COMMISSIONING

  • Before first use, wash all parts of the accessories in soapy water. Rinse and dry.

  • Place the appliance on a flat, clean and dry surface, make sure that the dimmer button (a1) is in position “0” then plug in your appliance.

  • To switch on, you have several options:
    – Intermittent operation (pulse): Turn the dimmer button (a1) to the “pulse” position by successive pulses for better control of the preparations.
    – Continuous operation: Turn the dimmer button (a1) to the desired position from “1” to “7” depending on the preparations made.

  • You can modify it during preparation.

  • To switch off the appliance, return the button (a1) to “0”, then unplug your appliance.

Overload protection:
Your kitchen appliance is equipped with a microprocessor which controls and analyzes the power Operating. If the load is too high, your device will adapt by reducing its speed or will stop on its own. In the event of a stop, return your speed controller button (a1) to position “0”, unplug your appliance and remove some of your ingredients. Let your appliance rest for a few minutes. You can then reconnect it and start by turning the dimmer button (a1) to the desired speed according to the recipe.

  1. MIX / KNEAD / BEAT / EMULSION / WHIP
    ACCESSORIES USED:

    – Bowl (b1)
    – Lid (b2)
    – Kneader (c1) or mixer (c2) or multi-piece whisk (c3)
    1.1 ASSEMBLY OF ACCESSORIES (DIAGRAM 1):
    • Turn the button (a3) to unlock the multifunction head (a4) and lift it up to the stop.
    • Lock the bowl (b1) (anti-clockwise) onto the appliance and put the ingredients.
    • Insert the desired accessory (c) into the outlet (a2.1), until it clicks.
    • Return the multifunction head (a4) to the horizontal position: turn the button (a3) and lower manually the multifunction head (a4) until it locks (return of the button (a3) in its original position).
    • Slide the lid (b2) over the bowl (b1).
    Note: The use of the lid is not mandatory. It limits the risk splash or projection.
    • Make sure that the flap (a6) is in place on the quick exit (a5).
    1.2 STARTING:
    • Start by turning the dimmer button (a1) to the desired speed according to the recipe.
    • You can add food through the hole in the lid (b2) during preparation.
    • To stop the appliance, return the button (a1) to “0”.
    Advice :
    – Knead
    – Use the kneader (c1) at speed “1” only.
    – You can knead up to:
    – 500g flour and 300g lukewarm water (25-30°C) for bread dough (e.g. white bread, bread with cereals, pizza dough, etc.)
    – 400g of flour and 240g of lukewarm water (25-30°C) for special breads (flour whose type is greater than 55 (T55): rye bread, whole meal bread, etc.
    – 250 g of flour for yeast dough (brioche, kouglof, short crust pastry, etc.)
    – 750 g flour for the milk bread (see basic recipe)
    – Maximum operating time: 13 min.
    For a good result, follow the instructions in diagrams 4.
    – To mix together
    – Use the mixer (c2) from speed “1” to “7”.
    – You can mix up to:
    – 1 kg of four-quarter type dough, choux pastry, …
    – 2.7 kg of sweet cake batter (see basic recipe)
    – Never use the mixer (c2) to knead heavy dough.
    – Maximum operating time: 13min.
    – Beat / emulsify / whisk
    – Use the multi-strand whip (c3) from speed “1” to “7”.
    – You can prepare: mayonnaise, aioli, sauces, egg whites (up to 8 egg whites), whipped cream (up to 500 ml)…
    – Never use the multi-blade whisk (c3) to knead heavy dough or mix light pasta.
    – Maximum operating time: 10 min.
    1.3 – DISASSEMBLY OF ACCESSORIES:
    • Wait for the appliance to come to a complete stop and unplug it.
    • Remove the cover (b2).
    • Using the button (a3), unlock the multifunction head (a4) and raise it to the high position.
    • Pull on the accessory (c1), (c2) or (c3) to remove it from the multifunction head.
    • Remove the bowl.

  2. HOMOGENEIZE / MIX / MIX (DEPENDING ON MODEL)
    Depending on the nature of the food, the blender jug (d) allows you to prepare up to 1L of mixtures thick (400g carrots, 600g water) and 0.75 L of liquid mixes.
    ACCESSORIES USED:
    – Blender bowl (d)
    2.1 – ASSEMBLY OF ACCESSORIES (DIAGRAM 2):
    • Bring the multifunction head (a4) to the horizontal position: turn the knob (a3) and lower manually the multifunction head (a4) until it locks (return of the button (a3) in its original position).
    • Remove the hatch (a6) from the quick exit (a5) by unlocking it.
    • Make sure that the appliance is switched off before inserting the blender jug (d).
    • Position the blender jug (d) on the quick outlet (a5), three positions are possible.
    • Put the food in the blender jug, and lock the lid (d2) fitted with the measuring cap (d3), turning it clockwise.
    2.2 – STARTING:
    • Start by turning the dimmer button (a1) to the desired speed according to the recipe.
    • For better mixing control and better homogenization of the preparation, use the “Pulse” position.
    • You can add food by removing the measuring cap (d3) from the lid (d2) by preparation course.
    • To stop the appliance, return the button (a1) to “0”.
    Advice :
    – Use the blender jug (d) at speed “5” to “7”.
    Maximum operating time: 3 min.
    You can prepare:
    – finely blended soups, soups, compotes, milkshakes, cocktails.
    – light pasta (pancakes, donuts, clawfoots, far …).
    – When mixing, if the ingredients remain stuck to the sides of the bowl, stop the appliance, remove the blender jug, drop the ingredients onto the blades, then reposition your blender jug to continue your preparation.
    – Never fill the blender jug with boiling liquid.
    – Do not use the blender jug empty.
    – Always use the blender jug with its lid.
    – Never remove the lid before the appliance has come to a complete stop.
    – In the mixing bowl, always put the liquid ingredients before the ingredients solid.
    2.3 – DISASSEMBLY OF THE ACCESSORY:
    • Wait for the appliance to come to a complete stop and unplug it. Remove the blender jug by unlocking it.
    Replace the hatch (a6) on the outlet (a5).

  3. RAPER / SLICER (DEPENDING ON MODEL)
    ACCESSORIES USED:
    – Vegetable cutter adapter (e1)
    – Drum magazine (e2) + pusher (e3)
    – Drums (depending on model)
    – Drum retaining collar (e4)
    3.1 – ASSEMBLY OF ACCESSORIES (DIAGRAM 3):
    • Turn the button (a3) to unlock the multifunction head (a4) and lift it up to the stop.
    • Position the adapter (e1) under the multifunction head (a4): align the mark on the left of the adapter (e1) with the mark on the multifunction head (a4), then turn until the right-hand mark of the adapter (e1) with that of the multifunction head (a4).
    • Insert the chosen drum into the magazine, and make sure that it is fully retracted into the the shop. Fit the drum retaining collar (e4).
    • Present the drum magazine (e2) tilted to the right, facing the outlet of the adapter (e), match the two bayonets of the drum magazine with the two notches of the adapter. Engage it fully. If fitting is difficult, turn the shaft slightly (e2.1) drum magazine and engage it again. Bring the store chimney upright until it locks by turning anti-clockwise.
    • Lock the bowl (b1) (anti-clockwise) onto the appliance.
    • Make sure that the flap (a6) is in place on the quick exit (a5).
    3.2 – STARTING AND ADVICE:
    • Switch on by turning the variator (a1) to speed “4”.
    • Maximum operating time: 10 min.
    • Introduce the food into the magazine chimney and guide it using the pusher (e3). Never push the ingredient with fingers or utensils.
    • To stop the device, turn the dimmer (a1) to “0”. Wait for the complete stop device and unplug it.
    • Unlock the drum magazine in the reverse order of assembly. When removing the drum e5, handle it carefully, it can hurt you.
    • You can prepare with the drums up to 2 kg of:
    – Coarse grate C (e6) / fine grate D (e7): carrots, celeriac, potatoes, cheese,…
    – Thick slice A (e5): potatoes, carrots, cucumbers, apples, beets,…
    – Grate potatoes R (e8): potatoes. Maximum quantity: 2 kg.

  4. CHOPPING SMALL QUANTITIES (DEPENDING ON MODEL)
    ACCESSORY USED:
    – Assembled mini chopper.
    With the mini chopper, you can pulse chop in seconds: dried figs, apricots dry… quantity / maximum time: 80 g / 4 s.
    This mini chopper is not intended for hard products such as coffee.

CLEANING

  • Unplug the device.
  • Do not immerse the motor unit (a) in water or under running water. Wipe it with a cloth dry or barely damp.
  • For easier cleaning, rinse accessories promptly after use. Handle all blades with care, they can injure you (Figure 5.a).
  • Wash, rinse and dry the accessories: they are all dishwasher safe.

Tips:

  •  If your accessories are colored by food (carrots, oranges, etc.), rub them with a cloth soaked in cooking oil, then proceed with the usual cleaning.
  • Mixer bowl (d): pour hot water with a few drops of liquid soap in the mixing bowl. Close the lid. Put it on the device and give a few impulses. Once removed, rinse the bowl under running water and leave to dry (bowl upside down).

STORAGE

Do not store your device in a humid environment.
IF YOUR DEVICE IS NOT WORKING, WHAT TO DO?
If your device is not working, check:

  • Connecting your device.
  • The locking of each accessory.
  • The position of the dimmer button (a1): bring it back to position “0”, then select the desired speed again.

BASIC RECIPES

White bread
Ingredients: 350 g of type 55 flour, 210 ml of lukewarm water, 5 g of dehydrated baker’s yeast, 5g of salt.
In the bowl, pour the salt, the flour, and the baker’s yeast. Set up the kneader and the lid. Run for a few seconds at speed 1, then add the water while leaving the device running. Knead for about 8 minutes. Leave the dough to rest room temperature for ½ hour, then rework the dough by hand and make a ball that you place on a buttered and floured baking sheet. Let rise for 1 hour approximately. Preheat the oven to 240°C. Score the top of the loaf and brush it with lukewarm water. In the oven, put a small container filled with water to promote the formation of a golden crust. Bake for 30 mins.
Pastry
Ingredients: 200 g flour, 100 g soft butter cut into pieces, 50 ml water, 1 pinch salt.
In the bowl, pour the flour, butter and salt. Put the kneader and the lid in place. Done run at speed 1 for a few seconds and add the water while letting it run the device. Keep kneading until the dough forms a nice ball. Put her in a movie food and let it rest in the fridge for about ½ hour before spreading it out and baking it.
Milk bread
Ingredients: 500 g flour, 2 eggs, 120 g soft butter cut into pieces, 70 g sugar, 200 ml lukewarm milk, 10 g dehydrated baker’s yeast, 5 g salt.
Put all the ingredients in the bowl. Put the kneader and the lid in place. Done run at speed 1 for about 13 min. Let the dough rest overnight in the refrigerator.
The next day, cut small pieces of dough of about 60g and shape them into the shape of buns. Put them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let rise for about 30 at 40 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Brush the buns with an egg yolk added a little milk and sugar. Bake them for about 15 minutes.
sweet cake
Ingredients: 3 eggs, 150 g sugar, 150 g soft butter in pieces, 220 g flour, 1 sachet (11g) baking powder
Put all the ingredients except the flour in the bowl. Put the mixer and lid in place.
Run for a few seconds on speed 1, then gradually add the flour leaving the device running. Knead for a total of 3 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Put the dough in a buttered and floured cake pan. Bake for about 40 mins.
Salty cake
Ingredients: 200 g flour, 4 eggs, 1 sachet (11 g) baking powder, 100 ml cold milk, 50 ml olive oil, 12 sun-dried tomatoes, 200 g feta, 15 pitted and chopped green olives in pieces, salt, pepper.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Butter and flour a cake tin. In the bowl, pour the flour, eggs and yeast. Put the mixer and lid in place. Start in speed 1 then increase to speed 4. Add the olive oil and milk while letting the machine run for 1 min 30 sec. Switch to speed 1 and add the sun-dried tomatoes, feta and olives. Salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into the mold and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
Mayonnaise
Ingredients: 1 egg yolk, 1 tablespoon mustard, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 250 ml of oil, salt, pepper.
Please note: all ingredients must be at room temperature.
In the bowl, put all the ingredients except the oil. Place the multi-piece whisk and the lid. Start at speed 1 and begin to pour in the oil in a small trickle. After 10s, go to speed 7, and continue to slowly incorporate the oil. Once everything is poured, let still run for 30s.
Note: Store in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours.
Whipped cream
Ingredients: 250 ml very cold single cream, 50 g icing sugar.
In the bowl, put the cream and icing sugar. Put on the multi-piece whisk and the lid.
Run at speed 4 for 2 min then at speed 7 for 1 min 30 s.
