Connecting to the speaker
Enable Bluetooth on both your phone and speaker (by pressing the Bluetooth button on the speaker). Then connect your phone to the speaker through Bluetooth. After the speaker is powered on, it will power off if it is not used for 15 minutes or does not transmit Bluetooth sound for 15 minutes.

- Scan the QR code, or search for and download the HUAWEI AI Life app in AppGallery.
- When your phone is connected to the wireless network, open the app, touch + in the upper right corner, and select Add device.
- On the home screen of the app, touch the speaker card to access the management screen, from where you can update the speaker and view more information.

Operation and safety
- Using an unapproved or incompatible power adapter, charger, or battery may damage your device, shorten its lifespan, or cause a fire, explosion, or other hazards.
- Ideal operating temperatures are 0 °C to 40 °C. Ideal storage temperatures are -20 °C to +70 °C.
- Follow rules and regulations set forth by hospitals and health care facilities. Do not use your device where prohibited.
- Some wireless devices may affect the performance of hearing aids or pacemakers. Consult your service provider for more information.
- Please consult your doctor and the device manufacturer to determine if using your device may interfere with the operation of your medical device.
- Pacemaker manufacturers recommend that a minimum distance of 15 cm be maintained between a device and a pacemaker to prevent potential interference with the pacemaker. If using a pacemaker, hold the device on the side opposite the pacemaker and do not carry the device in your front pocket.
- Do not allow children or pets to bite or suck the device or accessories. Doing so may result in damage or an explosion.
- Comply with all precautions with regard to the child’s safety. Letting children play with the device or its accessories may be dangerous. The device includes detachable parts that may present a choking hazard. Keep away from children.
- Do not allow pins or other sharp metallic objects to come into contact with the speaker or microphone to avoid damaging the device or harming yourself.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or remanufacture the device, insert foreign objects into it, or immerse or expose it to water or other liquids. Doing so may lead to fire, or other hazards.
- In order to avoid damaging the internal circuit of the device or charger, do not use the device in a dusty, damp, or dirty place, or near a magnetic field.
- The power plug is intended to serve as a disconnect device.
- For pluggable devices, the socket-outlet shall be installed near the devices and shall be easily accessible.
- Unplug the charger from the electric socket and from the device when the device is not used for a long time.
- Before you clean or maintain the device, stop using it, stop all applications, and disconnect all cables connected to it.
- Do not place magnetic stripe cards, such as credit cards and phone cards, near the device for extended periods of time. Otherwise, the magnetic stripe cards may be damaged.
- Do not dispose of the device and accessories in the normal household refuge. Dispose of or recycle your device and accessories according to local laws.
- Ensure that the power adaptor meets the requirements of Annex Q of IEC/EN 62368-1 and has been tested and approved according to national or local standards.
- CAUTION: Risk of fire or explosion if the battery is replaced with an incorrect type of battery.
- Do not expose batteries to high temperatures or around sources of heat, such as sunlight, heaters, microwave ovens, ovens, or water heaters. Overheating of the battery may cause an explosion.
- Do not throw the battery into a fire. Otherwise, the battery may catch fire or explode.
- Do not drop, squeeze, or puncture the battery. Avoid external pressure, which may cause internal short circuits and overheat.
- Do not disassemble or modify the battery, insert foreign objects, or immerse the battery in water or other liquids to avoid battery leakage, overheating, fire, or explosion.
- Dispose of batteries in accordance with local regulations. Do not dispose of batteries as domestic waste. Improper handling of the battery may cause the battery to explode.
- Your device meets the requirements of IP67 (IEC 60529).
- The product label is located on the bottom of the product.
Disposal and recycling information
The symbol on the product, battery, literature, or packaging means that the products and batteries should be taken to separate waste collection points designated by local authorities at the end of the lifespan. This will ensure that EEE waste is recycled and treated in a manner that conserves valuable materials and protects human health and the environment.

Accessories and Software Information
It is recommended that the following accessories should be used:
Battery: HB125290EFW-12 The product software version is 2.0.2.0(H100SP88C00)D
Software updates will be released by the manufacturer to fix bugs or enhance
functions after the product has been released. All software versions released
by the manufacturer have been verified and are still compliant with the
related rules. All RF parameters (for example, frequency range and output
power) are not accessible to the user, and cannot be changed by the user.

RF exposure requirements
For the countries that adopt the SAR limit of 1.6 W/kg over 1.0 grams of
tissue (Body) and 4.0 W/kg over 10 grams of tissue (Limbs). The device
complies with RF specifications when used at a distance of 1.50 cm from your
body.
Certification information (SAR)
This device is also designed to meet the requirements for exposure to radio
waves established by Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada
(ISED).
