Product Information

The Waring Commercial Double Deck Pizza Oven (Model: WPO750) is a high-quality pizza oven that features two independent chambers with their own deck controls. The oven can operate at different temperatures simultaneously, allowing you to cook different types of pizzas at the same time. The oven is equipped with a 30-minute timer for precise cooking. It also has a temperature gauge assembly and an oven light assembly to monitor the cooking process.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Replacing Bulb: When replacing the bulb in the oven, do not touch it with bare hands as this can reduce its lifespan. Use a clean tissue or cloth glove to position the new bulb carefully and push it in to engage.
2. Cooking: To use the oven, set the desired temperature for each chamber using the deck controls. Place the pizzas on the pizza stones (2 required) and place them on the top and bottom quick-fix element racks (2 required for each rack). Close the double doors and set the timer for the desired cooking time.
3. Cleaning: After each use, clean the oven using a cleaning brush. Make sure to remove any food residue or debris from the pizza stones and racks. This will help maintain the performance and longevity of the oven.
