Installation Grennix G900
Follow the steps below to install the Grennix G900:
- Turn off the cleaner before installation.
- Place the cleaner gently on the water surface, bottom side down.
- Wait for the cleaner to automatically sink to the pool bottom.
Charging
Before first use, make sure to charge the cleaner. Follow these instructions:
- Turn off the cleaner before charging.
- Place the cleaner on a flat surface and ensure the water spray cover does not touch the ground.
- Observe the indicator on the charger:
- Green light: Charger plugged into the power supply, not plugged into the product.
- Red light: The cleaner is charging.
- Red light to Green light: Cleaner finishes charging.
Entering the Pool
To enter the pool with the cleaner, follow these steps:
- Turn the cleaner upside down and press the power switch. The cleaner will turn on with continuous regular beeping.
- Put the cleaner on its bottom.
- Grab the handle and gently place the cleaner on the water surface.
- Wait for the cleaner to automatically sink to the pool bottom.
Getting out of the Pool
To remove the cleaner from the pool, follow these instructions:
- Install the retrieval hook on the pick-up rod (not included in the package).
- Use the retrieval hook to grab the handle and drag the cleaner out of the water (do not drag too fast).
- Take the cleaner out after the water inside the device is completely drained.
- Turn off the cleaner.
- Note: After the device is out of water, if a short beep is heard every 3 seconds, turn off the device immediately. If a short, rush, and loud beep is heard, turn off the device and charge it immediately.

Safety Instructions
- Read this manual carefully and use Grennix G900 robotic pool vacuum accordingly. We are not liable for any loss or injury caused by improper use of the device.
- G900 pool vacuum is only intended for use on flat-bottomed inground pools and above ground pools.
- Before using G900, ensure the water depth of the pool is at least 50cm away from the top of it.
- Keep humans and animals out of the pool while the device is working in it. Do not leave children unsupervised and near the pool while G900 is working.
- Turn off G900 before cleaning the filter.
- G900 comes with a built-in lithium battery. Do not disassemble the sealed compartment without authorization. Protect G900 pool vacuum from direct sunlight and strong impacts.
- Be sure to charge G900 before first use.
- During the idle period, charge G900 once a month to protect its battery.

Helpful tips
- Turn off the cleaner after it gets out of water.
- After the cleaner finishes cleaning, it is recommended to dry in the shade for 20 minutes before charging. Place the cleaner in the shade when charging. Do not cover the device with anything to prevent damage to the internal components caused by overheating.
- When the battery is low, the device automatically moves to the pool edge and stops working. The buzzer generates a beep after the device is taken out.
- After each use, rinse off residual pool water and internal debris in the device and place the device in a cool and dry place, and away from heat sources.
- Clean or replace the filter if the cleaning effect is found to be weakened.
- This device cannot climb. Put it into the water area which is away from steps.
- For the best cleaning results, please make sure to clean the filter more than once during the robot working process.

Installation Grennix G900
- Open the top lid: Place your thumb on the top lid near the clasp. Pull the lower end of the clasp away by 2 millimeters with other fingers. Lift the top lid with both hands together.
- Open the filter basket: Gently lift the filter basket when grasping two handles of filter basket with both hands.
- Install the filter screen: Press down the filter screen to make them fit when four posts of screen are aligned with the slots in the base.
- Install the top lid: Lift the handle of the top lid and align the top lid with the upper and lower slots to install. At the end, press the top lid firmly after installation to make the top lid of cleaner and the base completely fit.
Charging
Be sure to charge the cleaner before first use. Turn off before charging. The water spray cover should not touch the ground when placing the cleaner.
Observe the indicator on the charger:
- Green light: Charger plugged into the power supply, not plugged into the product.
- Red light: The cleaner is charging.
- From Red light to Green light: Cleaner finishes charging.

Cleaning
- Gently force apart both sides of the buckle and slightly shake the cleaner to separate the stand from the upper part of the cleaner body. Lift the upper part of the body.
- Remove the filter to expose the garbage.
- Rinse the residual garbage on the filter.
- Rinse the residual garbage on the bottom.

- Q: Why my G900 doesn’t work when it’s put into water?
1. **A:** Please check whether the switch of G900 is in correct condition. When you release your hand after pressing the power-on button, if you still can hear the beep noise every second, it means the machine has been switched on. If the machine no longer make beep noise after you release your hand, it means the machine has been switched off, please press the power-on button firmly until the machine is switched on.
2. Check whether the battery level is too low (red lights flashes slowly and continue one minute).
3. Check whether G900 is stuck or trapped in the corner.
- Q: How to solve the problem that the speed of G900 be slow or stopped after working for a while?
1. **A:** If G900’s speed gets slower or stopped while using, it maybe caused by overload of filter. Please clean out the garbage and put it back to the pool to continue cleaning without recharging.
- Q: What kind of telescopic pole do I need to install for the retrieval hook?
1. **A:** G900 requires a universal connector pick-up pole that the diameter is of 1-1/4″, which is a universal size to fit standard size pool accessories.
2. There’s no pick-up pole in G900’s package.
- Q: What’s the optimum usage for G900?
1. **A:** Perfect for in-ground pool and above-ground pool in flat ground.
2. Suitable for the pool that the slope gradient is less than 10°.
3. Suitable for the pool that the size is less than 645 square footage.
- Q: What kind of pool that G900 doesn’t support?
1. **A:** G900 can’t climb walls or steps, can’t clean floating algae or very large leaves.

1. **A:** This is the warning voice of power-on charging. Please turn off the machine before charging.
Cautions
- It’s normal that G900’s speed gets slower or stopped within several minutes when it’s put into dirty pool. It maybe caused by overload of filter. Please clean out the garbage in the filter and reinstall the filter into G900, then put G900 back to the pool to continue work.
- The charging port of product base is IP68 waterproof, which can be put into water directly.
- Please keep all charging port dry before charging.
