CASETiFY Bounce Extreme Case

Product Information
The Bounce Extreme Case is a protective case designed to safeguard your device from drops, impacts, and water damage. It features a sealed design to provide full protection for your device.

Installation Guide

1. Remove any screen protector/lens cover and clean the device with the included wipe.
2. Insert the device into the case front, starting from the bottom.
3. Snap on the case.
4. Push in the charge port plug.
5. Check all around to ensure it is properly sealed.

Removal Guide

1. Separate the case front and base by pulling the base bottom underneath.
2. Press the top two bounce corners of the case front to release the device from the case front clipping ribs.
3. Remove the device.

Water Test

Your case has been water-tested to ensure its waterproof performance. Perform a pre-installation water test before using the case with the following steps:

1. Snap the case front and back together. Check all around to ensure it is sealed.
2. Push in the charge port plug.
3. Submerge the case face down under 20cm of water for 30 minutes with the help of a heavy object and check for any bubbles on the surface.
4. Remove, dry, and separate the case by pulling the case back away from the case front.
5. If the inside is dry, proceed to install the device. If the inside is wet, please visit the Casetify support website for assistance.

Care Guide
To maintain the performance of the Bounce Extreme Case, follow these care instructions:

• Keep the case clean, especially in the sealing area.
• Perform a water test before planned water use and retest every three months.
• Rinse with fresh water after exposure to soap, chlorine, or seawater.
• When not using the case, ensure both the exterior and interior are dry.
• Separate the case front and base before storage to avoid sealing deformation.

Seal Check After Major Impact

After experiencing major drops or impacts, follow these steps to check the seal and waterproof performance of the case:

1. Remove the phone from the case.
2. Check that all seals are clean and undamaged.
3. Ensure the charge port doors have not been damaged.
4. Check that the PET front cover has not been scratched or damaged.
5. Repeat the water test to verify waterproof performance.
6. Follow the installation procedure and ensure all parts of the case are securely clipped and the ports are properly screwed in.

4. Push in the charge port plug.

Removal Guide

1. Separate the case front and base by pulling the base bottom underneath.

Please note that the Bounce Extreme Case does not support Screen Protectors or Camera Lens Protectors in order to be fully sealed

Water Test

Your case has been water-tested. To ensure proper assembly, perform a pre- installation water test with the following steps:

1. Snap the case front and back together. Check all around to ensure it is sealed.

Seal Check After Major Impact

After major drops or impacts, remove the phone from the case and check the following four important areas:

1. Check that all seals are still clean and undamaged.
2. Check that the charge port doors have not been damaged.
3. Check that the PET front cover has not been scratched or damaged.
4. Check the waterproof performance by repeating the water test.
5. Follow the installation procedure and especially ensure that the front and rear parts of the case are securely clipped and the ports are properly screwed in.
