Quick User Guide

  • Sound Effect: Increasing this will increase the loudness, thickness and punchiness of sound.
  • Drive : Increasing this will give the track more headroom and more dynamic range.
    • Note : Too much Drive = Distortion
  • Softener & Smoother: Makes the plug-in effect more gentle.
    • Note : If both selected, even more gentle!
  • Input & Output peak meters: Helps compare the input & output peak levels.
  • Mid/side: Pushing to side will make your track sound wider and more stereo while pushing to mid will make the track sound more narrow but punchier.
  • Quality : Oversampling up to 8X
  • Output : If you still have headroom for your track, want it to be louder after finding the sweet spot with the “Sound Effect” control, you can use the “Output” control to make that happen.

Sound Effect

The Sound Effect knob controls the amount of density of the effect that the plug-in applies to the sound. It ranges from 0 to 100%, and the more you apply it, the more punchiness and loudness you can achieve. This is the main control of the plug-in, which is designed to boost loudness without affecting the dynamic range, while also adding more width and punchiness to the sound.

Quick tips:

  • Double clicking on the Sound Effect knob will take it back its default value. (70%)
  • You can change all parameters by clicking on them and using your mouse wheel.
  • Double clicking on the number allows you to type in the values from 0 to 100%.
