Product Usage Instructions

Place the freestanding cooker in a suitable location with proper ventilation.
Ensure the cooker is properly connected to the power source.
To use the cooktop, turn the dials to the desired heat level for each cooking zone. The finely tuned cooktop controls allow you to adjust the heat from the highest to the gentlest level.
To create a SmartZone, pair two cooking zones together. This will create an expansive cook zone for larger pots and pans.
For oven cooking, select the desired oven function using the control panel. Options include Bake, Fan bake, Fan forced, Fan grill, Grill, Pastry Bake with Pizza mode, Rapid proof, Roast, and Rotisserie.
For even cooking results, use the AeroTechTM system which circulates heat evenly throughout the oven cavity. This is especially useful when using multiple shelves.
Clean spills on the cooktop surface by wiping it with a damp cloth. This will keep the cooktop looking good as new.
For self-cleaning, use the pyrolytic self-clean feature. This function breaks down food residue at a high temperature, leaving a light ash that can be easily removed with a damp cloth.
To remove hot dishes safely, use the non-tip full-extension shelves.
