Product Usage Instructions
- Carefully remove all parts from the box and place them on a clean, soft surface.
- Remove the mounting plate (A) from the fixture (E) by unscrewing the screws (D).
- Connect the supply ground wire (usually green or bare copper) around the appropriate terminal (refer to Diagram 1).
- Connect the fixture wires (B) to the supply wires using wire connectors. Make sure to match the wire colors.
- Securely tighten all wire connections.
- Attach the mounting plate (A) back onto the fixture (E) using the screws (D).
- Mount the fixture onto the desired location using appropriate hardware (not included).
- Ensure that the fixture is securely fastened and level.
- Follow all applicable, local installation codes and guidelines to properly connect the fixture to the electrical supply.
- Turn on the electrical supply and test the functionality of the light.
Care Instructions Clean the fixture only with a soft dry cloth or feather
duster.
Do not use abrasive or chemical agents that may damage the surface.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

NOTICE:
This light fixture should be installed in accordance with all applicable,
local installation codes, and by a person familiar with the construction and
operation of it, as well as the hazards involved. Inspect item and contents
carefully.
If any damage or defect is found, do not install. Retain all packaging
material until installation is complete and approved.
TOOLS REQUIRED
(NOT INCLUDED):
- Phillips Screwdriver
- Slotted Screwdriver

Carefully remove all parts from the box. Place on a clean, soft surface.

Remove mounting plate (A) from fixture (E) by removing screws (D).

Connect supply ground wire (usually green or bare copper) around the green grounding screw (see diagram 1). Tighten.
NOTE: It is imperative that the fixture is grounded. -
Connect driver neutral wire (white) to the supply neutral wire (usually white) using wire nut (C).

Connect driver hot wire (black) to the supply hot wire (usually black) using wire nut (C).
CAUTION: Do not reverse the hot and neutral connections. -
Make sure all wire connections are tight, then carefully tuck into the junction box.

Install mounting plate (A) to the junction box and secure with mounting screws (B).

Connect quick connectors (F1) & (F2) together.

Install fixture (E) to mounting plate (A) and secure with screws (D).
Care Instructions: Clean only with a soft dry cloth or feather duster. Do not use abrasive or chemical agents.
