
Sengs
- Sengs are located at the top right of the home screen:
Accessing channels
- buttons can up or down to switching channel. or open virtual keyboard and select digital switching channel Source
- Press SOURCE then press to select your desired source, and then press to confirm.

Volume
- Volume control: press the Volume +/- buttons on the remote control or the corresponding buttons on the

Frequently Asked Quesons:
- Under the following condions, this system cannot decode the file and the file cannot be play normally: -The parameters of file such as the pixel of picture, code rate of audio and video file, sampling rate of audio file, exceed the limit of the system; The format of file is not matched or the file is harmed.
- Hot plug: Do not disconnecon when the system is reading or transming data, avoid damaging the system or the device.
- Pay aenon to the power supply of the device when you are using a mobile hard disk or a digital camera. If the power supply is not sufficient or not stable, you may encounter problems during operang or can not operate at all. In this case, please restart the device, or unplug the device and plug it again, and ensure that its power supply is normal.
- The system supports standard USB1.0 and USB2.O devices, such as standard U-dlsks, MP3 players, mobile hard disks, etc..

Problems & Soluons
- Note: Problems & soluons 1 to 2 are for the TV models which have network funcons, so users of nonconnected TV models can disregard them.
Fail to link to the network.
- Check if your TV is connected with the network;
- Reboot your TV;
- Consult your internet service provider, to confirm if access of your router is supported. Refer to the operaon manual of your router.
- Make sure if your TV is connected with the router. if the router is well connected and powered on, try to change a new router and network line, and use your PC to have a test. Should your problem persists, try to consult Client Service Centre.
- The video could not be played smoothly.
- Videos from your USB flash drive It may result from data transmission, or its code flow is far beyond the supported formats of this TV set.
- Videos downloaded from internet, or online videos.
- a. It may be caused by the lower bandwidth of your network. A high network speed IS required to handle online videos.
- b Peak internet usage mes may affect the bandwidth.
- c. Check if any other computers on the same network are also operang, as they may be using up bandwidth.
- Especially if they are downloading or displaying on-line videos.
- d. The video may not be smooth itself, it is not the problem of your TV or network.
- When two mobile hard disks are connected with the TV at the same me, they will not be recognized some mes.
- All mobile hard disks consume a lot of power, which may result in power supply problems. We recommend inserng only one hard disk, or a low power consumpon mobile hard disk
- The video from a mobile hard disk (USB) is playing with no sound.
- The audio format of the video in your mobile hard disk is not supported by the TV player
Some videos fail to play.
- The formats of the videos may not be supported by the TV, especially videos shot by certain kinds of cameras, generally with their private protocol of formats, which are not compable with your TV.

- Mistakes may occur when videos are copied or compressed, so they may automacally stop playing during playback.

Radio frequency interference
