The Electronic Digital Micrometer is a precision measuring tool used for accurate measurements in both metric and inch units. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with the device, refer to the following
troubleshooting guide:
- No display or digit display flashing:
- Cause: Automatically switched off, voltage below 1.1v, or battery not making good contact
- Solutions: Press HOLD or in/mm button, replace the battery, or ensure good battery contact
- Battery voltage too low:
- Solution: Replace the battery

Product Usage Instructions
Operation Method
Origin Reset:
- Ensure that the measuring faces are in contact.
- If the measurement is above 25mm, use a reference test rod.
- Press the RESET key to display the origin.
Origin Setting:
- Press the RESET and (-) keys together until the SET indicator flashes.
- Use the (+) or (-) key to select the desired origin value (0, 25, 50, or 75).
- Press the RESET key to confirm your selection.
Metric/Inch Conversion:
To switch between the metric and inch measurement systems, press the in/mm
key.
Data Hold and Wipe Out:
To activate the data hold function, press the HOLD key. The character H
will appear, indicating that the data hold function is active. To deactivate
the data hold function, press the HOLD key again.
Relative/Absolute Measuring:
Press the R/A key. The character REL will appear, indicating that the
device is in relative measuring mode. Press the R/A key again to switch to
absolute measuring mode.
Tolerance Setting and Wipe Out:
- To set the tolerance, press the TOL key.
- When the character TOLup appears, turn the micrometer to adjust the display data to the desired up-tolerance value.
- Press the TOL key again.
- When the character TOL appears, turn the micrometer to adjust the display data to the desired down-tolerance value.
- Press the TOL key once more, and the character OK will appear, indicating that the tolerance setting is complete.
Clearing Tolerance Setting:
To clear the tolerance setting, press the TOL key three times in a row. The
tolerance mark will disappear, indicating that the tolerance setting has been
cleared.
Notes:
- The origin setting must be performed in absolute measuring mode.
- When one of the characters TOLup, TOL, or OK appears, it indicates that the device is in tolerance mode. To clear the tolerance setting, press the TOL key until the character disappears.

Battery replacement
- Unscrew the battery lid using a spanner with a circular back.
- Insert the new battery with the anode facing outward.
- Finally, screw the battery lid back on.

Notes
