Product Usage Instructions

1. Connect the charger to a power source using the provided power cable.
2. Place your Tablet, Phone, Laptop, or Earbuds on the wireless charging area to initiate charging.
3. For Airpods, ensure they are properly placed on the wireless charging area for charging.
4. Use the USB ports for single-port or two-port charging with power distribution options.
5. Refer to the Troubleshooting section in the user manual if the charger or mobile phone gets hot during wireless charging.
6. Disconnect the charger from the power supply once your phone is fully charged to prevent continuous heating.
7. Refer to the specifications for detailed information on input and output power.
8. For three-port charging, connect your devices to the respective ports.
9. Follow the EU Declaration of Conformity and FCC Statement guidelines for compliance and operation.

Troubleshooting

• Why do the charger and mobile phone get hot during wireless charging? This is a normal phenomenon, because there will be a certain magnetoelectric conversion loss during the wireless charging process, which will be converted into heat to make themobile phone and wireless charger slightly heated.
• What is important to note when charging? After the phone is fully charged, please disconnect the charger from the power supply in time to avoid continuous heating of the charger and mobile phone.

Notes

Do not place metal objects (such as coins or magnetic cards) on the wireless charging area to avoid abnormal charging.

• The wireless charging function is only compatible with iPhones that support magnetic wireless charging and earbuds that support wireless charging.
• For wireless charging with a phone case, it is recommended to use the official MagSafe case or UGREEN’s magnetic phone case.

How to solve the abnormal wireless charging?

• Before use, please make sure that your mobile phone has both wireless charging and MagSafe magnetic functions.
• If you want to wirelessly charge your phone with a case on, please use Apple’s official MagSafe case or UGREEN’s MagSafe-compatible case.
• Once a metal foreign object is placed in the charging area, the charger will automatically detect and disconnect from the power supply. The product will resume charging after the metal foreign object is removed
