SAFETY

By ignoring the safety instructions the manufacturer cannot be held responsible for the damage.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
Never move the appliance by pulling the cord and make sure the cord cannot become entangled.

This appliance is only to be used for household purposes and only for the purpose it is made for.
This appliance shall not be used by children aged less than 8 years. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged less than 8 years. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless older than 8 and supervised.
To protect yourself against an electric shock, do not immerse the cord, plug or appliance in the water or any other liquid.
Do not allow children to use the device without supervision.
Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
Always disconnect the device from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
It is absolutely necessary to keep this appliance clean at all times, because it comes into direct contact with food.

NOTE: The chopping blades are very sharp, avoid physical contact during emptying and cleaning the device, you can seriously injure.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE

Place the device on a flat stable surface and ensure a minimum of 10 cm. free space around the device. This device is not suitable for installation in a cabinet or for outside use.
Take the appliance and accessories out the box. Remove the stickers, protective foil or plastic from the device.
Before using your appliance for the first time, wipe off all removable parts with a damp cloth. Never use abrasive products.
Don’t use the blender for longer than 2 minutes. Let the device cool down before using it again.

Assembly

Place the seal ring onto the blade unit
Mount the blade unit to the bottom of the jar. Lock the blade unit by turning the plastic lock ring anti-clockwise.
Note! Please fasten the blender jar on the blade unit before placing it on the appliance.
Assembling the jar on the blade unit if its already placed in the appliance causes the safety mechanism to not extend and the safety switch will not work.
Mount the jar onto the appliance.

USE

Cut the fruit and/or vegetables into pieces that fit in the jar. Do not cut into pieces that are too large, since they will need to be small enough to fall to the base of the jar. put the ingredients in the jar and place the jar lid onto the jar.
Set the speed selector to the desired speed setting, use the pulse function for short and fast chopping for all kind of food.
To extend the life of the device, an overheating protection has been installed. If the engine runs too long, the temperature reaches the warning value and the motor stops automatically. Pull the plug out of the socket and wait until the engine has cooled down (about 20 to 30 minutes) and then use it again

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Before cleaning, unplug the appliance and wait for the appliance to cool down.
Clean the appliance with a damp cloth. Never use harsh and abrasive cleaners, scouring pad or steel wool, which damages the device.
Never immerse the electrical device in water or any other liquid. The device is not dishwasher proof.
Fill the jug half-full with hot water and a little cleaning agent. Let the unit run on speed 2 until the jug is clean.
The blade unit and the sealing ring can be removed from the bottom of the jar. Unscrew the plastic lock ring clockwise. Take the blades unit together with the seal ring facing upwards out of the pot.
Now clean jug, cover, closure, blades unit and seal ring with hot water and some cleaning agent. Dry well before re-using. Caution! The blades inside of the jug are very sharp.

This appliance should not be put into the domestic garbage at the end of its durability, but must be offered at a central point for the recycling of electric and electronic domestic appliances.
