4344. A proof of purchase must be provided with the tool. If upon inspection
it is found that the fault occurring is due to defective materials or
workmanship, repairs will be carried out free of charge. This warranty period
covering 12 months parts and labour from the date of purchase except where
tools are hired out when the warranty period is 90 days from the date of
purchase. This warranty does not apply to any consumable parts, any type of
battery or normal wear and tear, nor does it cover any damage caused by
misuse, careless or unsafe handling, alterations, accidents, or repairs
attempted or made by any personnel other than the authorised Draper warranty
repair agent.
Note: If the tool is found not to be within the terms of warranty,
repairs and carriage charges will be quoted and made accordingly.
This warranty applies in lieu of any other warranty expressed or implied and
variations of its terms are not authorised.
Your Draper warranty is not effective unless you can produce upon request a
dated receipt or invoice to verify your proof of purchase within the warranty
period. Please note that this warranty is an additional benefit and does not
affect your statutory rights.

HANDLING AND STORAGE
Although this machine is small in size, care must still be taken when handling
and lifting. Dropping this machine will have an effect on the operation and
may also result in personal injury. This machine is not a toy and must be
respected.
The environment will have a negative result on its operation if you are not
careful. If the air is damp, components will rust. If the machine is
unprotected from dust and debris; components will become clogged: And if not
cleaned and maintained correctly or regularly the machine will not perform at
its best.
HEALTH AND SAFETY INFORMATION
GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR PNEUMATIC OIL EXTRACTOR USE
Check the product before using the tool. Make sure all parts are in place and
there are no cracked, broken or loose parts. Use the correct air inlet coupler
as there are different types in different countries. Make sure the trigger is
in the “off” position. Make sure the extract/dispense control knob is in the
right position. Read the instruction manual fully. Do not attempt any
operation until you have read and understood this manual. Most important you
must know how to safely start and stop this machine, especially in an
emergency.

UNPACKING AND CHECKING
PACKAGING
Carefully remove the extractor/dispenser from the packaging and examine it for
any sign of damage that may have happened during shipping. Lay the contents
out and check them against the parts shown below. If any part is damaged or
missing; please contact the Draper Helpline (the telephone number appears on
the Title page) and do not attempt to use the extractor/dispenser. The
packaging material should be retained at least during the guarantee period: in
case the machine needs to be returned for repair.
Warning! Some of the packaging materials used may be harmful to children.
Do not leave any of these materials in the reach of children. If any of the
packaging is to be thrown away, make sure they are disposed of correctly;
according to local regulations.

USING THE EXTRACTOR/DISPENSER
HOW TO USE EXTRACTION FUNCTION – FIGS. 1–4
Warning! Before use you must check that the fluid you intend to use is safe to
be dispensed with this type of machinery. DO NOT use with volatile or
explosive products e.g. petrol/gasoline or there is a significant risk or
explosion and personal injury.

Turn the extract/dispense knob (4) anti-clockwise to loosen (Fig.1).

Connect the relevant tube onto the inlet/outlet coupler (6) (Fig.2).

Connect the tool to the air supply (Fig.3).
Note: The working pressure is between 10 to 100psi. Do not exceed the maximum pressure of 100psi (7bar). -
Push the trigger (1) to work (Fig.4).
Note: release the trigger when you require the unit to stop working.

- Turn the fill/extract knob (4) clockwise to tighten (Fig.5).
- Connect the relevant tube onto the inlet/outlet coupler (6) as shown in (Fig.6).
- Connect to the air supply and start the process There is a safety valve on the extractor/dispenser If the pressure is over 43psi, (3bar), the valve will start to function (Fig.7).
- Push the trigger (1) to start the extractor/dispenser as shown in (Fig.8).
- You can control the fluid extraction speed by adjusting the control valve (ball valve) when using tube (8) (Fig.9).
