Packing list

1. Cutter carriage
   Control the blade to cut the film sheet

2. Rubber wheels
   Work with steel axis to keep cutting without slip

3. Steel axis
   Work with rubber wheels to fix and protect film sheet

4. Power switch
   Turn on the machine . Press it lightly to turn back the films during stand-by

5. Blade holder
   Install the blade to cut the film sheet

6. Film feeding sensor
   Auto feeding the film after detecting it

7. Right baffle
   Used along with left baffle to keep film sheet without shift Left baffle

8. High definition screen
   6 inch touch screen , built in operation system

9. Roller handle
   Press handle and the roller will put up , then the roller can be moved

10. Packing list
    Used along with right baffle to keep film sheet without shift

    Press it to get the blade

    Adjust the blade tip length

    To be fixed by the hole in cutting head

Notes:
Adjust the blade:
Value bigger, tip longer Value smaller, tip shorter Factory setting is gear 6
Change blade: Press handle take out the old blade, put a new one in it Blade installation Twist the gear to adjust the blade tip.

Blade holder installation

1. loose the screw
   Turn the screw counterclockwise in 8 times

2. Insert the blade holder
   The balde holder with the cutting blade is placed vertically into the holder’s hole.

3. Fix the screw
   Turn the screw in clockwise
   

Power on /off

Connect the cable and adapter. 110-240V AC power for the plug connection.

The adapter connects the machine.

Press the power button, machine power on. It takes 30s for starting.

Material installation

Put the material on the table flatly and align left based on the feeding guide The material will be feed automatically after the cutter detect it.. (If the film shift, press the switch in 1 second and the film will be returned back automatically)

WIFI Connecting

After turn on the wifi on the cutter, click and choose a wifi to connect

Note: Conncting succeed, the wifi ID will be showed below if not, you may need insert the correct password and connect. .

Login account

After connecting wifi, choose login and insert the account and choose version, then insert your password to login the data page.. Account and password may paste on the bottom of the cutter or you can get from your supplier

Scan it by browser

Note: Suggest to scan the QR code to download APP by web browser

APP Installed

Please alow all access persion during installing the APP, otherwise it may abnormal, detailed operation as below:

1. Login App and choose language.
2. Insert the account and password.
3. Choose count / Monethly fee.
4. Default is Line:1 , if the internet not good , please change to Line:2.
5. Click LOGIN.
6. Register(This function only for the user who without account)

Choose Cutting Data

After enter the product  page  and  choose  the  data you  need to cut .

Choose a cutting data

Front film -A+ is accurate data, the front screen is wrapped to
the edge of the screen; -A is slightly smaller than A+ by about 0.5mm
– with cover A is the data with cover; – Frosted A is the hole data,
suitable for frosted/matte materials..
Back film -B+ is back film with full cover, -B- is back film
packaging data; -B is back sticker data
The explosion-proof film is only suitable for straight screen mobile
phones, the size is similar to the tempered glass.
Full-screen film-DA full-screen half-package data ,
-DB back-stick data;-DC is the whole machine full-package data

Cutting finished

The sheet will be dropped out automatically after cutting finished, please take out the finished parts and paste on the phone

Don’t touch the knife tip by finger
The finger may be hurt by the knife tip

Please cut the standard size of material to reach the perfect result

Press power switch for emergency stop during working..
 Forbid moving the carriage by hand after connecting the power to avoid machine damage.
 Knife is a consumable part, please change to a new one if it is dull..
 Press the power switch in 3 seconds continually to turn off the cutter, forbid taking out the power cable directly to turn off the machine because it will damage the mainboard.

Safety precautions and general knowledge of machine maintenance

Please use a power supply that meets the rated voltage.
Using a power source that does not comply with the regulations can cause fire or electric shock.

Please keep the machine clean
Please ensure that the steel barbed shaft, roller sensor and other parts of the machine are clean. Do not unplug the power when the power is on. Plugging or unplugging the power supply with power on will damage the machine. Non- professionals are not allowed to disassemble, repair or rectify the machine.
Doing so can cause fire or electric shock, resulting in personal injury or death.

During operation, do not put your hands on the capstan.
This can cause injury.

Do not allow liquids to penetrate into the machine, or fall into metal objects, etc.
These objects can cause a fire.
Do not touch the tip of the knife with your fingers.
This can cause finger injuries.
Do not damage or replace the original power cord at will, and do not excessively bend, pull, bind, or press the power cord under heavy objects.
This will damage the power supply and cause electric shock or fire.

If the film cutting machine is not used for a long time, please unplug the power cord from the socket.
It may cause a fire.
The machine should be placed on a stable surface.
The machine may fall and cause injury,

When unplugging the power cord from the socket, pull the plug, not the cable.
Forcibly pulling the cable can cause electric shock or fire.

It is forbidden to use in thunderstorm and lightning weather.
So as not to damage the machine by lightning.
