Product Information
The CARMEN M ALTAVOZ is a fan that comes with a remote control for easy operation. It features various parts, including a controller, shank, ceiling mount, trim, speaker, and motor. The fan is designed to be mounted on the ceiling.
Product Usage Instructions
To synchronize two remote controls to the fan:
- Ensure that both remote controls are in close proximity to the fan.
- Press the “ON” button on one of the remote controls.
- Within 10 seconds, press the “ON” button on the second remote control.
- The two remote controls should now be synchronized with the fan.
To turn the fan on and off:
- Locate the “ON” and “OFF” buttons on the remote control.
- Press the “ON” button to turn the fan on.
- Press the “OFF” button to turn the fan off.
Note: Make sure to use the appropriate screws for mounting the fan on the ceiling. Refer to the provided screw guide for more information.

CAUTION
- The product must only be installed by BITTE local, regional and state electricity regulations.
- Check if the electrical specifications of this device are compatible with your installation.
- Turn off the power before installing or repairing the fan.
- The fan must be properly grounded to avoid the risk of electric shock.
- Use and unauthorized technical modifications could suppose a risk of injury.
- The fan must be connected to a 230V 50Hz power supply. Do not connect the lan motor to a current dimmer. It could give unsatisfactory performance (engine humming) and cause engine damage.
- Be careful while working near the spinning blades.
- Never connect the fan to a power point but to the ceiling itself
- The fan must be installed so that the blades are at least 2,3 meters above the ground.
- The fan must be hung from a structure capable of supporting a weight of at least 50 kg. The fixture must be able to support the weight of the fan in motion and should not wobble or loosen

MAINTENANCE

PROBLEM SOLVING
Before carrying out the checks detailed below, the fan must be without power supply

COLOR TEMPERATURE MEMORY
The fan has color temperature memory of the ight. This unction allows vou to maintain the same color temperature when the tan light is Turned on again To change the color temperature, turn off the light by pressing the Lamp ON/OFF’ button once and furn it on again by pressing the button again within 2 seconds. Turn the light off again by pressing Lamp ON/OFF and oiler ‘S seconds turn it on again, it will keep the last selected temperatur.
REMOTE CONTROL
WINTER/SUMMER MODE
Reverse the direction of rotation of the blades to change to summer mode or
winter mode
LAMP ON/OFF / SYNCHRONIZATION
Turns the light and synchronization on or off (see section Control
synchronization”).
FAN ON/OFF
Turn the fan on or off.
SPEED REGULATOR
Increases or decreases the turning intensity of the blades.
PROGRAMMING
Sets the hours of fan operation (1, 2 or 4 hours).
BREEZE MODE
Activate the breeze mode that alternates smoothly between soft and fast speeds
(from speed 1 to 3) to create a greater sensation of comtort.
To activate the breeze mode, activate the fan using the “ON/OFF button on the fan and then press the ‘Breeze mode button. For cancel breeze mode oress the “Breeze mode” button again, the fan will return to the rotation speed selected before the breeze mode. You can also press the ON/OFF button of the fan to completely stop the rotation of the blades, when you turn it on again it will not remember the breeze mode, activating at the previously selectedrotation speed.*The remote control is synchronized from the factory, you only need to re-synchronize it if the synchronization has been lost if you purchased a new one or want to control several fans with a single remote.
BATTERIES
The remote control batteries are not included. The required battery model is
2x AAA. *Remove the batteries from the controller if it not going to be used
for a long time.
SPEAKER

Turn off bluetooth smartphone
Verify that the Bluetooth function of the personal device (smartphone) is turned off. -
Activate bluetooth fan
Check that the power is on (the fan reacts to any button on the remote control such as light or air),press and hold the speaker button on the remote control for 2 seconds until you hear the signal (2 short beeps in a row) so that the Bluetooth speaker enters pairing mode. -
Activate bluetooth smartphone
Activate the Bluetooth function of the personal device (smartphone) and enter search / pairing mode. You may have to wait up to 30 seconds for the ventilator speaker to appear, depending on the mobile device being used. It may appear with the name MISTRA orCARMEN- ATTENTION: If no device named MISTRA or CARMEN has been found, press and hold the speaker button on the remote control for 2 seconds to turn off the Bluetooth of the ventilator (a ‘click’ will be heard). Subsequently, press and hold the speaker button on the controller for 2 seconds until you hear the signal (2 short beeps in a row) to turn it on again, and repeat step 3.

Select the name of the speaker indicated in Step 3 and pair. You will hear a signal indicating a successful connection
APP DOWNLOAD
- You will need to download the “Lamp” app to your mobile device (smartphone) from the mobile application distribution platform corresponding to the operating system of your mobile device.
SYNCHRONISATION OF THE “ULAMP” APP

Opening the application
Open the application once it has been installed on the smartohone. -
Activate Bluetooth and Location
Activate Bluetooth and Location from the APP or from your mobile phone settings. -
Turn on the fan light
Turn on the fan light with the remote control. -
Open the application
Open the ULAMP application on your mobile phone. -
Add device
On the main screen of the application, press the button with the symbol ‘+* -
Search and link device With the fan light on and the mobile bluetooth activated, a device with the name will appear on the screen press “Add*Once loaded, press “Finish adding.Once you have the device on your screen, you can edit its name by clicking on the symbol ¿ . Once you have changed the name, press “Confirm” Then click “Save

DESYNCHRONISATION
To unsynchronise the device, press the “Settings” button and the “Delete
button.
REMOTE CONTROL SYNCHRONIZATION
The remote is factory synchronized, you only need to resynchronize the remote if you have lost synchronization, purchased a new one, want to control several fans with a single remote, or the fan does not respond to the remote control orders while it is running.

Restore the fan A current
When you restore the fan A and within 10 seconds, press the synchronization button “ON/OFF light ” during 3 seconds until you hear the signaland the light flashes to synchronize remote control A with fan A -
Repeat the steps
Repeat steps with each fan you have and want to individualize its remote control.
