Product Usage Instructions

Ensure that the range is properly installed and connected to a natural gas supply.
To turn on the range, use the dial with illuminated halo or the tilting touch screen interface.
Select your desired cooking method, hero ingredient, or cooking function/recipe using the touchscreen interface.
For the cooktop, adjust the burner heat by turning the corresponding dials. The range offers a maximum burner power of 23,500 BTU and a total cooktop power of 134,000 BTU.
Utilize the griddle and top burners for fast boiling.
In the main oven cavity, choose from the 15 oven functions available to cater to a broad range of dishes and cooking styles.
In the secondary oven cavity, select from the 11 oven functions for additional cooking flexibility.
Monitor your cooking progress using the food probe.
