BLUETOOTH’ LOW-PROFILE MUFF Instructions
INSTRUCTIONS

Hew To Operate:
To turn power on, rotate wheel upward until the green light illuminates
signifying that the power is on. The volume wheel will also serve as a base
volume control. You are able to control volume from this wheel, and from your
smartphone device.
Bluetooth® Mode:
To initiate the Bluetooth’ connection, press and hold the Bluetooth” button
for 3 seconds. The blue light will begin to intermittently flash while your
smartphone device is trying to identify the new headset. You will also hear an
audible chime through the headset alerting you that the device has entered
pairing mode with your smartphone. You will hear one more chime after the
headset has been successfully connected to your phone. The device will now
appear under the name “ULTRX” in your Bluetooth devices list. The next time
you power up, your hearing protector will automatically connect to your
device.
Incoming Calls:
In Bluetooth ® Mode, incoming phone calls will cause the music to be muted
and you will hear your phone’s ringtone until the call has ended. To answer an
incoming call, press the Bluetooth” button once. To disconnect from a call,
press the button once more. To reject a call and return to Bluetooth” audio,
press and hold the Bluetooth” button continuously for at least 3 seconds.
Charge/ Recharge:
Use the supplied USB-C cable to charge. The USB-C charging port for this
product is located on the underside of the earmuff cup. It is covered by a
weatherproof rubber plug to help protect the internal electronics from dust
and water invasion. To charge, remove the plug and insert the charging cable
into the port. When powered up, the Bluetooth’ light will flash red indicating
that the unit is charging. Charging times will vary depending on AC/ DC power
sources and ambient air temperature. Charging times for this unit using an AC
power source can vary from 2-3 hours on the average. After you are satisfied
with charging, replace the rubber plug into the charging port.

Safety Concerns:
Hazard Description: Not dangerous with normal use. Do not dismantle, open
or shred the battery ingredients contained within or their ingredients
products could be harmful. Do not inhale or ingest. Avoid skin or eye contact.
Potential Health Effects: Vapors or mists from a ruptured battery may
cause respiratory irritation.
Ingestion: The battery ingredients contained within or their ingredient
products can cause serious chemical burns of mouth, esophagus and
gastrointestinal tract.
Skin: Skin contact with contents of an open battery can cause severe
irritation or burns to the eye.
First Aid Measures:
Inhalation: Remove source of contamination or move victim to fresh air.
Obtain medical advice.
Ingestion: Rinse mouth thoroughly with water. Induce vomiting under the
guidance of professional persons. Seek medical treat-ment in time.
Skin Contact: Remove contaminated clothes and rinse skin with plenty of
water or shower for 15 minutes. Get medical aid.
Eye Contact: Irrigate with flowing water for 15 minutes. If irritation
persists, consult a physician.
Storage:
If the battery is subject to storage for such a long term as more than 3
months, it is recommended to recharge the battery periodically.
Long period storage: 14°F to 95°F [-10°C to 35°C] Keep out of reach of
children.
Do not expose the battery to heat or fire. Avoid storage in direct sunlight.
Do not store together with oxidizing and acidic materials.
Recycle or dispose of in accordance with government, state and local
regulations.

interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received,
including interference that may cause undesired operation.
Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for
