Product Information

The product is a vacuum cleaner with versatile floor-to-ceiling cleaning capabilities. It includes various accessories such as the F 8 Crevice Tool, G Dusting Brush, and H Wide Upholstery tool. The vacuum cleaner has a dust cup that needs to be emptied after each
use. It also features pre-motor and post-motor filters that need to be cleaned regularly to maintain strong suction. The product has an easy brushroll maintenance feature to remove any debris wrapped around the brushroll. It can be used for both floor cleaning and
above-floor cleaning.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Assembly:
2. Insert the canister into the motorized floor nozzle.
3. Insert the wand into the canister.
4. Maintenance:
5. Empty the dust cup after each use by pulling up on the Dust Cup Release latch and lifting the dust cup off the canister. Hold the dust cup over a trash bin and press the empty-release latch on the bottom.
6. To clean filters:

  * Pre-Motor (foam and felt): With the dust cup removed, take out and rinse the foam and felt filters with water only. Tap loose dirt from foam filters as needed between washes.
  * Post-Motor (HEPA): To access the HEPA filter, reach under the grill and pull the Filter Access latch to remove the grill. Remove and rinse the HEPA filter with water only. Let all filters air-dry completely before reinstalling.
3. For easy brushroll maintenance, detach the motorized nozzle from the portable Lift-Away canister. Remove any string, carpet fibers, or hair wrapped around the brushroll.

3. Floor Cleaning:
4. Plug in the vacuum and place your foot gently on the floor nozzle while tilting the handle back.
5. Slide the power switch to the appropriate floor setting (Carpet Cleaning, Bare / Above Floor, or OFF) and start cleaning.
6. Above-Floor Cleaning:
7. Detach the wand from the floor nozzle by pressing the Wand Release button for a longer reach.
8. To clean above-floor areas with the handle, detach it from the wand by pressing the Handle button.
9. Attach any desired cleaning accessory to the handle or wand.
10. Brushroll On/Off:To engage the brushroll, press the floor nozzle down with your foot and tilt the handle back towards you. To disengage the brushroll, release the pressure.
11. Suction Control:Adjust the suction by rotating the suction release collar on the handle counterclockwise to reduce suction or clockwise to increase suction.

MAINTENANCE

Empty dust cup after each use

• Pull up on Dust Cup Release latch and lift dust cup off canister.
• Hold Dust Cup over a trash bin and press the empty-release latch on the bottom.
• Press top Dust Cup Release latch to access dust screen and remove built-up debris as required.

Cleaning Filters

TIP:
Wash filters every 3 months to keep the suction strong.
Rinse filters and allow to air-dry completely.
Tap loose dirt from foam filters as needed between washes.

Pre-Motor (foam and felt):

Post-Motor (HEPA):

FLOOR CLEANING

Plug In Vacuum
Then place your foot gently on the floor nozzle and tilt the handle back.

Choose Setting
Slide the power switch to the appropriate floor setting and start cleaning.

BRUSHROLL ON/OFF:

1. Press the ON/OFF switch at the top of the canister to the I position to vacuum bare floors (straight suction only) or use Lift-Away® mode. To vacuum carpets and rugs, set the switch to the II position to engage the motorized brushroll.
2. Press the floor nozzle down with your foot and tilt the handle back towards you to engage the brushroll.

PORTABLE LIFT-AWAY® MODE

Plug In Vacuum
Press Lift-Away button to lift canister off floor nozzle. You are now ready to clean those hard-to-reach places.
