Product Information
The Brendon Bowser is a range of equipment designed for lifting and transporting heavy loads. It is equipped with a front lift eye at the front of the trailer and two lift strap guide hoops at the rear of each side of the Bowser chassis. The standard Brendon Bowser range can be used with a crane and requires specific lifting equipment.
Important Safety Information:
When operating the Brendon Bowser, it is essential to wear the required
Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure personal safety.
Always have a copy of the instructions available with the machine for
reference.
Required Lifting Equipment:
- 2880mm 2 tonne S.W.L. strap
- Minimum 2 tonne S.W.L D shackle
- 7000mm 2 tonne S.W.L. strap
- A Tested and Approved Lifting Sling Kit (Part Number LSKBPW1004) available from Brendon or www.powerwashers.co.uk
Product Usage Instructions:
- Ensure you are wearing the required Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Position the Brendon Bowser in a suitable location for lifting.
- Using a crane, connect a 2880mm 2 tonne S.W.L. strap to be used in conjunction with a minimum 2 tonne S.W.L D shackle.
- Thread the 7000mm 2 tonne S.W.L. strap under the base of the rear chassis, ensuring it passes through each of the 2 guide hoops on both sides.
- Make sure the Bowser stays level during the lifting process.
- IMPORTANT : Never lift the machine using the rear back bar.
- If you have any doubts or questions about the lifting process, always ask for assistance.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
- ONLY trained personnel are permitted to lift this machine.
- ALL lifting equipment should be certified and checked prior to use.
- The Bowser Lift eye and strap guides MUST be checked for condition prior to lifting.
- A lift risk assessment is to be completed prior to lifting.
- The lifting area MUST be cordoned off during the procedure.
Required Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE)
- DANGER : lifting this machine is dangerous and could cause serious injury or DEATH. Ensure pre-lift safety checks are carried out and personnel wear suitable PPE and are clear of the lifting area prior to the procedure.
- WARNING : Use certified lifting slings only. UK legislation requires lift slings to be inspected after 6 months
- IMPORTANT : Ensure the delivery hose is reeled in and the gun & lance assembly is secured prior to any transportation.
- CAUTION : Lifting chains/straps may need to be shrouded to protect the tank & canopy.
- TIP : Always have a copy of these instructions available with the machine .

with a minimum 2 tonne S.W.L āDā shackle and a 7000mm 2 tonne S.W.L. strap
under the base of the rear chassis, threaded through each of the 2 guide
hoops, ensuring the Bowserwasher stays level during the lifting process.
IMPORTANT : NEVER lift the machine using the rear back bar.
