Product Information

The Waterpik Water Flosser is a device designed to improve oral health by effectively removing plaque and debris from between teeth and along the gumline. It uses a powerful stream of water to gently clean areas that traditional brushing and flossing may miss. The Water Flosser comes with various features, including adjustable pressure settings, a reservoir for holding water, and interchangeable tips for different cleaning needs. Product Usage Instructions

Getting Started:
- Connect the charging cable to a USB charger and plug it into a wall outlet.
- Ensure the contacts on both the cable and the unit are clean and dry.
- Remove the reservoir and fill it with water, then replace it firmly.
- Insert a tip into the Water Flosser handle until it clicks into place.
Priming Unit (First Time Use Only):
- Set the pressure control on the base to high (pressure setting No.10).
- Point the handle and tip into a sink.
- Turn on the power and water until water flows from the tip, then turn them off.
Adjusting the Pressure Setting:
- With the unit off, place the tip in your mouth.
- Start with low pressure.
- Turn on the power and water.
- Adjust the pressure to your liking.
- Lean over a sink and close your lips to prevent splashing.
Using the Water Flosser:
- Aim the water at the gumline at a 90-degree angle.
- Follow the gumline and pause briefly between teeth.
- Keep the tip in your mouth while the unit is on to avoid mess.

GETTING STARTED

Connect the charging cable to a user supplied **USB charger. Plug the charger into the wall outlet, then connect the other end of the charging cable to the unit and charge for approximately 5 hours.
Ensure contacts on BOTH the cable and the unit are clean and dry before connecting the charging cable to the unit.
Remove the reservoir and fill with water.
Replace reservoir and press down firmly.
Insert tip into the Water Flosser handle, pressing down firmly until it clicks into place.

USB charger requirements: USB Type-A, Rated Output: 5.0 VDC, 1.0 A.

Using Instructions

PRIMING UNIT (FIRST-TIME USE ONLY)

Set pressure control on base to high (pressure setting No.10), point the handle and tip into sink.
Turn power and water ON until water flows from the tip. Turn both power and water OFF.

ADJUSTING THE PRESSURE SETTING

Turn the pressure control on the base of the unit to the lowest setting (pressure setting No.1) for first-time use.
Gradually increase pressure over time to the setting you prefer – or as instructed by your dental professional.

USING THE WATER FLOSSER

With unit OFF, place tip in mouth. Start on LOW pressure. Turn power ON and water ON. Adjust pressure to your liking.
Lean over sink. Close lips enough to prevent splashing.

TIP: TO AVOID MESS KEEP TIP IN MOUTH WHILE UNIT IS ON.
