The device requires Android 5.0 or later or iOS 8.5 or later. Make sure your smartphone supports the Bluetooth 5.0 lo energy (BLE) standard. Please note that the watch has a builtin speaker and microphone, it is not waterproof, be careful and avoid flooding the device.
General view
Note: Before first use, charge the device for at least 4 hours. If the device is not used for a long time, charge it once a week.
Charging the device
Use the included cable, bring it close to the charging contacts (the end of the cable has a magnet inside, it will lock in the right place automatically). Use the USB jack on your PC or a standard DC5V smartphone charger as a power source. Note that the kit does not short-circuit the charger.
How to turn on/off
- Press and hold the „Power” button for 3 seconds, the device will turn on.
- If you want to turn off, perform the same action and the watch will turn off.
- The power button also functions as a resume/off screen button.
First connection to a smartphone
IMPORTANT: Setting the time, date and other parameters is done only from the installed FITPRO application, which should be downloaded from the Google Play store (android) or Apple store.

IMPORTANT: Do not pair MT870 from the Bluetooth interface of the smartphone, but from the pre-installed FITPRO app
- Smartband and the application for proper operation requires active location service (GPS) , active Bluetooth and data transmission (WIFI locally or mobile data transmission),
- After installing the FITPRO application, you can pair the watch right away. However, we recommend that you create a user account, so that measurements, achievements and other parameters will be saved.
- Launch FITPRO. Click the icon (1) and then (2) to search for the device.
- After a while, a list of searched Bluetooth devices will appear, and among nothing the watch „MT870″ (3). Click on this name, and the process of synchronization, time and date setting, etc. will follow.
The FITPRO app will ask for consents for access, to smartphone functions, including contacts, which is necessary for proper operation. You will need to agree and approve each time.
Operation of buttons and touch panel
- Resume/Exit screen: press the Power or Phone button to display/exit the home screen.
- Change the dial: press and hold in the middle and the dial will change to a different one.
- Show smartband functions: press the Phone button twice.
- A window of functions will appear. They will be discussed in a moment.

Control menu
From the hour dial, swipe down the screen for quick access to functions:
- airplane mode – disables/enables the wireless functions of the watch
- flashlight – display a bright screen
- microphone – connect to goggle assistant or siri
- QR code for FITPRO app
- change the style of the function menu
- do not disturb mode (the watch does not respond to incoming calls and messages)

Most popular features
From the dial with the time, swipe to the left to display the most popular functions one by one:
- Statistics (tricycle) number of steps (zeroed daily), information on the number of sports (zeroed daily), number of rests (after a minimum of 20 steps). Once connected to the app, more statistical information will be available (by swiping up or down)
- Heart rate measurement. Other parameters like blood pressure and blood oxygen are displayed in the paired app
- Media control – music tracks from the phone are played on the watch.
- Weather – when paired with FITPRO
- QR code to download the FITPRO app from the store
Menu icons
Swipe up to display menu icons, then swipe up or down to scroll through them. Touch an icon to go further, swipe right or use the Power button to exit.

How to take measurements
Important: Smartband MT870 is not a medical device and is in no way a substitute for professional medical devices for measuring heart rate, blood pressure and blood oxygenation. The results can only be regarded asinformational and theoretical. In case of ambiguity, please consult your doctor.
In order to make pulse, oxygen and blood pressure measurements as reliable as possible, the watch should be fastened neither too tightly nor too loosely. and not too loose on the wrist. The level of measurement can be affected by the degree of hairiness,tan or oiliness (e.g. cream). Measurements can be activated via the watch or app by clicking on one of the icons.
Managing the watch’s functions
Once the watch is added and the connection is active, you can go to the „Set” option to set or run the rest of the device’s functions. Note – the order and naming of functions may vary depending on the version and language of your smartphone.
- Find: finding the watch (light vibration)
- Remote shutter: activates the smartphone’s camera and allows you to take a picture remotely
- Message push: setting smartphone apps that can display messages on the watch
- Dial settings: access dozens of creative dials and the ability to swap them on the watch
- Reset device: reset the watch
- Remove: disconnect (remove) the watch and data from the app
- Other: enable weak vibration
- OTA upgrade: remote update of the smartband’s firmware
- Background setting: setting application permissions
