Safety Notes
** Gloves should be worn during installation to prevent crushing and
cutting injuries.
Intended Use
**The product may only be installed and connected outside areas 0, 1 and
2 following the manufacturer’s specifications.
The system must be protected via a leakage current protective device
(RCD/ Fl) with a measurement difference current of $ 30 mA.
A different or excessive use is considered non- intended. The
user/operator bears the sole risk. Please contact your contracting party to
claim your rights under this guarantee. This guarantee does not affect the
customer’s rights under the respective inational legislation.
The manufacturer/seller of this light does not assume any responsibility
for injuries or damage that may be caused by improper installation or non-
intended use.
This appliance may be used by children aged 8 years and up and by
persons who are physically or mentally handicapped, have restricted sensory
capabilities or lack of know-how and experience, provided they use it under
supervision or have been given instructions on the safe use of the appliance
and understand the hazards involved.
Do not allow children to play with the appliance.
The light source of this product is not replaceable; when the light
source reaches its end of life, the whole product must be replaced.
Electrician
**Installation and tests are to be performed by an approved electrician,
taking VDE 0100, Part 701 into account. It’s a Legal Requirement for the
Installation and wiring to conform to current IEE Electrical and Building
regulations.
Electrical connection
** Voltage supply: 100-240V/N/PE/50-60Hz
** A cavity box is required for installation.
Residual current protection system
** The circuit must be protected via a ground fault protector (RCD / Fl)
with a measured differential current of 5 30 mA.
**** The proper function of this protective device must be checked at regular
intervals.
Installation Instructions
- Prior to installation, inspect the product for transport damages. After it has been installed, no transport or surface damage will be honoured.
- The plumbing codes applicable in the respective countries must be observed.
- Any work may only be carried out in a de-energized state. Here, the voltage supply must be safely separated via the main switch or mains plugs. • Only standardized materials may be used for the installation.
- All components must remain accessible.
- The ambient temperature must not exceed 40 °C.
- During operation this lamp will get hot. A minimum distance of 50cm should be maintained, away from inflammable items.
- During installation of the product by qualified trained personnel, make sure that the entire fastening surface is even and smooth (no protruding seams or tile offset), that the finish of the wall is suitable to apply the product and has no weak points.

- Switch off light.
- Remove marks (cremes, cosmetics etc.) with a chamois leather that has been rinsed in hot water and wrung out well. Always wipe around the edges with a clean, dry cloth. Do not use glass or window cleaner or other chemicals, as these may damage the silver coating and cause brown marks. We cannot accept liability or provide guarantee cover if these instructions are ignored.
- Wipe surface with a soft dry or damp cloth.
- Ensure no moisture or fluid into the light.
- Damage caused by using incorrect cleaners or misuseis not covered by our guarantee.
Disposal of waste batteries and old Electrical & Electronic Equipment (applicable in the European Union and other European countries with separate collection systems).
