Product Information

The Wireless Remote Control Outlet is a device that allows you to remotely control the power supply to your electrical devices. It consists of a receiver that plugs into a standard mains outlet and a remote control that sends signals to the receiver to turn the outlet on or off. The product operates on a frequency of 120V and 60Hz, with a maximum load capacity of 10A or 1200W. It has a range of up to 100 feet.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Ensure that the product is used indoors only and avoid exposing it to high humidity, high temperature, and high magnetic fields.
  2. Do not connect devices that may exceed the performance limits of the outlet.
  3. Avoid inserting needles or any other metal objects into main outlets.
  4. Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the product yourself; seek assistance from authorized service personnel.
  5. Children should not use the remote outlets without adult supervision.
  6. Keep packing materials away from children to prevent suffocation and choking hazards.
  7. If the battery is dropped or deformed, do not reuse it.
  8. Dispose of used batteries safely and in accordance with environmental protection standards.
  9. To program the receiver, press and hold the program button on the receiver for 6 seconds until the indicator light starts flashing slowly.
  10. Release the program button and then press the on or off button on the remote control.
  11. Programming is successful when the indicator light stops blinking.

Troubleshooting
If one receiver is unresponsive to the remote control, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Refer to the manual’s Canceling Programming and Programming the Receiver sections to reprogram the unresponsive receiver.
  2. Ensure that the receiver and appliance are properly connected and powered on.
  3. Replace the remote battery with a new 12V (23A) battery.
  4. Make sure the remote transmitter is within range of the receiver.
  5. Avoid exceeding the maximum load capacity of the outlet.

Operating Instructions

  1. Plug the receiver into a powered outlet.
  2. Remove the isolation tab in the battery compartment of the transmitter.
  3. Press each ON/OFF button on the transmitter will tum on or off the corresponding receiver accordingly.

Note:

  1. The program button of each receiver can also be used as a manual switch.
  2. The receiver will remain “oFF” after a power cut to save energy.

Canceling Programming

To remove a receiver from all transmitter parings (no remote transmitter can control It):

  1. Unplug the connected device from the receiver
  2. Unplug the receiver from the powered outlet
  3. Press and hold the program button on the receiver
  4. Plug the receiver back into the powered outlet while continuing to press the program button for approximately 5 seconds until the indicator begins to flash.
  5. Program reset is successful when the indicator on the receiver flashes several times and stops blinking.

Programming the Receiver

The receivers and transmitter have been pre-paired for immediate use, but there are a few units that may not be pre-programmed or programmed incorrectly, or you want to customize the configuration to meet your needs. To program a transmitter and receiver, please follow the steps below:

  1. Cancel the programming referring to the above ‘Cancelling Programming’ section first.
  2. Press the program button on the receiver for 6 seconds until the indicator light starts to flash slowly.
  3. Release the program button and then press the “on” or “off ”button on the remote control.
  4. Programming/paring is successful when the indicator light stops blinking.

Note:

  • Each set of ON or OFF buttons can be paired with and control several outlets;
  • Each outlet can be paired with and controlled by multiple transmitters.

Battery Replacement

If you find the receivers work abnormally or the indicator on the transmitter becomes dim, please replace the remote battery with a new DC 12V (type 23A) battery, making sure the polarity + / – of the battery is correct.

  • Low battery power may decrease readable wireless remote range.
  • Remove batteries if the remote is not in use for an extended period of time.

Troubleshooting

In the case that one receiver is unresponsive to the remote control, please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

  1. If the wire switch receiver is unresponsive to the remote control, please refer to the “Canceling Programming” and “Programming the Receiver” sections in the manual to reprogram the receiver.
  2. Make sure the receiver and appliance are properly connected and powered on.
  3. Replace the remote battery with a new 12V (23A) battery.
  4. The remote transmitter may be too far away to control the receiver.
  5. Make sure not to exceed the maximum load.
