Be advised

Be advised: Before connecting to the wall charger and turning on the power switch, please plug in the scooter/e-bike charging connector first. If not, there is a danger that an instant voltage overload will cause the scooter or e-bike’s port to burn out.

Pre-use Inspection

Before using, please check each clamp, handle, and fixed screw to ensure they are tight before riding.

Daily Cleaning

Before cleaning, ensure the scooter or E-bike has been turned off, the charging port dust plug is tightly closed, and the battery cover is closed.

Clean the body of any dirt and dust with a damp towel or brush and then dry with a dry towel. Do not use a high-pressure hose to wash.

Avoid using corrosive solutions to clean the body to prevent corrosion of the body surface.

Battery Maintenance

Reminder: Not to ride at full speed when the battery is low to extend battery life.

Frequently check battery level even if not in use; maintain an 80% at all times to prolong battery lift. Battery damage caused by long-term storage (Not in use) is not covered under warranty.

The battery performance will be affected by low temperatures but will return to average endurance after the temperature rises. (Usually, when used at 0°, the endurance will be reduced by about 30% compared to when used at average temperature).

Do not expose to sunlight.

Do not leave in a sun-exposed car trunk for a long time.

The battery may become unusable if exposed to water or a high-humidity environment. Always store at a safe location; do not use the battery if you notice a battery deformation.

Brake Maintenance

Check the brakes regularly. If the brake distance is too long (Standard 3~5 meters), tighten the brake line screw clockwise.

Replace the brake pads or discs regularly if there is any abnormal noise (high pitch sound or squeaky noise) from the brakes.

Have local professional maintenance technicians replace the brake pads or brake discs.

Do not apply any lubricating substance to the brake discs or brake pads.

Tire Maintenance

Do not over-inflate the tires in summer.

Lower tire pressure provides better shock absorption but reduces endurance.

Wheel bearing and folding button maintenance

Lubricate with three-in-one or similar light machine oil to prevent the bearing from becoming dry and difficult to turn and also make the folding button easier to press.

Charger

Please only use an unmarked or uncertified charger; it will affect battery life expectancy and could result in the battery causing fire; feel free to contact the local store for professional assistance.
