How long does the guarantee last?
The guarantee remains in force for ten (10) years.

What is covered under this guarantee?
This guarantee applies to domestic use only and covers defects in materials and workmanship in the following bathroom furniture:

  • GODMORGON and ENHET bathroom furniture
  • GODMORGON and ENHET legs

What is not covered under this guarantee?
This guarantee does not cover TOLKEN counter tops or products that have been stored, assembled or installed incorrectly, misused or used inappropriately, used excessively, altered, or cleaned with unsuitable cleaning methods or cleaning products. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, cuts, scratches or damage caused by impact or accidents. This guarantee does not apply if the products have been used for commercial purposes, outdoors or in a corrosive environment. This guarantee does not cover consequential or incidental damage.

What will IKEA do to correct the problem?
IKEA will examine the product in question and decide if it is covered under this guarantee. If it is covered by this guarantee, IKEA will then, at its sole discretion, either repair the defective product or replace it with the same or a comparable product. If it is covered by this guarantee, IKEA will cover the costs of the repairs, spare parts and the labour and travel for the repair staff provided that IKEA has access to the product for repair without incurring additional expenditure. This does not apply to any repair work not authorised by IKEA. The parts replaced during repair work become the property of IKEA. If the product is no longer sold by IKEA, IKEA will provide an appropriate replacement. It is IKEA that determines, at its sole discretion, what constitutes an appropriate replacement. The purchase price shall not be refunded or discounted.

Installation
GODMORGON and ENHET furniture must be affixed to the wall. Ensure that the walls in your bathroom can support the weight of the furniture, as incorrect installation may cause injury or damage. If you are uncertain about the installation, contact a professional. As wall materials vary, wall mounts are not included. Guarantee conditions
The guarantee is valid from the date of purchase. In the case of delivered items, this shall be the delivery date. The original receipt is required as proof of purchase.

How long does the guarantee last?
The guarantee for IKEA wash-basins and mixer taps remains in force for 10 (ten) years and is valid from the date of purchase. The original receipt is required as proof of purchase.

What is covered under this guarantee?
This guarantee is valid for all IKEA wash-basins (including water trap) and mixer taps. The guarantee applies to domestic use only and covers defects in material and workmanship in all washbasin and mixer taps.

What is not covered under this guarantee?
Follow our assembly guides and care instructions carefully. This guarantee does not apply to products that have been stored, assembled or installed incorrectly, misused or used inappropriately, used excessively, altered, or cleaned with unsuitable cleaning methods or cleaning products. This guarantee does not apply if the products have been used for commercial purposes, outdoors or in a corrosive environment. It also does not cover accidental damage. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by impact, accidents or waterborne debris. It also does not apply to the filter/aerator of the mixer tap, which should be cleaned regularly and replaced when worn.
