Using Your PalFur IN01

Important Tips Before Use

Using the machine with the filter.

Never use water to clean the main unit, hose, and electric trimmer.

Not for water absorption.

Preparation
  1. Connect the hose to the hose inlet on the vacuum cleaner.

  2. Connect the accessory to the vacuum cleaner through the hose.

  3. Connect the electrical power supply.

Cleaning and Maintenance

For optimal performance, follow the instructions below to clean and maintain PalFurIN01 regularly. The cleaning/Replacement frequency will depend on your usage habits of PalFur IN01.

If the vacuum cleaner is used inefficiently, please check the following points:

  1.  Whether the dustbin is full of hair: dustbin must be cleaned in time, so as not to causeinternal blockage, or motor overheating, resulting in damage to the vacuum cleaner.
  2. Whether the hose is clogged with hair: If so, please clean and unclog the hose in time.

Clean the Dust Bin

  1. Removing the Dust Bin
    Press the unlock button on the top of the machine and gently lift the dust bin out in the direction of the arrow.

  2. Opening the Dust Bin
    Press the unlock button, turn the latch to open the dust bin, and pour out the debris.

  3. Installing the Dust Bin
    Install the dust bin in the direction of the arrow.

Note

  •  Please be careful when removing the dust bin.
  • IMPORTANT! Turn off the machine before conducting any maintenance tasks. It is recommended to clean the dust bin after each use or when dust reaches the max fill line.

Clean/Replace the Hose

  1. Remove the dustbin, and install it back after thoroughly cleaning

  2. Run the machine, then the hair will be sucked into the dustbin automatically.

Clean/Replace the HEPA Filter Box
  1. Remove the dust bin when the machine is completely powered off and take out the HEPA filter box.
  2. Clean the filter box thoroughly with water and let it dry completely.
  3. Place it in a well-ventilated area to dry for at least 24 hours.
  4. Install the completely dry HEPA filter box back into the machine

Note:

  • HEPA should be cleaned at least once a month.
  • Maintenance period varies depending on usage frequency and conditions, clean it when it’s dirty.
  • Make sure to disconnect the power and unplug the machine before cleaning.
  • Do not install the HEPA filter box before it is completely dry, as it may cause electrical shock or malfunction
Clean/Replace the Sponge filter
  1. Remove the dust bin when the machine is completely powered off and take out the Sponge filter.
  2. Clean the Sponge filter thoroughly with water and let it dry completely.
  3. Place it in a well-ventilated area to dry for at least 24 hours.
  4. Install the completely dry Sponge filter back into the machine.

Note:

  • Sponge filter should be cleaned at least once a month.
  • Maintenance period varies depending on usage frequency and conditions, clean it when it’s dirty.
  • Make sure to disconnect the power and unplug the machine before cleaning.
  • Do not install the Sponge filter before it is completely dry, as it may cause electrical shock or malfunction.

Troubleshooting

Problems Situations
The PalFur IN01 can not be activated
  • Make sure the main power switch is in the ON position.
  • If you still have trouble, turn off the main power switch and then turn it back on.

The PalFur IN01 shutdown during the use|

  • Cool the machine down for 2-3 hours before turning it on again.

The electric trimmer does not work|

  • Make sure the power switch is in the ON position.

The electric trimmer makes a strange noise|

  • Try to reinstall the blade on the head of the electric trimmer.
  • Clean up the foreign objects within the electric trimmer.

The PalFur IN01 makes abnormal motor noise|

  • Check whether the air filter is properly assembled

The PalFur IN01 has no suction|

  • Check whether the hose is blocked, and clean up the hair within the hose and dustbin.
