Prepare printer
Remove and discard all packaging, tape, and cardboard. Close the ink access door.
Plug in to automatically power on. Wait until the printer lighting is purple before continuing.
Do not connect a USB cable during setup. -
Continue printer setup in HP Smart

View instructions to install ink, load paper, and connect to Wi-Fi in the HP
Smart software.
Go to 123.hp.com on a mobile device or computer to
install.
