Product Information
The SunoTM IP44 plates are a range of frame plates designed for use with SUNO mechanisms. They are available in white, ivory, grey, and black colors. The product is categorized as 1 Gang IP44. The plates can be easily mounted by snapping them onto the socket adapter or the switch cover. In the case of sockets, the socket cover clamps the frame to ensure secure fitting.
For cleaning, it is recommended to use a cloth for surface cleaning. Avoid using acetone, tar remover, or trichloroethylene. The plates are resistant to substances such as hexane, methylated spirit, soapy water, diluted ammonia, diluted pure bleach (10%), glass cleaning product, and pre-impregnated wipes. However, it is advised to test other special cleaning products before use. It is important to note that the plates must not be painted.
Product Usage Instructions
- Choose the desired color of the SunoTM IP44 plate (white, ivory, grey, or black) based on the corresponding product reference.
- Ensure you have the compatible SUNO mechanism for fitting the frame plate.
- If mounting on a socket, remove the socket cover and place the frame plate over the socket adapter. The socket cover should clamp the frame securely.
- If mounting on a switch, remove the switch cover and snap the frame plate onto the switch cover.
- To clean the plates, use a cloth and gently wipe the surface. Avoid using acetone, tar remover, or trichloroethylene. For stubborn stains or dirt, test other cleaning products such as hexane, methylated spirit, soapy water, diluted ammonia, diluted pure bleach (10%), glass cleaning product, or pre-impregnated wipes before applying them to the plates.
- Never paint the plates as it may compromise their functionality and appearance.

MOUNTING
- The plates snap onto the socket adapter or the switch cover.
- In case of the sockets, the socket cover clamp the frame.
