Safety conditions

The dryer must be connected to a grounded electrical network. Before turning on (connecting) the dryer to the mains, make sure that the electric cable, plug and socket are not damaged.
ATTENTION! The appliance is designed exclusively for drying textiles washed in water. In order to avoid danger for the smallest children, the dryer must be installed in such a way that the lower heating arc is at least 600 mm above the floor level. This product may be used by children aged 8 years or older and by persons with reduced physical fitness, sensory or mental impairments. The use of the dryer also does not require experience or special competence from them – once they have been trained in the safe use of the product and understand the potential risks associated with it. The product is also not intended for children’s play and should not be handled or cleaned by children without proper supervision.

  • The bathroom dryer should be installed at such a distance that a person in the shower or bath cannot touch its controls and switch.
  • The plug of the product must only be used with an electrical outlet installed in a dry place.

Forbidden:

  • installation of a dryer at a distance of less than 0.6 m from a bathtub, tap, toilet bowl, bidet, shower cabin or cabinet, washbasin, etc.;
  • installation of a dryer in a room with a chemically active environment (for example, in a room with water vapor that affects the insulation of conductive elements of an electrical appliance and its other parts);
  • simultaneous touching of the switched on dryer or a wet textile product placed on it and devices with natural grounding (water taps, heaters, heating pipes, water heaters, washing machines);
  • dismantling of the dryer;
  • use of the dryer despite a damaged electrical cord or a leaky housing;
  • direct a continuous jet of water at the dryer or pour it with water from the shower;
  • carry the dryer by pulling the electric cord;
  • independently repair a damaged dryer;
  • fill the dryer with any liquids or other materials;
  • store flammable substances near the turned on device;
  • children play near the dryer – this can lead to skin burns;
  • subject the dryer to force that may deform or damage its structure or the connection of its components;
  • use of the dryer for purposes other than drying wet towels, damp textiles and space heating. When finished using the device, unplug it from the mains (pull the plug out of the socket).

Dryer design

  • The dryer consists of a welded body (consisting of two vertical elements – racks – and several horizontal elements – arches), in which a cable electric heater in silicone insulation is located.
  • On the body, in turn, a digital controller with a display is installed.
    Note : In connection with the constant work to improve the product, increase its reliability and improve performance, changes may be made to the design of the device that are not reflected in this technical data sheet. The nominal capacity of the product stated on the label may differ slightly from the actual capacity of the dryer.

Preparation of the device for operation and its launch

  • Unpack the packaging and remove the dryer from the packaging.
  • Unpack the power cord from the package. The dryer must be mounted vertically on the wall, with its electric cable connection point facing down. Attach the dryer to the wall, mark the position of the mounting holes with a pencil. Then drill holes 08 mm as marked to a depth of 50 mm or 70 mm, depending on the type of fastening see wiring diagrams for installing dowels. Fasten the dowels.

Attach the plastic part of the bracket 2 to the wall. Fasten with screw 4. Screw the nozzle 5 to the fixing screw 6 of the dryer until it stops. Follow these steps for all fasteners. Insert the nozzles 5 screwed to the dryer into the holes of the plastic fasteners 2 screwed to the wall. Fasten the attachments 5 with the screws 3. Before using it for the first time, wipe the dryer with a dry cloth and leave it at room temperature for at least 6 hours.
Before connecting the dryer to the mains, make sure that the power cord, plug and grounding contact in the socket are not damaged. Any defective or damaged components must be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer’s service department.
First start. After connecting the dryer to the mains, a light will light up on devices with a digital display, indicating that the device is correctly connected to the network, i.e. is under tension. Further, in order to use the dryer, it is necessary to select one of the dryer operating modes and schedule its operation time. See Appendices 1 and 2 for an overview of the digital controls setup process.

Device maintenance

The dryer is a simple, reliable and durable (with proper use) electrical household appliance, so it does not require special care during its operation. Caring for the appliance is to keep it clean. To keep the instrument clean, it is best to wipe the outer surface of the instrument with a cotton cloth. Before carrying out any maintenance work, disconnect the dryer from the mains by removing the plug from the socket. Do not turn on the dryer after wet cleaning – leave it to dry for two hours.

The dryer is transported in the manufacturer’s packaging in accordance with the transportation rules applicable to this type of product. The manufacturer is not responsible for damages that occur after the dryer has been sold to the consumer. The dryer must be stored in a dry, heated and ventilated room at an air temperature of +1 °C to +40°C and a relative humidity of up to 80%, as well as in the absence of vapors in the air that can have a harmful effect and damage the materials from which it is made device.

Possible malfunctions and methods for their elimination

The most likely possible failure of the dryer during operation would be a burnt heater coil, a faulty regulator, or a damaged power cord.
