Points of Safe Silicone Cover
The contact point for the dog shock collar has an updated conductive silicone coating, and the prongs are safe and won’t irritate the dog’s skin. You needn’t worry that the prongs would fall during dog training because they can’t be relocated either. Sometimes shock mode serves as a type of discipline. Please start using this mode at the lowest setting if you wish to.

Can i buy replacement usb charging cable?
I don’t know if the seller has them for sale separately but you can buy a type-B micro usb anywhere. Amazon has them for sale (USB 2.0 A-male to micro B cable).
Do you have to touch the remote to the collars to activate them?
yes. you have to switch back and forth from 1st collar to 2nd. good news is they all 3 use same charger and stay charged a good 3 weeks (at least thats how long mine lasted,way longer than my first set diff brand)
Is thete a lanyard or a strap for the transmitter?

Does the remote come with the loop for a lanyard if i buy one separately ?
No, it does not come with a loop for a lanyard.
Can I purchase another remote? I need one in my house and one in my car.
Not sure Probably would have to order whole new sets.
Was in the process of buying this and realized it doesn’t have a hook or any way to put a lanyard on it. Fix that and I’d buy it.
You could only use a plastic hook which would break unless you have a very small dog. It’s an electronic correction collar so you can’t use any metal with it.
Is this product good to use?

Will this collar work for a 10# toy Aussie?
Yes. It will adjust to fit. You will have lots of extra strap material. Cut with sharp blade and melt with lighter to keep from fraying.
Will this automatically shock the dog if he barks. Or only work when remote is used
This dog training collar only work when remote is used, it will not automatically beep or vibration or shock of the dog bark.
How do do you turn off the remote?

Collar color rubs off on my white dog’s neck leaving a black ring. Are there other color options available. I have the 2 dog kit?
I don’t have that issue with mine .
How do you turn the receivers off? Like when you take them off at the end of the day?
It was very confusing for me. They automatically turn off I’m guessing because I never got it to work perfectly for me.
Can remote work both collars at same time to stop fighting?
You will have to switch over to channel 1 or 2. So I mean you can’t use them at the same time for say, you’d have to go to channel 1 to control collar 1 and channel 2 to control collar 2
Why the collar receiver can not respond to the remote?
Collar no longer charges.
Will collar fit 16 lbs dog?
Yes. You can cut the length of the collar to fit the dog’s neck. One of my dogs is 18 lbs.
How do you turn off the remote?
It goes into sleep mode. No on off switch. I have had mine for over two months and remote still shows a full battery on the indicator.
The collar will beep but it will not shock or vibrate my dog, it won’t let me change the intensity either, it just stays at 0. How do I fix it?
There is a button on the collar to power it on. Have you paired the collar receiver to the transmitter? Hold the power button on the collar for 3 seconds and press the beep button. A second beep from the collar means pairing was successful. Follow the same steps if there is a second collar.
How long can the product be used?
It’s suggested that it only remain on for 12 hours at a time
Is there a shock setting so low if you accidentally press the button it will not shock the dog?
