Product Usage Instructions

To use the C600S TRII EXCEL CARTS, follow the steps below:

1. Ensure that the power supply is a 120-volt source.

2. Refer to the wiring diagram provided in the user manual for proper connection of the components.

3. Install the 30A 4 wire male plug hubbell into the power source.

4. Connect the red neon indicator lights to the appropriate terminals.

5. Use insulated crimp snow caps to secure and insulate the connections.

6. Assemble the pods according to the provided diagram and connect them to the corresponding terminals.

7. Utilize the self-stripping tap/run wire connectors to connect wires of different sizes.

8. Make use of the male/female disconnect terminals for secure and
   easy disconnection of wires. Terminate the base wires according to the specified wire range and color code.

9. Ensure proper grounding, neutral, and line connections as indicated in the wiring diagram.

10. Use the provided tubing, heat shrink to protect and insulate the wires.
